They never pick up when trying to call for an appointment. I was put on hold for 30 minutes and then I get an automatic hang up. Not to mention, one of the receptionist lady is very rude. Reception doesn’t welcome you instead you get a terrible treatment just because of my low income.

I like my doctor that’s currently working there. But I don’t like this office that he works out of. The nurses/office people are not so friendly. I understand a lot of low income families attend this office but they’ve treated me as if I was one of them. I didn’t appreciate that assumption that was make of me. If my doctor was at a different office with a friendlier and a more respectful environment. I would easily give it 5 stars.

Dr. Westrick is a pill pusher. I was upset about a 1000 dollar co-pay bill. He asked if I wanted to take anti-depression meds. And again this week he tried to push meds on me after he knows I’ve had adverse reactions to those types of medications. Not to mention the potential side effects and coming off those meds can produce all kinds of serious health risks. Stay away from his clammy soft hand shake, nose hair and bad breath. I am currently looking for a new primary as dr Dr. Westrick is just that. A “trick”-ster, tricking his patients into unnecessary drugs so he can profit. Be ware of the pusher man. If I could give no stars I would.
