My only issue was that there was so many staff helping me, all different at the same time. In addition to that, there wasnt any education given as to what to do or change after leaving. It seemed like some of the staff couldnt answer some of the questions that I had. I was only measured once, which was the first time and then the last time. I wasnt told my inches either. There was just not enough people working that I felt were professional enough to do that type of job. Otherwise, the facility itself was clean and nice.

The facility was nice and the workers are so very nice! I did not give 5 stars because the service I purchased did absolutely nothing for me.I was also very surprised that at my first visit 2 measurements were taken. I went in for laser/light lipo for my abdomen. I already eat healthy and exercise 5 days/week but cant get rid of that layer. I did 8 sessions which was recommended and no change. At my last visit a measurement was taken but taken around my natural waist which wasnt what I went into treatment for and the gal says oh, thats an 1 1/2 loss. Not true. I was keeping track of my own measurements and there was no change. Not to mention my clothes didnt fit any different, still fitting tight in that area.

Michelle can not be trusted, and I do not recommend this location! Be advised; she will upsell you, promise results that they can not deliver. The staff will be rude, and management will do nothing about it. You will have a different technician every visit, and they will perform the procedure differently each time, having a significant affect on the outcome of your results. When you realize that you will not receive what was discussed, Michelle and the technicians will implore you to continue until you are almost complete with your purchased package; to their benefit. Equipment will not be reliable, interrupting your treatment process. Your balance will be constantly miscalculated at every visit. In the end, you will not receive what was discussed, and Michelle will blame you for inconsistency in following after/home care.

If you are going in for laser hair removal its a scam! I bought three appointments via Groupon. Ive been getting laser hair treatments at reputable establishments since 2007, so Im very knowledgeable as to how the procedure goes. The technician at Light RX barely touched the surface. It was as if no procedure had been done. This forces you to have to continue booking appointments as opposed to using the correct setting for your skin, hair type etc. It was quite honestly the worst service Ive ever experienced. Hands down. Right after I left my first session, I had to book an appointment at reputable establishment two days later. They laughed at what I showed them. I still have two credits with Light RX that Ive already wasted my money on that I may not even use. Total scam! Highly disappointed. I never write reviews, but felt obligated.

When I walked into the salon everybody was extremely professional and courteous. They made me feel quite at home — this was the first time I’ve had laser hair removal . The staff was extremely friendly and answered any and all questions that I had.

I’ve been calling and texting Michelle at the olive location in St. Louis for over three months now. I didn’t receive all my treatments and they haven’t stopped my payments.I couldn’t finish due to me joining the army. I called last week and as soon as i said my name they told me they will call me back. I waited and didn’t get a call so i called the next day and left a message still didn’t get a call back. I took back all my recommendations from family and friends to go there. This is very unprofessional i hate i found this place!

Great Groupon deal but would of loved to purchase another groupon deal but this place does not allow a second deal used. They made a 2870.00 offer for 2 more Bliss and 8 contour to complete my transformation but it was way too expensive. Ok would of loved to do it but ty thought a better price could of been offered if they can sell Groupons do cheap.

I purchased 8 sessions of the laserlipo through Groupon which was a really good deal I thought because I looked on their website and saw that they usually charge thousands! So I scheduled my appointment and went in, I only wanted the procedure to be done in the back of my thighs because that is my problem area. I workout 5 days a week and eat pretty healthy and Im also a vegetarian but have always struggled with back thigh fat. When I went in the lady told me that the procedure wasnt going to get rid of the fat cells but rather shrink it a bit which was perfectly fine for me, like I said its not a huge problem I just needed a bit of of help. Long story short, Ive had 5 sessions and I havent noticed any difference at all!! and even though I didnt pay full price qnd the ladies are nice I still feel like I wasted time and money! So no I wouldnt recommend it unless thats what youre wanting to do.

So far I haven’t seen any results but I am hoping and having faith but Michelle and Tammy are wonderful. So far the customer service has been wonderful

Everyone who worked there was really nice. However, after 9 laser lipo treatments I saw no result. I am 95% sure they lied to me about my measurements. I specifically remember her saying my stomach before the treatments was 33” and now they are 34.5 or something so I gained an inch. She came in saying she looked at my previous measurements saying I lost 3/4th of an inch. Then recommend another treatment that very obviously did not reduce fat but helped improve collagen production (I’m 28 I don’t need that) they also recommend me get MORE laser lipo treatments as if that would help. The lady on the phone who did my pre screening told me that at 8 treatments that’s basically the max results you are gonna see from it period. So overall I feel like they are scamming people, lied to me. They scammed me. I’m just grateful I only spent like 175$ on the Groupon and not thousands like these other people.

The staff was very professional. Everything is clean. After I got 3 of my 4 treatments, they said I should have been getting a different treatment. Each time they said they were going to let me try a different treatment. But never did. They measured me the first time, but never compared when I was done with all my treatment. Very disappointed!

I truly enjoy my time at LightRx. The Legacy is absolutely marvelous. I saw results after the first time both my stomach and back of my legs. The staff was great. I like the staff a lot. Really nice ladies. I am not really sure if the treatments I had, worked or not. I followed what they told me to do and I THINK it did something maybe. I mean, I drank a ton of water and exercised , didnt miss any treatments, just as I was instructed. They did a before photo, but skipped the after photo, so I really dont know what happened.

Love the service I get, love the cleanliness and professional but friendly team, especially Michelle, she makes the procedure perfect. She exlains everything with expertise, she is calming, and a bit refreshing actually! I have notived a difference since having the laser lipo, but I am also following all of their directions, plenty of water and exercise. Wanting to be the best me I can be!

