Everything about this experience was horrible. I checked in online and waited in my car (because it was what they recommended). I was supposed to receive a text message when it was my turn, but never did and ended up sitting in my car for 30 minutes waiting before I decided to go inside to find out what was taking so long. There was no one working the front desk and the first employee I saw escorted a man to the back with what I assume was her lunch. It was another 10-15 minutes before I saw another employee. He came out and called one other persons name before finally calling mine. I hope I never have to go back to this place.

I read the reviews & was hesitant about using this location. My experience was positive. At Check-in I scanned my drivers license & insurance card. Service was prompt- and I could have made an appointment. Next time! The lab tech was pleasant and a “good stick”. I didn’t feel the needle go in. Much better than other labs in the area. If I need another blood draw, I will be back!

Went here for pre-employment drug screen. Employees were nice, they have water in the waiting room. The only downside is the collection cups they use are about half the size of normal cups. This is already a difficult process for women and they make it harder.

Scheduled an appointment online for my visit. Arrived on site and used the app to let them know I arrived. Within 10 minutes, I was notified they were ready for me.Walked in and the technician was waiting for me.My technician was Janice, she was pleasant. She entered my information into the computer, asked some questions, and then drew my blood. I was in and out in 25 mins. Blood was drawn from my arm.My visit was during Covid-19 times. One previous person before me tried to walk in without a mask. She was denied access until she put on a mask.

When my techs mask slipped below his nose. I said, Would you please pull your mask up over your nose. NO response. So a little firmer I said, Please pull your mask up over your nose. Nick, the tech said, I will when Im finished with this.(the data entry) I asked a third time, telling him about a health condition I have and he replied, Im not even breathing on you.

The worst medical experience Ive ever had with my family. Avoid this place at all cost. Rude workers, front system has issues and not worth the time and drive there. If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would.

Guys this business has changed! I was very concerned with all the negative reviews that I actually went online and set up an appointment for 2 hrs later. I arrived about 30 min ahead and walked in to wait. The second I walked in I was greeted by the secretary and told to sign in on the kiosk. Once signed in I sat for about 5-10 minutes. After the person ahead of me was completed I was called back to do my drug test. 5 min later I was back in my car.Overall I spent about 15 min on a Wednesday at 1145 with one person ahead of me. Not bad and well done to the staff! Congrats on the new changes!

I always have my information ready and they do a great job!!! If I bring my son, they give him a sticker. If I ask a question, they answer it. Sometimes there is a wait, which is fine because not everything can be done instantly! I drive out of my way to go to this location and I like that they do the job and don’t require my life story.

Ive been coming here for years and while it seems to be understaffed it all depends on the time of day you go. They have all been very friendly and talkative with me every time Ive entered as well which is very nice when your going in to get blood work

Was in and out in 12 minutes. Not sure why the other reviews are so negative. Waiting room was very clean and had water available. Woman who collected my sample was very friendly. Did only seem to be one person working so maybe if you dont make an appointment or if there are many people in front of you it would take a while.

So unprofessional...Have never been treated so rudely. I offered my license and insurance card while they wait for my order to fax...lady said no we can just wait. Then she yells in the back to her co-worker if any fax came through, to which the co-worker asks the name of the patient. She said I dont know so exasperated without even looking down at the sign in sheet. I said I offered you my license and I did sign in on the clip board. She said coldly yea I couldnt read your last name this isnt for decoration, you have to print. I looked again at the clipboard to be sure I print legibly and didnt write in cursive before writing this review. She just made so many curt unnecessary remarks like the one I mentioned saying the clipboard isnt for decoration during my wait and while checking in. Then once she has the fax and was time to enter my contact info and insurance, I went to hand her my cards. She dismissed them and demanded I read and spell out my address vs simply looking at the license. Ultimately she still made a mistake on my address. Again, I have never had such poor customer service at a LabCorp or Quest. Definitely first and last time I will be at this location.

I take my husband there for multiple tests prior to an upcoming doctors visit. All locations are not the sameThere is another office closer with no steps to contend with but we go to this office. They get people in and out. We regularly have to get tests. They are both friendly and helpful. Scared me when I saw the bad ratings.

