The African American lady that processed my TSA fingerprints was BEYOND FABULOUS. She was knowledgeable, articulate and kind. She had informed me that shed only been working there a few months and just got notified that the office was going to be closing. I would recommend that you find somewhere else for this person because she is a great representative of your staff.

A short wait, nothing that wasnt expected. Once we were brought in to complete the screening, everything went smoothly. The girl that worked with us was very professional.

Everyone was very friendly and informative. My only issue was getting my records from my primary care to this office. I had to do all the back and forth (requesting, following up, finding out Arch Bariatrics didn’t have access to the first system, calling back and asking to fax, etc. A better patient experience would be for the offices to work with the primary care to handle it.

The test was painless, which was such an improvement over my previous ones. The results were ready within 24 hours as stated in their information.

Easy in, easy out. The staff was ready for us exactly at the appointment time. They actively helped us through the procedure. We were finished in 10 minutes each. A great experience.

Quick and easy for TSA precheck for my daughter. Took just a couple of days for her ID # to arrive. I, on the other hand, went to the airport in person and have been waiting over 40 days for mine. If given a choice, go here instead.

Quick and easy! Signing in was a little questionable as the person in front of me didnt finish signing in and when I got there it asked for my email and I thought I was finished. I guess maybe a little more direction on the sign in computer wouldve been helpful for everyone.

It took me 5 minutes to find the right entrance. The door with the buildings address on it is a dentist office. There are several suites at this address. The suites are not marked. Very confusing. Once I found the right entrance, everything went smoothly. In and out in ten minutes.

My husband and I did a walk in. I suggest an appt but lucky for us someone didnt have their paperwork. Yes, it is hard to find. Its on the corner of Olive around back of the building at the far left door. The lady that took us back and worked with us was awesome. Very friendly. Very fast.

This was a fantastic experience for TSA precheck. Appointment scheduled and was honored right on time. Everyone was kind and professional.

I highly recommend this place! I was initially sent to Asure and their testing was half price. For a nail test asure was $830 for both parties and here $530 a $300 dollar savings! Cassandra was phenomenal! From the time i spoke w her on the phone until i left the office hands down the best customer service The office is VERY nice nothing like the place we were originally sent to. You wont get better costumer service than arcpoints!

I actually left a different facility after waiting for some time. I called and they let me know I could be seen right away. When I arrived I had a very prompt, pleasant, and clearly directed experience.

I went for TSA renewal. Reception staff was not very friendly. My appointment time was 2:10pm. I didnt get in until almost 3:00. Once I got in, everything went very smoothly. The actual person who helped me with the renewal was very nice.

Despite having technical difficulties with the device (i.e. the fingerprint section would not load), my technician got us through the renewal process as quickly and efficiently as possible. She showed patience and kindness that is often over looked in customer service relationships.

I would have given them 5 stars but the waiting room was too small.

Staff was plesant despite having a lot of tech issues with their equipment. Over a half an hour late past my appointment time - and my actual interview which should have only took 5 minutes, took 15 due to equipment failures, reboots, etc.

Was a little late and felt like I was being scolded

Went in for a blood draw for serum tears - took almost an hour! Two attempts (which left a bruised elbow), then had to wait for a different tech from an office at the other end of the building. She had to use veins in my hand. I have had numerous blood draws over the last 6 months (other labs) - and no one has had a problem. I had also made certain that I was well hydrated, which I don’t really know if I was for the other blood draws.

Transparent pricing if a bit pricey. Fast results. Professional staff. I have visited three times. Very safe COVID protocols.

My wife and I had TSA pre check appointments this afternoon. Smooth process, friendly staff.

Its awesome to have a rapid PCR test here. The final report was issued the same day. The only thing I think could be improved is the format of the report. More information, such as the address and contact of the lab, the time of specimen collection, and the time reported, can be included to make it more formal.

I went for Covid testing for international travel 3 weeks ago and again this week. There has been a huge improvement in the process and way results are recieved. Much more efficient system, fast and complete report. The girls taking the samples are very nice as well.

Everyone is very professional and super friendly. Never have to wait. Drew my blood and was out of there in 10 minutes. Only place I will go! This was my 2nd visit. I made a appointment for the same day in the afternoon and still had no wait!

I wanted to do the TSA PreCheck prior to our vacation this summer. I Completed the on-line app for an appointment on a Sunday, got an appointment for the very next day at 3:10 (with a suggestion of arriving early). I arrived at 2:50 and was finished and back in my car BEFORE my scheduled appointment time! Quick, efficient, knowledgeable... even tho they were having some software issues and we had to do the whole thing twice. No idea how long it will take to actually get my PreCheck number, but these guys were awesome!

Best service ever, from telephone conversation( they actually answer calls!), scheduling on line ( we were able to schedule about a week in advance) Covid test ( less than 5 minutes in and out) and efficiency in releasing results ( 48hs). In times like today, when everybody is already stressed, I can’t thank enough the people at Arc Point in Creve Coeur, for being professional and efficient. I’m going to recommend this lab to everyone I know!

The experience went as well as I could have expected, since I was a walk in. Spent about two hours there, roughly 30-40 minutes of that spending time on the background check procedures necessary to retain my HAZMAT endorsement, and acquire a TWIC card.
