I’ve been going to Dr Cosmo for about a year and half now. I had an awful bite, overlapping teeth the list goes on.. I had other opinions before meeting him; they wanted to pull teeth, metal braces, more money etc. once I met with Dr. Cosmo he was so knowledgeable and I was extremely anxious to start my process. I gave my deposit and began right away. I finished my last aligner and he wasn’t completely satisfied with the results and is adding additional treatment to make them as close to perfect as possible. While he wasn’t satisfied I am extremely happy/ satisfied to date with the progress. I can now smile confidently thanks to Dr. Cosmo and his staff. The staff is so friendly and professional it is by far my favorite follow up appointment to attend! I highly recommend Dr Cosmo and his team!! :)

The staff has been unbelievably supportive through my 4 year process, which should have only lasted 18 months. I started with Invisalign because of the insecurities of wearing braces as an adult. What a huge mistake! Invisalign are the worst for moving your teeth correctly. Nothing beats old school braces, which come in white so they blend a little better. Special thanks to Bobbie Ann for her dedication to my happiness with my teeth!

Usually the receptionist are rude, but Doctors and other staff are very nice, however, today was the drop that spilled the glassToday May 28, 2021, I called to make an appointment for my son(Keep in mind I cancelled one appt because I was with my kids in DR burring my Grandmother and unfortunately couldn’t come back on time because we got very sick with COVID. We had to stay for two months. Also, I lost another appointment, which I didn’t remember because of everything going on)The receptionist was very rude. I asked for an appointment as I tried to explain why I missed the last one, and why it took me so long to call now, but she just cut me off with attitude saying I wasn’t going to get an appointment.I asked why, she said :The approval from the insurance expired, I asked if they could retry, she said: no. No explanation or anything. I kept asking questions to see what could we do about it, but she was just rushing and being rude, saying no to my questions without giving the proper information, or at least explaining why. Just told me “you have to get another orthodontist “I guess I was being punished for missing an appointment ... didn’t even take into consideration that I called and explained what was going on when I canceled the first one.

Directly before the pandemic I was due to get my braces off. I did not like my expeirence here due to the fact that you almost never interact with people, you sign in via computer and its very impersonal and just not a great place to go. So the night before my appointment I decided to leave a review reflecting this. Well they decided to take it upon themselves to BLACKMAIL me into taking it down by refusing to take my braces off if I did not. Now I realise they can refuse service to anyone but this is a terrible buisness practice and does not make me feel better as the customer. I decided to wait to make this review because i was suppose to have two more appointments with them so they could look at my retainer. Well they cancelled them due to the pandemic and they never contacted us again even tho they said they would. This place is terrible, I would leave less than one star if it was possible. What kind of people blackmail their customers? (Oh and if you call me I am refusing to take this review down now ). According to the response, they didnt blackmail me lol. They %100 blackmailed my father and me, they can say whatever they like. No one likes gaslighting.

Dr. Cosmo and his staff are extremely professional and kind. Before going to Cranston Orthodontics, my teeth werent the prettiest. But with their amazing service and very kind staff, my teeth are now amazing and straight. I would like to thank the staff who made my experience personal, and made me feel like I had control over how my teeth would be afterwards. Great atmosphere, no feelings of fear from dentists. Overall, I would totally recommend Cranston Orthodontics for your needs of teeth perfection! I can now smile without covering my mouth 😁.

Took my braces off today, teeth came out amazing. The staff here are very professional and fantastic at what they do. Dr Cosmo had a few times where he had to think outside the box for my dental work. My teeth had a huge transformation! Honestly lost for words. Thank you Noemi for all the work you did on my teeth as well. You made me feel very comfortable at every visit. Even during this pandemic they were still untouched. Great work. I have had many visits at the vets during this pandemic as they have been open during it all. The process to hand off pets has been a great way to ensure safety for clients and staff.Although this may appear to be a weird comparison the steps were similar and prepared me for my daughters visit.I called the office when I arrived in the parking lot and a nurse met my 14.5 year old in the breezeway of the office where I stayed away holding the door open, enough distance away from the nurse as she took my daughters temperature. I decided to then wait in the car even though the waiting room was a choice. When her appointment ended, a tech walked her out. Instead of having her lean into or get anywhere near the inside of my car, for her safety and piece of mind, I got out of my car to speak with her. We stayed 6 feet apart in the parking lot while she told me of what they did, what they hope will happen by next visit and how long to schedule her next visit which I plan to do by phone. I believe that this hand-off was the best way for everybody with the virus still among us. There were eyes on my daughter the whole time, we were treated with respect, I (and staff) kept masks on and kept our distance. Of course my daughter took off her mask during the procedure! Again, I think it was very safe and effective and honestly the best part was the appointment itself. My daughter is fearful of many things including going back to school this fall. With appointments like this, shell gain more confidence and hopefully overall, calm her paranoia. Even things like food shopping it is recommended that only 1 member of the family go shopping so kids are usually left at home unless theyre younger without a sitter. Paranoia has grown to a point where even though my daughter can now see her friends, theres no parent that I know willing to set their kids out and I am in touch with quite a few parents. So again I say that this visit has helped tremendously (without her knowing) both physically and mentally. 5 star experience!

