The eye doctor gave me a 9:AM appointment and when I promptly arrived for my appointment, the lights were off and I was informed that the doctor was not in at the moment. I went back to my car, waited a couple of minutes, returning to “doctor is on her way”.I proceeded to explain that when you give a 9:AM appointment it would make better sense to prep ahead of time making sure customers are engaged with an open business ready to serve (not getting it together while customers wait.)The concept of ‘prepping” was a challenging or new concept to the office. When I mentioned the concept, the attitude and unprofessionalism began to creep out of the persons mouth that I was communicating with. When I explained that a business 101 class will teach the office that prepping an office ahead of time prior to customers arriving is good business practice (especially during COVID). This is an eye practice I noticed with a number of new owners trying to figure it out. Be more professional, this will help.

After my dog chewed up my glasses while I was sleeping, my wife and I went to the Vision Center hoping I could at least get some temporary frames for my lenses. Heather was able to find a perfect frame for me and I ordered a new pair as well! Her service, expertise, and friendliness were top-notch. I also want to compliment the safety I felt in terms of the pandemic.

I showed up for an EYE EXAM to get a new pair of glasses and updated prescription and was told my appointment might be $200 and would go through my medical insurance instead of vision insurance if the doctor determined I had dry eye or anything else during the exam (exact quote from the receptionist) and that it was completely up to the doctor whether I had that condition and the doctor would decide during the appointment. Total scam artist. The old doctor was great, the new doctor and office seem like crooks, avoid!

Went for a routine eye exam and it was quick and easy. The receptionist at the front was great and the Dr. was thorough and very helpful.

My first impression was cold, and uncomfortable. The receptionist was not welcoming. She didnt find my vision plan. Told me I didnt have a vision plan. I had to make phone calls to obtain information that she already had. My Name, last 4 digits of my SS. She was rude to say the less. The Dr. was not engaging at all. I dont believe Ill go back. Unsatisfied customer!