Excessive wait time for a facility that is intended to efficiently and quickly collect routine lab tests. I had an appointment scheduled for 10 am and at 10:50 am, I was still waiting. No one greeting people as they arrive, just a clip board in the window. Also no communication from staff person likely because they were stressed and overwhelmed (maybe someone called off today?). People were complaining and would ask the staff member when she emerged how much longer they had to wait. I ended up having to leave due to another appointment.

Celine is VERY rude and lazy on top of being rude. It is time for new workers because this location is problematic. No one will go out of their way to actually work with clients as if their time is not being paid for. I hate when employees act as if they are not in service or that unemployment rates are rising and you should be grateful for a job & be helpful.

The people here are incredibly rude. I was here trying to get a drug test before I needed to be at work and they didnt open on time. When I knocked on the door they continued to ignore me for a couple minutes. They finally unlocked the door and then just walked away. Didnt even look at me. Then, behind the OPEN sign in window they complained about me being there right in front of me!Cherry on top is that they told me drug testing would not be until 8:30 despite both their website and front window advertising that drug tests start at 8:00, which I pointed out.

Walked in on a Tuesday afternoon for blood test, didnt think Id need an appointment. The front desk told me it would be 30 minutes wait. Great! However, she failed to mention that there are 3 appointments scheduled around that time, and that they would all override me. This rude older lady came out (whining and complaining that they actually have business in the place...) told me its not her fault that I was told 30 minutes. An hour later, when they called the next appointment, I sat there shaking my head. The same old ill-mannered lady, YELLED across the room telling me not to shake my head. Save your sanity, breath, life, time, effort, energy, and everything else and do not go to Labcorp. If its a must, go to a different location. Oh, dont forget to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT.

I wolud give no star at all, my friend went here to get an STD test and they said the result was all negative. But We have to have a second test so we went to planned parenthood because her boyfriend was STD positive. So she have to be positive too. So the result from planed parenhood was positive. Buy they didnt wait for the result when she told them that her boyfriend was positive so they gave her atibiotics imediately since her boyfriend had positive test. But in labcorp they didnt care at all. Even when she told them that her boyfriend had an STD positive result, they refuse to giver an antibiotic... Because to my knowlegde if your partner is std positive so you, so you both should get treated.

Schedule an appointment and you get in a lot quicker! Staff is friendly when spoken too, but they dont seem to be very willing to initiate the conversation. Probably cause youre in and out within 5-10 minutes.

Made appointment for drug screen online. Arrived to facility early to check in, when I noticed a sign that said they could not do drug screens at this location. Shouldnt I have been given a warning when I made the appointment online, or at least a phone call? In any case, I waited for 20 minutes to talk with someone about it, but, though I could hear employees chatting behind the door, not a single person came to the front to attend to me and the two other people who had also been waiting 20 minutes. With no one coming to the counter in the foreseeable time, I had to just leave. Terrible experience.

I just came from the Creve Coeur location. When i walked in around noon there were two other ladies in the waiting room. No one was at the desk; i had to sign in. I could hear the nurses in the back laughing and have a grand ol time; i could hear every word through the desk window. This proceeded for the next few minutes (getting louder). All three of us were appalled by their unprofessional behavior. The sign said they take lunch at 12:30...at this rate, well never get out of here.I yelled through the window excuse me, we can hear every word youre saying and its unprofessional. Immediately a woman came to the door with a how dare you look and accused me of being rude and said that there were other patients there.Within a couple of minutes of her going back to her area, another person came to the door to start calling people back for their tests. By the time I went back, the other two ladies had already left and there were no other patients being serviced.Find another location if possible!

The technician is the rudest person I ever met! She is extremely inpatient. I was not sure about some procedures since I never have any drug screen before, so I asked her a question and she just gave me a nasty look like I asked a stupid question. I had trouble to open a locker and I asked her for help and she just said Geez! with condescending tone. I asked her another question and she raised her voice and said what do you mean ... with very rude tone and rolled her eyes. She should be fired so people could get normal and better service.

