They ran out of business and didnt contact their customers. I paid for six sessions. Had my first session in January, the second in February. Then COVID hit and I havent been able to reach out to them to understand what happened or to get my refund. I do not recommend their service.

Received a groupon as a gift for 6 laser hair removal sessions. Had 1 session which went well and then they called and cancelled my 2nd session due to covid. They said they would call me as soon as they were able to reopen for business. 2 months later they call and say they have reopened with limitations and had to try to fit customers into a tight schedule so they would call me as soon as they had availability. I waited a month and heard nothing. Called, left a message, no return phone call. This carried on for several months. Now 5 months later they are out of business! They redeemed my Groupon on the 1st session and now I am out the other 5 sessions as well as my partner’s $250 he spent on the gift!

Attempted several times to contact regarding appointments and covid19. Not a single message returned in months.Other businesses have the appropriate customer service and courtesy to keep their clients informed of their status.

Erica was awesome, friendly and super informative. I had laser resurfacing combines with the profractional laser on my face. I did my research, informed myself and felt prepared but none the less I was nervous. She talked me through everything, was very informative on what to expect/not expect and gave me helpful guidelines for recovery. From booking my appointment all the way through the procedure she was professional, knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you for a seamless experience Erica!

I recently bought a Groupon for hair removal for this place and I started my first treatment last week. The girl that did my treatment was very sweet and told me everything I should expect. I already love this place and have seen results so quick. I cant wait to see the end result. The office is very pretty and clean.

While the staff is incredible, the laser hair removal sessions did absolutely nothing for me. I see no discernible difference. I was informed it would take 10sessions or more for success. I purchased 12 sessions through Groupon and 5 sessions through the business directly and there is no reduction whatsoever from when I started. I was really hopeful the hair removal would work but unfortunately I am just out of close to $1000 now.

I was thrown off by the negative reviews but I had a great experience with my first appointment today. They called to confirm yesterday and I was in and out in under 15 minutes today. Yes, the laser hair removal was less than pleasant feeling but not any worse than a snap from a rubber band, just like the attendant said. On that subject, she put me at ease and was quite friendly through the entire appointment. On the whole, it was a pleasant and professional experience, plus a great deal with the Groupon! Ill see how it goes from here, but based on one visit, Id recommend them.

BEST PLACE EVER!!First off, the staff is amazing. SO nice and accomodating .I have gone six times already for my laser hair removal on my legs. And i would say its already about 50% gone. They did tell me i would need more so im going to buy 4 at my next appointment to finish it up. They tell you to make sure you stay on your 6-8 weeks other wise the laser wont kill the follicle. I feel like a lot of people that are complaining didnt follow the rules. Although the paper i signed said sometimes it just doesnt work for any given reason. So who knows. Maybe some people are just not candidates?

I had horrible experiences at Padda Institute. I bought a Groupon and got my first appointment for hair removal package. I showed up there and Erika said they dont have my name in their system. Other patient will be coming, so they cant take me that day.Okay I dont see any patient yet, I only hear employees talking in back room. I know the last appointment is 2:30pm. I showed up at 2:30pm. The patient still wont showed up while i was talking to Erica for about 15min. They can already finish a treatment on me and i am done by then if she just take me in. I brought all my papers. I drove for 1.5 hours to get there, she cant get me in?I am 100% sure I made an appointment but she was even acting like I am the one messed it up. I have emails between them to prove. But why should I even have to prove it anyway.Why cant she say I am sorry and take care of me and future appointments??She was acting like she doesnt give a damn and made some comments that I dont know what I am doing. That made me so mad!!! Please dont waste your time and money like i did, peeps!The worst and horrible customer service!!!

Ive went here and to another laser removal place..I swear if I could put my life on it and youd believe me I would. ZEROOOOO difference and my complection and hair color is like the perfect combination for it to work. The other laser hair removal place I go to uses a different laser and I get amazing results on my legs there. I honestly think their laser just isnt very good? Im not sure what it is. The staff is super nice but once you bring up youve went through 6 sessions with ZERO changes so far all the are programmed to say is... you need to at least go through 8. Well maam if 6 has done nothing what so ever what could 2 more possibly do? Maybe with Groupon they turn the laser down or something. I dont know? Just dont waste your money. Research somewhere else.

I enjoyed and love the services I received at Padda Institute - Center for Aesthetic and Laser Medicine! Their customer service is awesome and friendly like the full yellow moon and their staff has good communication skills. I received a Groupon from this place as a gift for a full Brazilian. During my first visit, the woman who I met with was kind, gentle, and help facilitate an otherwise awkward experience. after my next two visits I never returned. during both of those visits, I was attended by the same horrible woman. the first time she gave me a bikini treatment, she did not introduce herself or tell me what she was doing and just started working without a word, then disappeared without saying anything. At first I thought she had gone to the bathroom or left to get something, since she obviously wasnt finished. I dressed and asked the desk attendant where she had gone, but the attendant had no idea where her coworker was. After waiting for several minutes, I realize she was not returning and left. I scheduled another appointment because hey, what the heck, right? I already bought the Groupon. unfortunately, the same woman was assigned to me for a second time. again she gave me only a bikini removal, even though I had checked ahead of time to make sure I was scheduled for the correct procedure. This time, I immediately spoke up. her reaction was to sigh dramatically, turn up the dial (because there should be less hair after 2 appointments), and zap me twice on one side and four times on the other at random. I had bright red welts afterwards that did not subside for two weeks. I am not a particularly hairy person and it has been months since this incident, but I still have random bald spots from that session. even though I had a few treatments left on my Groupon, I never went back there. I tried to call and complain, but the manager never responded to my voicemail (I left only basic information and a request for a call back because I was so embarrassed).recently, I had a friend go through the same procedure at a different clinic. when I told her about my experience, she seemed horrified and told me that was not at all the norm. she advised me to sue padda, but I dont see the point of making an entire business suffer because of one awful person. all I can say is that you DEFINITELY shouldnt waste your money or time at padda.

Very rude! I do not know if they are just rude with people who have groupon, but with me they were extremely rude. The place looks dirty. Half of my hair is still there.
