Very unprofessional. Ive had my appointment rescheduled 4 times with less than 24 hours notice. The staff is incredibly rude and confrontational. The Dr is nice when you actually get the chance to see him. I paid in full up front for my procedure 14 months ago and was told at that time I would have my implant 6-8 months later. Its been 14 months and I still do not have a tooth. They will leave you a message telling you they’ve rescheduled your appointment without seeing what works for you and if you can’t make the time they pick they’ll move you out a month +.Multiple times I have requested time off work losing money only to be cancelled on sometimes only hours before.I would give 0 stars if possible. Please dont waste your time or money here.

My friend had work done on Saturday which is perfect. I can bring her there so this works for us!! TY.

I don’t understand the low rating. I just left from my first appointment, the office is up to date, clean, super friendly staff. A girl named Michelle did my evaluation and even though I was ready for some bad news she made me feel at ease. She explained all my options took the time to answer my questions. I’m going for a filling next week, if I don’t update this then My opinion still stands lol

Since there are two locations to leave reviews for the same dentist, I will attempt to leave this review on both pages. I just got off of the phone with the receptionist there, and will no longer be going to this place of business. I had an appointment tomorrow at 9am, they call me today at 5:45pm to cancel on me... which would be totally and completely understandable if today wasnt the THIRD appointment in a row thats been cancelled. The last time they called and cancelled was 10 minutes before my appointment, so I was on my way there, naturally. And while they are on the phone with you cancelling, you do not get an ounce of empathy. I have been MORE than understanding and patient. I do not know what kind of business this is, but I have taken time away out of work for this place to only cancel on me over and over again. Do not waste your time, they do not put their patients first. They do not care, point blank. Absolutely unacceptable, I will be spreading the word

I do not know the reason for low ratings.I have had amazing experiences at the Direct Pay Clinic.They have returned my calls, and scheduled my appointments promptly.I am applying for dental hygiene myself with the intention of futuristically improving people’s dental health. I have been through horrible dental experiences since my adolescence.And I’m so beyond thankful to have Dr. Swann provide the procedures necessary to improve my dental health.Words cannot express my gratitude for his understanding and his will to help.Thank you x1000 to you Dr. Swann, Michelle and the rest of your staff.Victoria Raineri

Staff is great, answered all my questions, and everything was easy.

From the moment I walked in I was welcomed and all the staff was very helpful & caring the whole place looked brand new from the floor to ceiling nice cool relaxing ac and classical jazz music, atmosphere environment was very comfortable & positive energy when I got called they took care of me there customer service was excellent absolutely amazing & my surgery went fantastic I am very highly satisfied & would recommend to anyone looking for dental care or extraction etc... Thank you all for all of your hard working time.

I would share but they never did the work, just cancelled 2x on me and then said i should go elsewhere... Reading the reviews of their other location I should be thanking them for this.

After visiting my regular dentist of many years and having excruitating pain in my jaw I visited this office and on five minutes and an x-ray I was diagnosed and a plan has been made. Same day appointment.
