I met with crystal for my consultation and treatment of cool sculpting. Upon the consultation, she was friendly and as she went over the information giving me as much time as needed to ask questions. Upon treatment day she took excellent care of me, talking me through each step, ensuring my comfort. She was professional, courteous and an asset to Dr. Polaceks team. If needed I will return for more treatments.

I go to see Dr. Polacek about every eight months to get some Juvederm filler. I love how it looks after about a week. Everything settles in and looks so smooth. I would definitely recommend going to her. Shes the best.

Experience makes a difference, Ive gotten botox before and they shot me up with too much making my forehead really heavy and hard to do eye make up. Dr. Polacek made it perfect and knew exactly what went wrong before. One of my eyebrows is slightly higher than the other and she evened me out. Again experience makes a huge diff, will never go to anyone else.

Dr Polacek is a brilliant physician who is extremely knowledgable about her area of practice. She created a friendly, open atmosphere conducive to being properly able to evaluate options openly and honestly. I appreciated her honesty , experience and her ability to be forthright without seeming overly clinical. Her evaluation is based on her experience with multiple procedures so she is well versed in both surgical and non surgical procedures. She enjoys what she does and it shows. I recently visited the Polacek Center and had a chemical peel done by Beth. This has always been one of my favorite procedures because you see results pretty quickly. Within a couple days, the skin peels, and you are left with fresh, glowing, tightened skin. I really appreciate Beths exceptional knowledge, skill and expertise when it comes to creating the best plan, for my individual skin care needs. She really knows her stuff, a master and perfectionist for sure. Additionally she has a great personality, thoughtful and funny too. Its always an enjoyable visit when I see Beth, even during Covid... which by the way they have you covered...PPE, sanitizing, screening. I felt completely safe and comfortable during my stay. Truly a 5 Star Experience!

I have been seeing Dr. Polacek since 2001 for Botox injections to my forehead, usually every 12-18 months. I have delayed due to concern about Covid, but after 26 months I could no longer stand to look in the mirror. Even after all that time, Dr. Polacek’s expertise produced the desired results. I can only rate this on my consultation experience as I have not decided yet whether to go through with treatments. Dr. Polacek was engaging company and listened well, taking as much time as I needed to answer my laundry list ( yes, literally a list, although there was no mention of starching shirts) of questions. It was a completely different experience from an earlier consultation with another doctor who was somewhat dismissive with my inquiries, leaving me with more questions than answers. Dr. Polacek should be considered a serious contender for anyone seeking non-invasive cosmetic surgery.

I have had fabulous experiences and great results! They are very professional and knowledgeable. This will be my new place to go. The Botox ad Fraxel results came out perfect. The skincare products have helped my skin to a whole different level!! Very happy. 😄

Her work is subtle and enhancing. She insists patients stay in the hospital overnight after procedures as an added precaution. It is easy to get an appointment and her office and office staff are lovely.

I have been a patient 3 times for filler. One time I forgot my wallet and by the time I got home and paid it was the next day. Every time I call I get the other in full pay in full which is no problem. I don’t appreciate the sarcasm so I won’t be booking anymore. This place doesn’t value customers just money.

So far it’s looking good it’s doing what they said it would do before it gets more and more better as the days go by I will let you know how it is when it’s done but so far I happy with it

She is the only person I trust to do fillers and Botox. The finished result is always a softer, well rested look. Never over done.

My first experience at the Polacek Center was wonderful. When I first walked in, I was warmly greeted by Kristen the Medical Assistant who happily got me in with the friendly Esthetician Catherine who was giving me a hydrafacial. The entire office was immaculately clean. It was a very comfortable atmosphere. My facial was extremely relaxing and was a great experience. I left GLOWING. As I was leaving, Dr. Polacek herself greeted me on her day off. Just goes to show the friendliness of the entire office. Great experience and I would highly recommend!

My entire experience was amazing and the warmth and caring as well as the great results I get (consistently!) are the reason I drive over two hours every few months for Botox, skincare, etc.

I have been seeing Dr. Polacek for five years now and I refer her to all my friends when they inquire as to how I preserve my youthful appearance. She and her staff are genuine, professional and knowledgeable. They provide a welcoming atmosphere with no pretension visits are always a pleasure.

I went today to Dr. Polacek. I was very happy with my results. But more importantly I was impressed with how everything was done. I have had Botox and fillers before at other drs. but never experienced all the attention I was given today. First my face was thoroughly cleaned, then a numbing cream was applied. So when the needles went in I hardly felt it. And when I got home you couldnt see any evidence of needle marks or redness. Results were very good. All in all I will definitely go back to Dr Polacek to address other procedures.

I found Dr. Polacek to be very cool and aloof. Additionally, she advised she would not consider the surgery as I requested which was a slightly larger implant size, she wanted to replace my implants with the same size (325cc not huge). Did not LISTEN to what I wanted & I was advised by her to go elsewhere. Find a doctor who listens. Top Doc, I think not. Would not recommend to anyone.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Polacek. Before my surgery, I was apprehensive since I had never had surgery before. Dr. Polacek is both professional and caring. She eased my fears, explained the procedure in full detail and never made me feel rushed like other doctors. Her office is incredibly organized and, if you can not resolve the matter with one of her very capable office staff, Dr. Polacek is available to speak with if you have concerns or questions (unlike so many doctors offices that never call you back.)Most importantly, Dr. Polacek is an excellent surgeon. I have absolutely no scarring from a procedure that was performed only 5 months ago. Amazing. Before the procedure, while I was being prepped, the staff at the hospital complimented Dr. Polacek as an exceptional surgeon and doctor (when I hadnt even asked); she is very well respected by her co workers.Lastly, Id like to share one small story because I think it says so much about the level of care that Dr. Polacek and her staff provide. On the morning of my procedure, I was due at the hospital at 10 am. Around 8:30, Dr. Polaceks office called to tell me that I neednt come until noon because the hospital needed the operating room which Dr. Polacek would use for an emergency so rather than sit around the hospital for the extra wait time, I was able to be comfortable in my own home. I was so thankful that Dr. Polacek and her staff would monitor this situation and keep me posted. Thank you.My heartfelt thanks go to Dr. Polacek and her staff and if I ever need surgery again, I would only go to see Dr. P!
