Ive been thinking about joining a gym to get my body strong again, I can go at my own pace. Baby steps, I know that I need to do this. I took the tour of the gym and it has everything that I need to do so. I hope that I can figure out a way to join.

Friendly staff. I find the location I go to (Cranston) to be very clean. Happy I made the choice to join this gym versus others.

Only helpful when trying to sign up. After signing up, they are the most unhelpful. Trying to resolve billing issues but no one seems to be of help. Call corporate is the best answer they can give

First of all, the staffs are super friendly. Equipments are well maintained. Not too crowded and could always get station. Even the members are super friendly. Great place and good environment.

Annoying to quit a so called “no commitment” membership, especially during covidz they insist they need your signature and won’t do it over the phone. Charged my credit card when they couldn’t get money from my bank and added a fee. Signs say keep masks on but most middle aged people get some kind of pass and rules don’t apply to them. Mask rule not enforced on the floor.

The staff is great! The regional manager at this location and the Warwick location is awesome. Always hands on with the clients and staff members. She isnt afraid to get things down either. You will see her helping her team clean the equipment which you dont see other managers do in other gyms. She is amazing!!!

This Planet Fitness is very clean and the staff members are always nice! Ive been taking sessions with Tyler Hagopian- the trainer at the location- for just over a month. He is super encouraging and pushes you to your limit, but hell adjust the workout if he sees its too difficult for you. Since joining PF and working with Tyler, I have lost 6-7 pounds and I feel so much better mentally and physically. I feel that my body is getting more toned and I walk into PF knowing that my body is a little bit better than the day before. A huge thank you to Tyler and the PF staff for making PF a welcoming and encouraging environment that legitimately gives you tools to a healthier lifestyle!!!

Worst location ever. They literally try to squeeze as much money as possible from your bank account on the name of different charges. Also no sanity regulations are being followed. Take a risk if you want to workout at this location

My wife talked me into getting a membership and glad I did. Seeing results just after a few weeks in and Im loving it. Now I got to get my wife to come with me.

Nice clean place to work out unless your a bodybuilder, in which case you will find PF under-equipped. Nice atmosphere and staff who are often busy with housekeeping. I also like the diverse patronage at this particular gym. .

This gym is amazing! Brand new club with awesome equipment, clean locker rooms, and a super friendly staff. Get the black card! Free guest privileges so youll never have to work out alone again! They also have hydro massage beds AND salon quality tanning. Dont forget to book a free design with their fitness instructor Ralph, super knowledgeable trainer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nice gym. Nice people. Everyone needs to take it a little easier on the spray bottles. Peoples fetish for chemical extinguishment is pathological. Natural is better. Remember. If youre leaching bio toxins though, we do want to spray them down.

Great place and always clean. Staff is friendly; they always greet me and say goodbye. One thing to note is that sometimes when a machine isnt working properly, itll take them weeks to get it fixed. Other than that, its a great place to work out, especially if youre a night owl.

Labor day was the first time since I have been going there that the machines in the 30 min. Work out area were dusty etc...even tho there were two attendants behind the desk.Usually the attendants are bustling around wiping machines etc.

PF Cranston is a great gym! Always super clean and has plenty of room and equipment available!! The manager Courtney and all of her staff are always friendly and very helpful!!! I highly recommend the fitness classes with trainer Jess, she’s great and very knowledgeable if you have any questions and check out the black card membership which lets you to bring a guest and use the massage chairs and beds and salon quality tanning beds and booths!! All around great gym!!!!

Planet Fitness in Cranston is the best gym in RI. it is cheap, very spacious, always clean and the customer service is amazing, the staff always answers any question and is always friendly. Courtney is a great manager and knows how to keep the gym together, the kid who works morning shift does a great job keeping the mens bathroom clean and every time i have a question about a workout or machine, he always knows how to help and knows exactly what hes talking about when it comes to working out. Also thumbs up for Ralph the trainer.

Each location definitely has its own pros and cons. I havent always had the best experience.

This is one of the best PF in Rhode Island. I go here frequently 4/5 times a week. The staff are friendly and the machines and bathroom are clean.

It is a very new an updated gym. Theres no contract and extremely cost effective at $10/mo for the regular membership or to become a black member witch gives you unlimited access to the massage chairs, tanning, special gum equipment plus more, is only $20/mo.

(-5⭐️) Former member, relocated out of state due to family emergency and tried to cancel membership unsuccessfully for over 3 months, I was warranted cancelation by month 2, but once again they charged my account; spoke with manages; regional manager Courtney and my account still standing. Incompetent management with deplorable customer services skills, I lived in RI for over 25 years and had many gym memberships but this is the worse experience I have ever encountered. This institution is just vigilantly stealing from me, with dubious multiple charges. I will contact the authorities to rectify the wrong doing. Please be advise when considering this organization.

Courtney handles the finances, I would not hire her to wrap quarters. It is either deal with an immature juvenile with zero understanding of the Planet Fitness contract, eat the money she is stealing from the clients or go to court for the 30 bucks. Amicable resolution should be at least an attempt, tough to get there when the kid does not understand basic financial subject matter. I will eat the money, she is too dumb to fix anything.

Courtney the manager is the bomb!!!! and the staff is A1.. I definitely recommend stopping by and getting a black card membership. its super worth it! If i could i would live there!! 100%

Modern and clean facility. I wish they were open later on Fridays and weekends as this would be ideal for me because of my work schedule.

Trainer Jessica Dion at Cranston doesn’t show up to appointments. The few times she does show up, she is late. Cranston has a better set up in regards to designing and then giving an orientation... but trainer never showed up or called back to re set up the no show appointment.Manager Courtney never calls back. Staff also faked reviews on google. They aren’t customers.Warwick manger was helpful (forgot her name). I assumed maybe the staff might be better. But the training consisted of a list of exercises being given and no explanation as to how to do them.Waste of money unless you know what to do and you don’t need to depend on staff for assistance.I did like the Solo-fit at Cranston. Only positive thing.I was able to cancel my membership without an issue. If I’m ever closer to another planet fitness that isn’t being run under same management (Warwick and Cranston are connected), then I might give it a try. For now I believe the negative reviews on here. Even some of my friends who go to planet fitness agree with the negative reviews, but they say they are used to it.
