Steven and Ryan were very knowledgeable in treating my health concerns. Observing all other therapist, you could see the compassion and care they gave to others. The environment is positive and friendly. Staff are very professional. I would highly recommend Benchmark.

Great facility and therapists. They are very knowledgeable, explain about the therapy and what each movement is for and answer all questions and offer suggestions to help recovery at the facility and at home. Very friendly staff. Good selection of therapy equipment to use.Highly recommend.

Very disappointed in this location. My first PT for shoulder surgery was in oak ridge and they were amazing. The followed dr protocols to the letter. My therapist did whatever he wanted doing things I know were not allowed. I gave it five visits to see if it would improve but by visit number five he had me raising my arm and lowering it with resistance. More than once he raised my arm so fast and so far that I cried out in pain to which he said oh too far? Had me doing things from the second visit another therapist said wasn’t allowed. Never asked if he could heat or ice it. Always sore for days after therapy. Always seemed in a hurry to get me in and out. 40 minutes start to finish was average and half of that was either waiting while he worked with another patient or answering questions repeatedly about my pain level and exercise I was doing at home. Im driving an hour one way for therapy because I know they know what they are doing

My experience at benchmark is very positive everyone there is very professional especially Larry Meade he made my time there fun and relaxing. I had a STROKE and he worked with me and I came out a better man I highly recommend this place.

My son tore his ACL twice (different knees) playing competitive soccer. Benchmark Crossvilles top notch Physical Therapy is helping him get back to 100% strength and flexibility again. Glen, Stephen and Ryan are superb to work with and really care about their clients. They go above and beyond to strive for excellent care. We are very fortunate to have such first class care in a small town.

My 92 year old grandfather is very upset. He was unable to go to his appointments because his license was taken away. Benchmark was contacted and they continue to send bills. He lives in Murfreesboro in an assisted living and is 2 hours away from crossville. He has limited funds to pay for his housing and benchmark keeps sending him bills. I will continue to call benchmark until they stop harassing him. He is a world war 2 veteran and needs respect. I would not suggest benchmark to anyone. Please stop harassing!!!!!
