Dr. Giangrante and the staff at the Cranford office were exceptional. The follow up, communication, professionalism and bedside manner of Dr. Giangrante and his team was outstanding and unlike any prime care team I have ever had before. My entire experience went above my expectations. In my opinion, Vanguard Medical Group is a five star primary care facility.

This group is very unprofessional. I made an appointment for Dr. Giangrante using Zoc doc only for it be canceled weeks later without any explanation. Get off zoc doc if you dont use it! I called in and could never get an answer from new patients extension after trying 6 times. I then made an appointment after using the existing patients extension. When I went in for my blood work last week, they said my appointment was canceled. I didnt understand why, but they offered one for the day before so I went with it. I confirmed the appointment in person, over the phone when they called and online in their portal. I showed up and they said they see my appointment as canceled. Thats 3 appointments that they have now canceled and I have seen the Dr 0 times.
