This is the most unorganized, chaotic office I’ve ever had to deal with, ever! Since COVID hit the miscommunication that goes on there is inexcusable. I lost my job because they did not relay the message to me that they had sent a fax releasing me back to work. That fax was never received by my workplace, but because this office didn’t even tell me they had faxed it, I didn’t have a chance to make sure it was received. I then had a recurrence of CDiff which required PROMPT medical intervention, but nobody was getting back to me, so I had to finally contact my PCP to be treated for a GI issue. I then left the practice but was told by one of the receptionists that I could keep my colonoscopy with them. I even received a phone call from the hospital for a pre-op interview and they scheduled a COVID test. However, I never received confirmation from the office about the procedure, so I decided to call them right before I was supposed to start my prep...they had cancelled my procedure!!!! I would’ve gone through a colonoscopy prep, which is hell on the body, shown up at the hospital and had to go home because they can’t get their information straight. Awful, awful, awful practice...I hope they get shut down!!!!!

TERRIBLE receptionists. Karen is the absolute worst. Has no clue what shes doing; rude; unprofessional and unkind! RETIRE ALREADY! Why work with people if you cant handle it? Called about my blood work they had for DAYS and didnt even check it. Then when I finally get a call back its from an unknown number, you end up playing phone tag but they never call back! Even when you express urgency. Epically with this kind of doctor people need answers and feel uneasy, at least care for your clients. In the process of looking for another doctor because these people suck!

If I could rate this office zero stars, I would. I have never experienced such rude staff in a medical practice. I ended up having to go to the hospital because they couldn’t give me an appointment fairly quickly...which I understood. I go to the hospital. Gina, an office assistant called me the following day to get me in to see a doctor. I had a few questions for her. She was rushing me off of the phone and said I had an attitude. The appointment that she was giving me was for today. I am now here and she said that I refused the appointment when she spoke with me and that she gave my appointment to another patient. I never refused the appointment. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

It appears from previous reviews they continue with their attitude like they walk on water. I have NEVER had such a disrespectful encounter in a doctors office as I did today with PA Cusack. She was so impatient as I tried to give her background since I last saw her and discussed the lack of results from that encounter.She was very abrupt cutting me off as if she did not have the time, and what I was explaining was of no significance, yet it is my body. I am hiring her, she is not doing me a favor by treating with medication.I could go on with more details about her berating me even as I was leaving and patients in the waiting room heard. I will chalk her behavior and attitude to her arrogance and hormones.Based on other reviews here, if this is the way they treat patients like they are doing you the favor, find another office that actually appreciates their patients and cares about finding the problem and not pushing medication like she did without knowing anything. She has a lot to learn.You have a choice and deserve to be respected in all your healthcare matters.

Had an appt scheduled more than 3 weeks out and requested the day off work. When I arrive they tell me I have no appt even though they had given me an appt card. Refused to squeeze me in and acted as if they were doing me a favor scheduling me the following week. If you miss an appt they’ll be quick to charge you but if they mess up oh well. Would not recommend as this is not the first time there have been issues.

Medical services were overpriced. Get an estimate of services before having any procedures performed with this medical group.

Highly disorganized, then treated like theyre doing you a favor when they do get a clue... go elsewhere!