If I had a chance to do it over, I wouldn’t come back here.

Is there a prompt for zero stars? This place is horrible! Dont pay up front unless you know for sure you are going to go through with whatever you sign up for. They will take your money (upfront, of course) but should you change your mind, you will not get your money back. I had no services done and cancelled within a week of paying for a service and to date, nothing! This is $750.00 they still have of mine since 01/28/2020. Customer service SUCKS, both from corporate and the location site in Creve Coeur.

After having been to another place prior for laser hair removal, I cannot emphasize too much how wonderful LigjtRx is! It was like night and day! The staff is so friendly and welcoming yet maintain the utmost professionalism. They have the state of the art equipment and the facility is spotless! Again, I have been somewhere else so I can tell you that is not always the case! Something else they have thought about is a cover up for during treatment. They dont slap you down like a slab of meat on the cold vinyl bed. With no covering. (yes, the last place did that.). The pricing was actually less than other places. They have you come in for a consultation first and I really didnt want to do that at first but she explained to me that it was just so they could see my skin to give me an accurate assessment of what I would need because 1 size does not fit all (figured that out the hard way at the last place). There was no mystery with the prices and the consultation is purely informational. There was NO hard selling or anything. My sister and I both go to LigjtRx now and are very happy campers!!

Smells nice and decorated very well. I only had a 10 minute wait before being seen and my procedure was very quick and painless. The technician was very nice and explained everything to me in detail about the laser hair removal before performing the service. The procedure itself took less than 10 minutes and was pain free. I was then sent up front to make my next appointment for 6 weeks. total time in the facility was 1 hour. Very enjoyable experience and I would recommend this spa to EVERYONE I know. Their prices are about 1/3 of the cost of the major laser hair removal places in the area as well.

After a very difficult roller coaster ride with this company my final decision is DO NOT sign a contract or give them money up front. They use high pressure sales techniques to get you to do this. The company pressured me to give them $5500 while they were in the process of a bankruptcy. The business shut down. No phone calls were answered. Finally after 3 months I did get my treatments. During this time supplies were on back order. Appointments were cancelled. This has continued through the entire treatment course. The staff is a reviving door. There is no continuity of care. Appointments are scheduled wrong. Payments are not credited properly. My best advice is to see a reputable physician s office to get the same services.

Ive had two facial treatments with them so far and Im so happy with the process and the staff. Everyone is professional and so friendly and I find myself looking forward to going. The products they sell are worth every penny, too. I bought a kit today and they demonstrated two of the products on the back of my left hand. Now obviously youre not going to see life-changing results, and your skin will look different after rubbing it when compared to the other one... but what Ive noticed tonight is 8+ hours after my appointment and going about my day, the back of my left hand is still supple and moisturized and has more elasticity to it than the other. I cant wait to see what happens to my face! =)

I spent $1500 on procedure that didnt work. They told me a brand new machine was coming in. They talked me into spending $2800. I had to pay up front to lock that price in. I did some research come to find out its six-year-old outdated equipment. Ive been asking for my money back for the past month. They told me today it only get a partial return. That is BS. I came in for laser hair removal on my neck and after 2 treatments I added my back as well. So now I have had 6 treatments on my neck and 4 on my back. The hair on my neck is almost all gone! A lot of hair went away after just one treatment and more goes away each time. I would say more than half is gone on my back too! The treatments are pretty quick, even after adding my back. The ladies there are all very nice and knowledgeable. It does hurt sometimes but they always let me know what to expect and they put something on it right away then it feels fine. I had consultations elsewhere but I came here because they have more experience and it shows.

The staff was awesome and very knowledgeable. Everyone from the receptionist to the manager to the technician were supportive and helped me choose the best procedure for me. I received pamphlets and all my questions were answered without hesitation. Hey we’re all very patient with me and my lack of knowledge. I decided to get the viva laser for my acne scars and had my first session completed a week later. This was my first of nine sessions. The downtime was very minimal compared to the fraxel laser that I’ve had in the past and I was able to return to my everyday activities the next day. The day of, I was able to do pretty much everything but had to be cautious that my face was protected from the sun and I was not able to apply makeup or wash my face. The result so far has been completely worth it and I’m excited for my next session!

Not only that, but Ive also noticed that the hair growing in is less coarse and lighter in color. I see significant changes even in the way my skin feels. I recently went to Premier Laser Spa in St. Louis for my first laser hair removal treatment on my legs. I have been to several other places in the St. Louis area for laser hair removal, and I have to say that so far, Premier Laser Spa is by far the nicest. I was greeted immediately by the receptionist and my technician met up with me in less than 5 minutes. The procedure room was very clean and the technician was very professional. I was very impressed with the service I got a Premier Laser Spa and will coming back in the future.

The owner is a crook! Refuses to pay employees for the time that they have worked. Talks to woman like they are dirt. The only reason I gave it one star is because there wasn’t an option of no stars. If your looking for a place to work. Save yourself. You will work LONG hours with the promise of pay and bonus. You will get neither!

This place is amazing! All of the people were extremely welcoming and friendly, and Clay was so patient in answering all of my questions and finding the best package for me! He worked so hard to work on the price for me. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because the price is slightly high.

The employees were pleasant but the product (lipolight) came no where close to what I was told or expected. I was told a 25% reduction each time ( I did it twice) and experienced less than a 10% reduction total. Barely able to tell from before and after. Not worth the 3500 at all.

I have only had 2 treatments here and can already tell a huge difference! I am so excited to get other areas done in the future. I have paid thousands of dollars for over 10 treatments at a different place before this and can tell more hair is missing after the 2 treatments I have had here at Premiere Laser than the other place I wasted my money on.
