I love my doctor. The office staff are always very polite and helpful.Have not had good experience with one of the nurse practitioners.I prefer to only see my doctor for appointments.

I went to Coastal Medical in 2016. I saw Dr. Garewell and was mistreated by her and the staff at the time.. Now they are telling me five years later I am discharged from them without any reason. They at the time never gave me discharge paperwork where to go. I felt like the doctors did not care or show and interest in their patients. I will not be going there anymore but if possible would like to sue them for not giving me proper treatment and discharging m without reason and without a plan for me to go somewhere else.

My old primary is here. I was given a drug that has been linked to liver disease for many years. Even when i questioned the reason my PC never followed through. When my liver failed I was told not to take the drug anymore. When I asked for my records with a return recipe, the signature was COVID19.

Have been a patient here for many years. My PCP that I had been seeing left the office. Was told they could no longer see me and did not give me any recommendations on where to go. Spoke with the office manager who was not the slightest bit friendly or even cared that i am being left with no doctor. Proceeded to tell me that I was rude and then hung up on me. Excuse me for being upset that I know havero go through the agony of finding a new doctor. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere.

The worst medical office ever.... They made me wait for more than 1 hour to be accommodated without any apology. And the doctor said there will be someone calling me back for another appointment for further checking, but they never called me back

Very unprofessional and inexperienced nurse practitioners who are not doctors. Never returning. Doctor was very rude and inexperienced.

I always check in on time or earlier, have to sit in the waiting room for up to an hour. Then sit in the patient room for another 30minutes or more just to see a nurse practitioner for 15 minutes and leave. Will be looking for a new doctor.

Always awesome to me.
