This is a great place to go.Everyone was so kind very patient. I am so claustrophobic I was totally surprised at how open and how relaxed I was sitting in the chair. Thank you all if I ever need another one I will be back to see youthank you all for your kindness

I called to litterally make half of the payment or more. They refused to take that and let me set up a date for the other half. They would rather get no money and send it to collections. Smart company.

I am 10/10 claustrophobic or even more. Staff was kind enough to let me try the machine even before actual test which made me settle down and sign up for test. All necessary COVID precautions were taken by staff. Lady who does the examination is extremely comforting and patience with claustrophobic patients. TV in the room helped as a distraction, even though it can’t be heard!

I wish I could give zero stars for what I experienced at this place, it was the worst experience with an MRI I have ever had and I have had several in my lifetime, the pamphlet I rcvd was very deceiving for the type of MRI that I was getting which was on my neck and shoulder area, Once I was.seated in the chair they reclined the chair and it began to close in on each side which squeezed my shoulders in practically under my ears the pain in my neck and shoulder was intensified by this procedure. I really should have stopped the xray and I certainly paid for it. I will never ever ever revisit this place. After I got home and thought about I felt as though i was purposely put through unnecessary pain. It took several days for relief.

Had my first MRI ever done here today. I was nervous to put it mildly as I am extremely clostrophobic. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. The lady who did it made every effort to make me comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend this place and I am very grateful to them. If I ever need one again this is where Ill go.

They were very nice and professional and treated me well.

QUick & easy! Sit in the chair..put earplugs in and watch TV!I am claustrophobic.....but NOT with this machine!This is the one for you! I never thought it could ever be possible!The place is great!!Neat & Clean! I have had at least a half dozen mri but never a upright open one and I will never have anything but a upright open one for now on. I had 2 in a row. One back and one neck and Dave did a wonderful job plus Teresa welcomed me and got the paperwork all together. Thanks guys...

Professional, caring staff. No waiting past appointment time. Easy to schedule appointment. Love having the option of the open upright MRI. There is no judgement here or get over it attitude when you tell them you just cant get in a closed MRI machine or even the open one. This open upright was almost stress free.

Dave was so patient and helpful with me. I appreciated his kindness.

Open: ✅Upright? Not a chance.And that’s the part I need. Kinda weird that the machine had “STAND UP” printed right on it.

Super nice people and very clean nice place too! Gotta say Sheila and Chrysta were very helpful (with a great sense of humor too! Lol) and very friendly upon greeting you in the front, when you walk in. Travis who did my MRI was also very professional. Recommended!!! R Fry

I wasnt happy with them they put me on the upright and having jeans and I have a golf shirt did not tell me I could relax when it wasnt making noise afterwards I showed him my Marine brass belt buckle I had on in plain sight and he said oh thats okay no big deal then when I took the MRI to my medical people they did not like the results are clothes MRI I am told you much better reception we can take her ass for Valium or some kind of drugs for the closed MRI

I drove 2 hrs 45 mins from Bloomington IL. Unfortanately I was roughly 35 mins late for my appt due to traffic and couple of wrong turns. Thankfully they still let me receive my scan. The front desk receptionist was extremely helpful and nice. The mri tech was fantastic. He made sure I was comfortable before, during and after my scan. You can watch tv during your scan and the noise level was completely reasonable. They provide earplugs also. Very open. Very clean. I would highly recommed this facility if you for any reason are unable to have a traditional MRI

2 or 3 weeks ago I needed a mri they guy was very nice & helpful but some one needed to tell me that we need to give you a cd to take back to doc called the front desk they lied a few times saying we will send it it been over a week still dont have

This was not a good experience for me going to this place for the first time. They made the appt. with me and clearly stated to arrive 10-15 min. early for paperwork, I asked them to mail or fax it to me to expedite things, but they would not. I was on time, in fact early for my scheduled appt. I was given 4 or 5 long questionnaires to fill out. Mine exam was OWCP, not private insurance, even though they asked for it. I had to make it very clear this was not private insurance being used. On the first page they had it highlighted in green to sign about HIPPA, they did not give it to me, although, I do know it means, but I want to be truthful on the documents and I did not sign it, the intake woman did not even mention it. After I have been there for awhile, she tells me they are running behind and I will have to wait, since the previous person could not find the place. I am from Illinois and I found it, I understand being lost, but that person should have been rescheduled or this place should have contacted me as soon as they knew this and ask me what I wanted to do to handle this, they did not. I had 2 other afternoon appts. in Illinois today and explained this to her, her first response was, then we will have to reschedule you. I find that amusing that was her first response to a NEW patient who was early to my scheduled appt. and she did not do that with the other patient, HA!!! I will let my physicians office know about this and maybe other patients wont be offered this place, The lady offered me a gas card??? I am thinking since she has them, this has happened before, yeah.... I will discuss this with my Physician and ask for recommendations, this was so unprofessional not to call and they, in my opinion, should have re-scheduled the patient that was behind, not me...