I am an older client. I always wanted to have braces, but no funds as a child. As I aged my teeth started to shift more. I heard that Cranston Orthodontic did a great job for an older man who also had braces. So, I made an appointment. Dr. Cosmo made my dream come true. I am thankful for his and the staffs expertise. My braces are off. He has high standards for himself and others, I perceive. If I did nothing my teeth would have shifted more, I believe, because my siblings teeth have shifted very much. For health and esthetics I did something. I can now floss properly because my teeth are straight. I am so lucky. Thank God and Dr. Cosmos.

About a year and a half ago I came to see Dr. Cosmo about braces. When I was younger I had braces, unfortunately, the process was not done correctly by another Dr.Seeing that I am 28, I didn’t want braces on the front of my teeth. Also, I wanted something that was permanently cemented to my teeth during treatment; I truly didn’t want to deal with taking trays in and out. I came across incognito braces (bilingual) so they would sit on the back of my teeth. I did extensive research and most places won’t do it and not every case is a candidate for incognito.I found Dr. Cosmo and made and appointment. It was hands down the best choice I made. He assured me that I was a great candidate for it and that the end results would be beautiful. A year and a half later, boy was he right! My teeth are perfect in every way, not only are they straight but he made sure to shape them to perfection!I highly recommend Dr. Cosmo, he is amazing and his staff is absolutely amazing as well. When I was a kid, I broke my 2 front teeth on different occasions and I ultimately had them fixed however I never cared for the size of the crowns and the space between them. About 2 years ago I was referred to Dr Cosmo by my dentist as I was curious about what my options were. I was told about and ultimately got the Invisalign trays. Jump to present day the crowns have been downsized to something more appropriate and the space is almost gone. I can definitely say a “Big difference” from when I started out. That plus my experience with this office has been fantastic Dr Cosmo and his staff are awesome! Looking back, I wish I had done this years ago as I know I would have been a lot happier. Now, I need to remember to smile more!

Do not get in house retainers. I came to this orthodontist to originally get braces so I could feel more comfortable with my teeth and smile. Dr. Cosmo gave me the option of his own brand new retainers and he said they would do the same job as braces while also bringing the price similar to braces so I don’t go off to college with brace lol, so I agreed. What I did not know is that supposedly on the contract these retainers only adjust patients teeth only 50% better. Dr. Cosmo even identified what was going on with my teeth and showed what he needed to fix. This went smoothly the first year I I really noticed a difference in my teeth and was starting to see progress. At one point my teeth were almost as I wanted them but then I found myself constantly break my final retainers cleaning them and have to pay 225 dollars for each new set. And they “lost” my retainer records and had to make a new mold out of my current not properly aligned teeth due to me not wearing my retainer for about 3 weeks while I was getting the 225 dollars together. I raised concern to doctor cosmo about my teeth not feelin vb like the used to and that my jaw was aligning right with my teeth. Essentially the problems with my old teeth he identified were never fixed in the 2 years I was a client here. Today I’m am extremely self conscious of my current teeth and not satisfied with the results. I payed for this from money I got from a car accident and instead of buying clothes, shoes, or junk I tried to invest this money into my teeth with Dr. cosmo nearly 4000 dollars of my own money at 18 years old. I could’ve just done braces and not had any of the issues I’m having now with my teeth. To top it off after raising my concern in the office I was later released as a client. The least that could’ve been done was satisfy a paying client who is not satisfied with his teeth and who jaw literally fells uncomfortable the way my teeth line up. This adjustment could’ve been done but simply adjusting my final retainer.I will say very nice office, very nice staff, very clean and very comfortable and a nice waiting room. I believe great work is done here. I am disappointed in my experience, but I believe if I would’ve just gotten braces I would have been extremely satisfied.

