My husband has been trying to get his prescription for 3 weeks. Every time he has been to the pharmacy they tell him it hasn’t been called in. He has called Dr. Frankel’s office and spoke to the nurse numerous times with her saying it will be called in. The help in this place is awful!! Good thing these people don’t work in a cardiology office where a lifesaving medication would be needed. After this, moving on to a different dermatologist!!

Friendly and courteous service from the staff members beginning at reception all the way until check out. Dr. Frankel and her assistant listened to all of my concerns, addressed each, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Frankel is very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during the visit with her kind demeanor. The office was super clean and I was able to get a convenient appointment. Came here to get my daughters ears pierced; Im a big believer in going to piercing shops or doctors vs a Claires or Pagoda place. Everyone was super nice and very clean. They did awesome with my 9 month old, it was quick and painless (for the both of us!). I would definitely come again in the future.

Honestly the best dermatologist. Dr. Frankel is awesome. Friendliest staff from when you check in until you schedule your next appointment. I’ve been there at-least 5 visits and every visit is always so good. There is attentive staff in the front, I was checked in by Jay and he is awesome at his job, he was very polite and made checking in super easy. As well as the young women who schedules your next appointment. Super nice and really tries to find appointments early morning for me. Awesome dermatologist.

I called the office on Thursday afternoon for a cyst on the back of my neck. Hoping to see someone next week, I was actually offered a Same-day Cancellation Appointment with Dr Ellen Frankel. From the moment I walked in-protocols, cleanliness, check in process, check out process: were being followed, prompt, and professional. Dr Frankel offered a particular treatment, discussed treatment options. Provided directions after treatment and the following evening the cyst had completely disappeared. The office, the staff, the Doctors are hands down the Best in the State. Highly Recommend from a Extremely Satisfied Patient. By the way, Dr Frankel even went ahead to check my skin and ordered an RX for my ailment. Please do not hesitate with calling this office. Thanks RI Skin Doc. I highly recommend RI Skin Doc!!! The staff is so incredibly kind and caring and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. DR. Ellen Frankel is AMAZING! She makes you feel comfortable, and she actually takes the time to listen to your concerns and talks with you. I was dealing with a cyst that had been causing me so much discomfort and went to my primary 2 times in one week and it was still filling back up. Within 10 mins into my appointment with Dr. Frankel she had already removed my cyst!!! What a relief!!!! Shes amazing!!!! I feel so comfortable knowing when ever something like this pops up that i have the BEST dermatologist in my corner now!!!!

My appointment was scheduled for 9:30am and have been waiting over half hour in the lobby to be called. I scheduled my appointment early so I could still go into work and I should’ve been advised when I checked in that they were running behind schedule.

Dr. Frankel is amazing, she listens to your concerns and knows the best treatment right away. I have and will continue to recommend her to all of my friends and family who have any skin concerns.

Ive been going to Dr. Frankel for years. Fortunately, I havent had many dermatologic issues. She always solves the problem She is gracious and professional. I am a Cornell-educated veterinarian and one of my special interests is Dermatology. It is a challenging specialty. Dogs and cats are not humans, although there are many similarities.I recently developed a terrible rash that was keeping me up at night. A PCP prescribed one drug that didnt work. I tried all sorts of things myself-hypoallergenic detergent, cortisone cream, etc. Dr. Frankel took one look at the rash and diagnosed what it is based on the distribution. I kick myself for not having sought her help sooner. Shes truly a gifted physician.

I have been a customer of Dr. B for many years. His concern, treatment and follow up have been great. I recently had my daughter in to see Dr. Frankel for a rash on her face. Dr. Frankel took her right in with great concern for a teenager with a face issue. Her follow up and concern for her has been extraordinary. I know why DR. F has such a great reputation now. Thanks.

I love this place really helped with my skin care

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Ellen Frankel. Not only was she super friendly, to both my 19 month old son and I, but also diagnosed my sons’ extremely dry skin condition in about 2 seconds flat. She looked at him, explained what I needed to do & said “his skin will be completely fine in no time”. I must admit I was a bit skeptical. When I tell you I have tried EVERY lotion, emollient etc. out there ...I REALLY have!! And not a single one helped his skin AT ALL! Well fast forward & just as Dr. Frankel said, his skin is completely fine. I started to notice a difference in about 2 days. I still am in awe & we couldn’t be happier! She really is the best of the best!

Dr Frankel is the best, she is so knowledgeable and thorough. I have recommended her to family and friends and will continue to do so.

Despite the negative reviews I’ve read on several sites I decided to give this establishment a try. Much to my surprise I was able to obtain an appointment as a new patient within the week. As a busy mother of three I have limited time to squeeze in a little tlc for myself. I have been dealing with skin issues most of my adult life. I’m not going to get much into the shame and embarrassment of having to wear long sleeved clothing in a hot summer day while cheering on my sons at the soccer field has caused me; in addition to my day to day living. But I will speak upon the unexpected results I have seen in the sort time as a patient at this office. I was apprehensive to explore a biological drug and after much research and having faith in what Dr. Frankel was advising I decided to give it a chance. The results are astonishing. I feel like a woman again. There’s no dollar amount that can be put on my level of confidence. I will forever be greatful to Dr. Frankel, her friendly and efficient staff that go out of their way to make my life a little easier. As I walk in I am treated with a smiling face that says hi Mrs. Andrews. Do these type of doctors office still exist? I even made the mistake in thinking I didn’t require a referral when someone in the billing department went out of their way to call my primary doctor to obtain my referral so I could be seen that day. Knowing my costly medication will be covered by having a prior authorization processed is always a relief.
