The woman behind the desk had an attitude as if people were there to annoy her. She was rude and didnt explain anything. My friend had to ask her the same question three times. All she said was, you can look it all up on line. My friend said I dont have a computer. She said well then go to a library. My friend said but I dont know how to use a computer. She then said well, how do you expect to do anything? Then she looked beyond my friend and said next. I was not happy so I said to my friend, lets just get out of her before I say some thing well all regret. We left. But this is a government agency !
