I have been going there for years great doctors and workors other I would not be going there

This place is the pits! There are no doctors here, just nurse practitioners who are so full of themselves you cant get proper care! They seem to work under the assumption that every patient is a drug addict and doesnt deserve ANY form of medication. Im pretty much done with CCAP, and good riddance!

VERY WELL EXPERIENCED DOCTORS AND ALL THEY DO IS PROVIDE 100% TRUE CARE TO ALL PATIENTS. IT HAS AN ELEVATOR WITH 3 FLOORS. THEY OFFER DENTAL, BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES, AND PCP PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIANS/ SUBSTANCE ABUSE MANAGEMENT. THIS IS A ONE STOP SHOP. ANYWAYS THE STAFF/DOCTORS/EMPLOYEES/PCPS ARE VERY NICE,CARING,AND GIVE VERY GOOD QUALITY CARE TO ALL PATIENTS. I AM FROM CONNECTICUT AND DOCTORS DOWN THERE ARE RUDE AND JUST DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE REALLY DOING I FEEL ANYWAYS ITS WHAT IS CALLED MALPRACTICE IN CONNECTICUT!!!!!

I work at a Boston hospital so am well familiar w good patient care when I see it. NP Karen Bugaj is one of the worst I have seen, dismissive of patients family concerns. Works with a limited English speaking patient and cant be bothered to speak through a fluent family member or interpreter to be sure shes addressing all of the patients concerns. Cannot order an chronic asthma/bronchitis patient a nebulizer when the patient has had to go to ER several times in span of 3 days for nebulizer treatments for asthma, yet at every ER visit we’re told pt would benefit from one at home. I wanted to stay on the line during her consult with my mom, but NP hung up on me. She also passed herself off as an MD when I asked if she was a doctor. According to google, shes an NP. No accountability - refers pts to specialists who dont take the insurance, dont address whole needs of the patient at this place and claims patient never informed her. Problem is she’s too busy to document everything and so patients fall through the cracks. Patient is elderly, family lives out of state, you would think they would help set her up w community resources, after all it’s a community health center. This place has gone down since Dr Cavanaugh left. RN Tina, front desk staff and social worker are wonderful and not full of themselves like NP Bugaj

Not a happy camper...this place has to many clients and not enough doctors to make care and follow-up decisions...used to go here...I came in with a family member...the place has not changed much...I really feel that the doctors dont have enough TIME to get their job done correctly...your slotted in to a 15 min visit and its off to the next patient...how can you make a decision when it takes you 10 min just to go over your meds...argh...TIME IS MONEY...THE MORE PATIENTS THEY SEE THE MORE MONEY THEY GET...This place scares me...afraid they really going to hurt someone...

Seems like their phones are ringing all day because when you call it takes about 29 minutes for someone to answer then you’re on hold for another 20 minutes. Odd because when ever I’m there in person I barley hear the phones ring🤔

Ok in a pinch, for those who have no easy way to get to a better place, and nice to have mental, physical, and dental health in one place. However, they never pick up the phone, they dont seem to care much about individuals, and even if you are there, if something messes with your appointment schedule, their default is to mark it no show.

DO NOT GO HERE TO GET HELP WITH AN ADDICTION!!!! They are heartless and as soon as I said I was in recovery and needed help they treated me with disgust and completely no compassion at all.. ESP A MAN NAMED SANDY (yes a man lol) and a NURSE NAMED TINA. I’m not going to be ok at doctors offices for a long time due to this!! Instead of help I wanted to use more than ever!!!! I’m not going to bc I do have people in my life that help me!! Thank you so much CCAP !! They should not be in this position at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great people here. And nice public service, I went to the building and zoning department and they are very attentive.

I had a Deep cleaning done and the dentist at the time, chipped my front side tooth while doing so. Another time I was sent around the corner to another dental that was through ccap and they pulled an infected tooth but I wasn’t numbed correctly and felt just about the whole extraction process. The doctor, instead of numbing me more continued to pull the tooth as I was crying in pain. After the extraction was over I was hyperventilating and the doctor and nurse looked at me like I was crazy instead of showing concern. I am scared to make another appointment at this point. Waiting time at the appointments is long as well.

Ive been a patient here for over 20 years and still find the staff to be friendly overall. They tend to weed out the bad seeds quickly.

DR. Greenblatt was amazing. Very knowledgeable and great bedside manner.

I wouldve given 5 stars if they got rid of there outrageous RULE about appointments! Sometimes things happen that we have no control over for example your child gets sick or theres a death in your family and you obviously would have to cancel your appointment for things like that. Oh no not at this place it doesnt matter if your on your death bed if u cancel a 4th appointment they punish u for a year u dont get any of there services!!! I dont think ANY doctor should turn a patient in need AWAY! I had to be at court one day and i didnt know because my lawyer moved my date and forgot to tell me and i had an appointment so when i called to cancel they said Im sorry but u have no more cancels left! And thats 3 times i canceled within 2 YEARS. So they would rather me get a warrant out for my arrest for not going to court to go to my appointment!? I mean come on u should only penalize people that are constantly late or canceling!!!! Fix that stupid rule and you would be the best doc Ive ever HAD!

Its always an 45mins to an hour wait no matter how early you come. You complain and they tell you Im sorry they physician is running behind. This has become an on going problem.
