Dr Bebrin and his staff are very pleasant & courteous. I appreciate their flexibility & friendly service. They have made a very long process manageable & tolerable for myself and my teenage daughter.

I didn’t find them to be very friendly. Didn’t explain what they was doing and why. My son asked more questions then they ever spoke to us. They was always overbooked. Mr. Bebrin would come in not acknowledge myself or my son. No hi how are you? Are you having any discomfort? Is there anything bothering you? Definitely not kid friendly at all. I felt he was only concerned about making money. I transferred to another orthodontist. They was very thorough with everything. Had us leaving with a smile on our face and my son saying “I like him he’s really nice.” Definitely happy with the switch

My teen had multiple issues with teeth that werent coming out, teeth shifting and an underbite. After evaluation, it was determined that she would have braces for a year and invisalign for approx 18 months. From the beginning, they were prompt with appointments, efficient and well-staffed and knowledgeable. She went over treatment time by about 6-8 months or so because her teeth were stubborn, and I like the fact that they were going to keep going until they were satisfied and we were happy with the outcome. She looks fantastic now - her profile has changed so much and her teeth are beautifully straight and she has much more confidence. All around competence is a rare thing these days, and we are extremely satisfied.

I just began my treatment but have been in conversation with Dr. Bebrin for a while now. I needed some time to decide whether or not I was going to take this step in getting braces for my spacing issues. When I did decide to take the step I didn’t bother looking else where because I liked the information and treatment I received at my consultation. Nothing changed for me in terms of services when I went back recently. Im really excited to go through this treatment and have faith that with Dr. Bebrins guidance and expertise, I’m going to have the smile I’ve always wanted. 😁

Dr Bebrin and his team are very nice; always professional. We see him in the Cranston office. My only negative is that if I had known 2 years ago he was only in Cranston every other Wed. I might have looked for another team. Rescheduling and flexability was limited because of that schedule. However, his dedication to my teenager who is not motivated to use his invisilines, and should have been finished a year ago, is admirable.
