Dr. Greene and his staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, and always treat me with care and respect. Dr. Greene has a great sense of humor and his jovial manner really helps put me at ease. I feel like he and his staff very much extended themselves to help get me squared away with my first ever pair of glasses, something I had been nervous about and putting off for a long time. I only wish I had come to them sooner.

First time in the practice as my other doctor buggered off with no notice. I was promptly greeted by the staff at the desk and brought in right away. Very friendly. There was a trainee working with me and it took a bit longer though she was eager to learn. Dr. Green was nice. He gave me some great information. Previous providers were very judgemental about getting glasses online, however he and the staff were understanding. Overall very professional, kind and caring. Highly recommended.

I normally wont do reviews for anyone but i am tired of this unprofessional group eveytime i go see the Doctor they all give me some kind of attitude and never friendly with me. For that reason i left them. I had an appointment and when i called the day before to ask what time it was they had taken me out of their book and put someone else.The older lady with short hair it was telling things like i did it. When i got there they were all laoughing includding the Doctor none of them even say hi i sit for like 5 mins untill i said ecused me i have appointment she goes what time i really wanted to lrun away but i need it my annual check out. Never apoligize for what they did. Anyway thats the story.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Green! He is so good with his patients and has a good sense of humor. Very caring and doesnt rush you. I was in optics for 25 years. I know good OD when I see one and have him as my doctor. Office staff is wonderful

Absolutely one of the best experiences going for a first visit to a new doc after many years going elsewhere. Every single one of the ladies on staff and Dr. Greene are pleasant, patient, accomodating and informative. Im very happy to have made the decision to switch to a new place, leaving satisfied and feeling like I received thorough care.

For for nearly four decades Dr. Chasse has taken care of our family with compassionate and competent care. He and his staff have always been friendly, helpful, and caring with every visit, with every child -- and now even grandchildren. Now he is helping to take excellent care of our rapidly aging eyes. We could not have chosen a better practice!

I learned about this location from a list of in-network options from my insurance company.Pros: Everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful. From start to finish youre given a timeline of what the appointment will entail. Overall, very calm and peaceful environment. There is a wide array of frames to choose from and no pressure or rush to make a quick selection.Cons: The hours of operation make it difficult to make an appointment, if you have a job that operations the usual 8 to 5. Wednesday appointments seem to book a month in advance. I was not aware/made aware of Saturday appointments until I was making a follow up appointment.

Family Eyecare is the best! Dr. Chasse is a very caring, thoughtful person in addition to being an excellent Optometrist. The staff is polite and courteous. I dont mind driving 25 miles to get there, I dont want to go anywhere else.

I have had nothing but great experiences over the 4 years I have been going here until recently. I brought my glasses in to be adjusted, which I have always done in the past without issue. When I got them adjusted this last time, I placed them in the case and did not wear them until the next day. I noticed that there was some blurring when I wore them the next day, and there appeared to be a spot on the right lens. The also appeared to be a long scratch running down the left lens and the left lens now sticks out past the frame. I brought them back, and basically was told that what I am seeing is scratches and maybe in time my eyes will adjust and get used to the scratches, scratches that were not there until I got them adjusted, scratches I did not cause as this was not an issue prior to me going in. I inquired about getting new glasses since there is no way I can adjust to the way these issues are impacting my vision (causing daily migraines if I wear them) and the lens alone will cost close to $400 and the insurance I have gives me nothing towards them. I wish I had never gone in now to get them adjusted.