I arrived at 4:05 and signed in and sat and waited about 10 minutes...no one at the desk. A young man walked in and as he started to sign in a lady snatched the sign in from him and said can you read???....very rudely....he seemed confused and then she said if you want service here you better get your self here by 3;59- no later...and turned and walked away from him and called me in. Needless to say i was a bit aprehensive to let her draw my blood (kinda a scaredy cat anyway) but she did a quick and little pain stick and put the cotton ball on and said youre done...I said great job and she never responded....so, not real nice but job done...and then I got to the car and felt something weird in my hand and looked down and blood is dripping down my had out of my coat. I run back in and ask for help she said get in the bathroom and wash yourself.....as If I have irritated her. When I came out she said hey...you have a 9$ balance on your acct. and if you want us to process that blood you better pay it now! .......I said, sure...(let me go get my ruined purse and coat and pay you the $ 9)- I didnt say that but she was so unprofessional and should not be dealing with the general public.....no apology...no sympathy.....nothing.

This is a poor excuse of a medical office. I went in to get a blood workup at 12:00 was told to sign in my the receptionist, but then I was told by the nurse that it would be a long wait because she went to lunch from 12:30 to 1:00. I asked if she was still planning on taking a lunch with people in the waiting room and her response was a flat Yes as she walked away. I waited a few minutes to calm down and then asked the receptionist for the paperwork from the doctor so I could go to another facility. She wasnt able to get it and went to ask the nurse to get it for me. The nurse stated she didnt have time and that I would have to wait. Needless to say, I will not be back!

Id give it 0 if possible. Packed waiting room, no front desk receptionists. From what I can hear, staff is impatient and rude. Been waiting 30 mins and I think theyve gotten 1 person outta 15 done?No lobby tv or music, so youre forced to listen to any and all weird conversations that are on going at the time.Avoid this location. Youll be waiting forever awkwardly to get demeaned by the staff once its your turn

I had an appointment. I walked in 10 mins before the appointment. Was told they didnt have a tech on staff today and needed to go to a different location. Very frustrating while youre on lunch. And the receptionist was kind of rude too. You should notify people who have appointments.

Never go to this Lab Corp. I would rather give 0 or minus instead of 1. The staff, 1 lady I was dealing, was very rude, she was not cooperative. My baby was crying when drawing the blood to tube, she pulled half tube and stopped. Said that he is not cooperating and trashed the blood. I was very upset on trashing the blood of a baby without any concern. Never go to this Lab. I think they should either change the staff or close this branch.

Absolutely rude at the welcome/registration desk! The bathroom floors were disgusting with dried, dirty(had been there for a while) urine all over! I was in for a lab draw last week and didnt need an insurance card bc It was linked to my SSM account. So I didnt bring one again today. But the registrar AND the nurse told me I was wrong multiple times when I had clearly been here literally 7days prior! She didnt even bother to look me up until after attitudes flew across from both sides...why even get someone worked up like that if the problem could easily be solved by typing in my name?I will find another labcorp to visit from now on!!!

This was the first time I ever walked into this lab corp I got there early cause I needed to be at wrk at 830.So the first thing they didnt open at 8:00 It was 8:06, when I walked in their was no one to greet us just a freaking clipboard. Their were only three people in front of me so I thought Id be out of here in no time.Wrong !! The first women called my name and I went in to get my blood work and urinalysis done for my doctor. She looked at me and looked confused ... So she went on the computer and that took forever. It was 830am already and so she gives me a cup and said here i said thank you and walked down the hall and asked another women where the bathroom was at, she looked at me rolled her eyes and just pointed.So I went into the bathroom then put it in the door and walked out and asked the same lady that I had my cup in little door and she looks at me and said And.... I looked at her in shock she had headphones in her ears... I said to her gurl you have an attitude she replied No I do not and I replied back Yes You Do! And I walked away. Plus i looked at the time and it was 9:00 am !! I was in there for an hour!!! This Lab Corp messed with the wrong women today because I work at a doctors office that we have had many patients going to this one and had awful service and rude people that work there. So I made sure that the doctor I work for knows not to send anymore of our patients to this Lab Corp anymore. Please dont waste ur time here or your money.
