Never ever in my 71 years dealt with anything like this before!!! I’ve had to pay back as much as I’ve received. I have protested u0026 not heard a word back about what I owe them from 2018. No one knows what they are doing there u0026 the turn over is unbelievable!!!!

They always have the help, you need! If, you have questions, they have the right answers! I will see you there!

The worst service I have ever encountered. All the staff assumes you are lying about everything. They denied a disabled persons application for cash assistance. Took away a homeless persons food benefits because he was a non resident, and made impossible requirements. They told me I had to make an appointment at an office that was shut down because of covid-19. When I couldnt make the appointment because the business was closed, they denied my assistance. If you need help, save yourself the trouble and move to a different county

My worker was very helpful and there following covid protocol so dont forget masks and to call ahead for appointments, otherwise your going have rough time when the ppl there make it very simple, and easy

This is a government-run facility it is there to help with food stamps and I dont know exactly what do to my guardianship of this young beautiful child they help with her Medicaid for her disabilities due to gestational drug use by the mother there is a woman that works the desk her first name is Linda she is absolutely amazing theyre nice people that work there is long as youre truthful and actually need the help

Usually a visit of such matter that I had to handlel wouldve maybe taken alot longer, but to my surprise a speedy check in and call back. When called back I was greeted respectively and the matter at hand was handled within minutes. I have to say considering the circumstances best encounter ever at a human services department.

They have a thankless impossible job. And I think they do a good job with the funds they are given. If were not going to have more people dying in the street, we have to do a better job of training and helping the homeless. And that cost money folks, even tiny houses cost lots of money. And we need to raise taxesto support the programs of health and human services does.We use our police forces to drive the homeless out of siggt, and we look down on them just remember most of us are only one paycheck from being homeless .

The ladies in the front that have to deal with everybody that comes in and answers all the phone calls are absolutely amazing. Especially that cute blond with the Packers bracelet. It was beautiful watching her help the family in front of me.

They never returned my call and still havent and didnt even help me get what I needed. Horrible customer service. Im Throughly disappointed.

Front desk girls are sweet. At times some are dingy but all in all guess its how u treat them theyll treat u

They have good customer service and faster service then but they have the deductible way to low for the area.. Its only $400 and that doesnt even cover the rent out here in this crappy town.. So you cant get the help you may actually need..

All I can say is unlawful, place full of liars many of the staff make ridiculous, ludicrous lies, one worker actually had the nerve to say she didnt care about the kids whos lives she was ruining, her job was just a paycheck. Unfortunately it tends to be the general attitude of the social workers on staff, how can you help a child if you dont care, because when you look at them you see dollar signs.

They have really help me get the services I needed for my family since moving here.

I was there to pick up some forms for Medicade. I was in and out in 10 minutes, which is teriffic time for a government facility. Receptionist was friendly and knew exactly what I needed.

The people who work here think theyre better than everyone else. They are very judgmental, and rude towards you when asking for help.

Nothing like big city here. I was in and out within five minutes. Staff was pleasant and resolved my issue.

The people are awesome here. They offer lots of way to help people.

There are terrible people they will turn their backs on you there there for a moment when u need them and then they will not help you ever again DONT TRUST DHS
