Everything was exceptional from the time I walked in the door. Receptionists were pleasant. All assistants were amazing and helpful. The eye doctor is the best. Great patience, very thorough, explains things in simple terms, spends time and makes you feel more than just a number. So happy I found this place! A true blessing!

Having carted my Mom and elderly cousin around to Drs office for years, I so appreciate an office like Dr Calderones. The front desk team is always pleasant, professional, kind and efficient. Im always treated like a person, never like just another body walking in the door or calling. Same with the Drs assistants! Megan saw me at my last appointment and gathered my info and did any pre tests prior to the Dr seeing me, she was a delight! The DR came in after all pertinent info was gathered and reviewed any findings. He sat with me giving me his time and attention as needed. I so appreciate feeling like I had his undivided attention. His schedule may run a bit behind, but i know its because he is taking the time needed with every patient, as he does for me. A big thanks to Dr C and his awesome team!

Everyone was pleasant, efficient and helpful. I was taken care of immediately on an emergency basis , tested and examined . They gave me suggestions for at home care and some samples. They even repaired my glasses ,which had been bent by impact from the accident

This is truly the best eye doctor I have ever been to. From the moment I set foot in the office everyone was friendly and efficient, and the doctor explained everything to me very well without talking down to me. I have been to four eye doctors in as many years for my yearly exam because I could never find one that I like, but this one is a keeper. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Dr. Calderone and his staff provided excellent care before, during, and after my cateract surgery. I feel very fortunate that with the many ophthalmologists available, I chose him.

Dr Calderone is a fantastic doctor. However - I waited more than an hour to be seen and I had to leave because it was going to be at least another 30 minutes. I came back the next morning and was the first appointment - 8:30 am. However - I was not seen by the doctor until 9:05 am. While the doctor was thorough and very helpful, their lack of regard for the value of my time was insulting.

Dr.Chopin was absolutely stellar, he took his time and truly cared for my visit. I can’t recommend him enough !

Visited the Cranford office. Dr. Chopin was great and very helpful not to mention having a good sense of humor. Staff was also very helpful and that Marta is hilarious. Recommend that office to everyone.

I had to wait for 90 minutes before seeing the ophthalmologist! Thats really bad!! The office really needs to respect patients times more highly and not cramped as many appointments together!The nurses staffs especially the younger ones are very rude and unprofessional. They need to attend courtesy 101 course!

I have been going to the Cranford Ophthalmology Center, or better Vision New Jersey for quite a few years now as did my mom in the past. Always feel like Im treated so well and Marla, who was such a great friend to my mom and such a wonderful wonderful person, is the best. Dr Calderone is a terrific ophthalmologist. At the end of 2017 I had cataract surgery on both eyes and the results have been so excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Only drawback is the wait time..... but hey what can you do about that. I have a feeling its the same whenever you go to an ophthalmologist because they need to put the drops in your eyes to dilate them and that seems to be what takes the most time... Waiting for the eyes to fully dilate. Not sure if that is correct as I am not an opthamologist. LOL... I wish I were I would apply for a job🤪

This is not your mall doctor They do extensive things, very detailed, very serious. And very honest. I was impressed and was shown why going to Lenscrafters over the years was not a good decision. I learned!

My eye Dr. recently merged to this practice. I had a 10:30 appointment and wasn’t seen by anyone until 11:30. The techs do everything in the practice and it was like hurry up and sit here, rush through this, ohh there isn’t a room available, go wait. For my first time there I was not impressed. 2 hours later I was done with my eye appointment and only saw a Dr. for all of 5 minutes.

Dr. Chopin and his staff are so professional and knowledgeable. I have never felt so comfortable in a doctors office and highly recommend them!

I made an appointment for my wife and myself for eye exams. They verified that they accepted our insurance. We went in for the appointment and they had scheduled us with a doctor that doesn’t accept our insurance. The only one in the whole practice that does accept our insurance isn’t available at a time we can make for weeks.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Calderone for 6 years and can honestly say they have state of art equipment. The Dr. and staff are awesome.

My husband and I are Dr. Calderones patients for about 12 years. Hes very knowledgeable and competent. We trust Dr. Calderone and highly recommend him. Very nice and helpful staff.

Be aware of what they charge you for. I was charged $125 for a contact lens exam, eventhough I have health insurance. They charged me for unnecessary tests which Ive told them I dont want them in first place. Unprofessional, not helpful staff.

I just want to let you know how horrible the treatment was in your office today for Jean Zarrello. If you cant get people out of your office in less than 4 hrs, especially at 93 years old, you should tell them to come back another time. I wont be having her return here again…..

The staff is unprofessionalI will never go back, was my firsr time and my last. The only professional there was at the front desk. The one who gave me the exam seemed annoyed to di her job, the second examiner kept pushing my head into the machine.......hated the experience
