Last night I noticed that my sons pupil in his eye that recently had an injury was non-reactive so this morning I called our local pediatric ophthalmologist office, Okaloosa Ophthalmology (Dr. Kruger), with the hopes that they could work us in today. From the first phone call to check-out they were the absolute best. They worked us in first thing this morning, the front desk staff was amazing, all of the techs who ran the tons of tests on him were so patient and sweet, and Dr. Kruger was thorough and wonderful!! I highly recommend them!!

Love this place. Very professional and so fantastic with my son, never had any issues every time Ive been. Proud to take my son here.

Dr. Kruger is a smart, caring doctor. Our family loves her so much that when she moved to Crestview 6-7 years ago I happily passed out her business card to my child’s other healthcare providers. (This was all my own initiative too because of how positive our experience was with her office, Dr. Kruger never knew.) I always rave about her to other parents with children with special needs. We now drive over five hours every year so she can remain my child’s eye doctor.

Dr. Kruger and her staff are amazing- we were in and out in under an hour, they clearly knew how to take care of small children and she explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this practice!

I refuse to let my daughter be seen here !!! My child missed her FIRST eye appointment , the receptionist crystal called me and told me the least I could have done was called the office, its common courtesy. ” then she sent a text saying we will be paying a no call no show fee ! My daughter has never been seen here , I haven’t signed any new patient paperwork agreeing to any policy. It felt very AGGRESSIVE and crystal was RUDE ! I’ll take that hour drive for my child eye needs before she steps foot here !

Great experience! Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to get an appointment the very next day and were seen on time. Dr. Kruger was great, very patient with my young child, and answered all my questions.

Friendly, professional atmosphere. Was in and out with full work up within an hour without feeling rushed. Dr. and staff were amazing, taking time to answer questions and clarify when needed. Both I and my daughter have been here and have experienced nothing but excellent care. Highly satisfied!

Cannot say enough good things about the ladies at Okaloosa Ophthalmology! We were sent from Panama City Beach for an office visit and will gladly make the drive again for future appointments. From check in to check out everyone was so nice and inviting! My 3 year old had her first eye exam and they made sure she was excited the entire time. They make the exam more of a game which kept her attention! I highly recommend this practice for anyone with small children! They were amazing!

Everyone, from the front desk to the tech walking us out at the end of our appointment, was professional and worked well with my 7 month old. The team was efficient in getting us in and seen by Dr Kruger. Information was shared clearly and any questions I had were answered well. They smiled and engaged with my 7 month old and made me feel comfortable about gaining care there. I’d recommend Dr Kruger and her team for any of your or your child’s eye care needs.

My visit was great, they gave me a complete eye exam and made sure everything was fine. The tests and results were all explained to me and any questions I had were answered.