I first got my braces on in elementsry school, and i thought it was pretty cool coming here sence all my friends had braces. I got them off and had to get teeth removed, and now im back in freshmen year of highschool getting them off today! In the beginning my teeth were really bad, but now there really straight! I really do like coming here, everyones really nice and awdspme.

The office staff in all aspects was top-notch, making me comfortable with the decision to have braces put on at the ripe old age of 69, and answering all my questions and concerns. My teeth were very crooked and didnt line up at all, and the process took longer than it would for a kid, but now that my braces are off, I cant stop smiling and I stop at every mirror to see my straight teeth. Dr. Cosmos confidence in his ability to correct my bite and straighten my teeth gave me the courage to finally make the change. Marisa was my rock. Just got my braces off today and I couldnt be happier.Dr. Cosmo and his staff are all so nice, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. The whole place is clean, open, spacious, and welcoming. No stuffy office type place hidden away in a huge building out of the way. They were really accommodating to get me in real quick when a wire or bracket popped off.My only bits were, I hit a bit of a bump when I moved away to Boston with the commute and the lack of Saturdays available, if they were available. I had an estimated date of Dec 18th, but asked it to be improved after the move to Boston. Instead of early, they came off three months later than planned, March 16th.But Dr. Cosmo and his staff members behind the lines were seriously great. He was always really friendly and always answered any questions I had. He even recommended a dentist for me up here in Boston for me.I would definitely recommend Dr Cosmo and crew.

I am very upset with this office and especially Dr.Cosmo and how he is pursue in this matter .First and foremost they have received much business from my family and I. A lawyer on Cosmos behalf has my family and I in the middle of a legal fight in the court system. Due to being late for 2 appointments I was being charged the sum of $400 which in my eyes is to much to pay for absolutely just a misunderstanding and now for not having paid the amount owed the attorney Cosmo has hired has resumed in place in a warrant for an arrest and the amount has also grossed to $700 which is unbelievable all for this. Needless to say I will admit that 7 kids and all with various appointments and different school hours it is diffcult for a single mother to deal with and was hoping for an understanding and a better solution to resolve this matter.

I had an excellent experience with Cranston Orthodontics! Well as good as having braces can be, I guess, especially at 22 years old and in college... Believe me... going there at first I was not happy. I thought I would be judged and they would look ugly and bulky in my mouth. I was able to get clear ceramic braces which I was pleased to hear and you could barely notice in pictures that I even had them which was a little more exciting. Im not going to lie the first month I was miserable, in pain, and not wanting to eat.. however after I explained my discomfort, the entire staff made sure I was comfortable when getting my wires changed and they used numerous pieces of technology to help reduce the pain in my mouth. I even purchased the drs brand of excelledent and it was amazing. Always helped reduce the sensitivity in my teeth, especially after the wire changes. The office always ran on time for my appointments and there was always open times available for me to be seen when needed. I can happily say a little after a year, I now have a smile I never imagined before. I am beyond thankful for this experience and encourage you to go to Cranston Orthodontics!!

Cranston orthodontics was the best experience ever ! The staff and Dr. Cosmo are so friendly and kind. I am 23 years old and getting braces as an adult and how bad my teeth were, I was scared that nothing would help! After 2 and a half years I can say I am truly AMAZED with my results. And I never once had a bad experience with them every time I went or called or needed a wire fixed or something was wrong with a bracket. I cannot stop smiling now thanks to them. I cant say enough good things about our experience at Cranston Orthodontics, especially Dr. Cosmo himself. From the day we set foot in his office, which at the time, was MUCH smaller(that shows how long weve been visiting till today), we were assured by him and his staff that the would take very good care of our son John as we embarked on his orthodontic journey. Through each pain staking stage, Dr. Cosmo and his staff explained what we would expect and provided exemplary care to John, so he would understand what to expect, as well, which gave all of us peace of mind. Dr. Cosmo told us from the get go that this would be a long process, and that he would take special and meticulous care of John, and he never failed us. Today, John completed his journey and has a BEAUTIFUL smile to show for it, And, as much as we are excited for him, it comes with bittersweet feelings because we will miss our visits, as the staff has become like family.
