Have been participating in the pool therapy for about 3 weeks now. Pool therapy is private and one on one. The pool is private, comfortably heated, has an underwater treadmill and all the equipment one would need for a very complete and relaxing work out. Mary, the pool physical therapist is hands on, caring, and very competent.Gabby is one of the head physical therapists. I am very impressed with her attention to detail, compassion & knowledge.All of the people at this location are friendly and go out of their way to address all of your needs.I would highly recommend this office and any of its workers.

I have had 5 hand surgeries in less than 2 years, and I have relied on their services to rehab my hands. It is critical to have competent, compassionate care. I am so appreciative of the staff and their expertise and treatments for my hands. I am thinking to add other services for my back in the near future.

I have been in the outpatient physical therapy chain for a year and a half and at this branch for a year. The staff here are amazing they are so patient and attentive, one of the main fears I had about physical therapy was that I would be treated like I was less than or that they wouldnt listen. However my worries quickly went away, it is not like a lab and patients are not treated like lab rats or like they are broken the staff is incredibly they are amazingly trained and arent afraid to answer tons of questions! You get 45 minutes with a physical therapist and then 15 minutes with a physical therapist assistant. You can tell immediately that they love their jobs, that they are not there for the money but, because they love to help people. Not only that but they listen and are there for you if you need encouragement or to just laugh and let go of your troubles or even reassurance that you are going to get better because sometimes you need to know your not alone. One of the best things about this branch and all of the outpatient physical therapy branches is that they care about your mental health. They say that injuries, disorders or any other physical issues can come with many mental struggles be it depression, anxiety or even something that you cant label. They ask you how you are doing, they joke with you and they care. I cant recommend this place more, for me at least its the one place I dont have to worry about being judged or treated differently because of a disability or just being myself.

This would be my first time giving a review of any sort but this place and all of its staff that works in the physical therapy department deserve it. I’m a personal trainer so I know firsthand how reviews can help and this is help that is deserved and earned. I’ve worked with just a handful of people there and every single one of them have done an excellent job with rehabilitation for after my ACL surgery. I had a full ACL and hamstring tear as well as a minor meniscus tear. They’ve worked me up to the point to where I can now jog again and I haven’t been able to do that in a year. Once again every individual does an excellent job and are very knowledgeable and confident that they can help anyone with any of their needs as best as they can. To anyone who reads this going through therapy, injuries and imbalances can be demotivating and very depressing, but if you stick with the hard work and patience with your setback, your quality of life will improve once again. Just keep working at it and be inspired by the help that you are getting, especially from here. Thanks again.

Hands down the best physical therapy experience Ive had in my lifetime. Im impressed with how knowledgeable and accommodating everyone is. Jacob DPT has been an utter joy to work with and is the first doctor to ever teach me about the soaz release, which has been integral to alleviating my back and sciatica pain. Highly recommended!

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and is able to help me understand my progress. It helps to know that I am progressing normally and also point out any areas where I need to improve. They provide great morale support and encouragement. I could not be more pleased.

I needed some Physical Therapy, so went to the Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic in Covington, WA. and Im I happy I did, they are not onlyvery professional but also very concerned with my results. They answered all my question and concerns also if I need any information when Im not there they answer my e-mail or phone calls immediately. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone that needs Physical Therapy, try them and fined out for yourself.

Ive had therapy through the years at many locations. These therapists are very professional and knowledgeable. Im very satisfied with my progress and feel very comfortable in the surroundings. They pay close attention to what you share with them concerning issue.

Started Occupational Therapy the first week of Jan for post op elbow surgery in Dec. Kathleen and Alisha are very competent, friendly and set up therapy which meet my needs. Pleased to be working with this group.

I worked with the Occupational Hand Therapist at the Covington office. I have been reducing the amount of activity I used my hands for due to pain. After one session, I had a plan to stretch my hands for better mobility and usage. This greatly raised my spirits to feel I can increase my activity after following a plan devised for me. Thank you! This is the best place around, if you are not serious about your health then dont come here, if you are just know these people are here to help us not matter what, do I work hard? yes I do, do you know why? these people push me to my limits and that is why I stay with them

Took my aunt here couple of months ago. It was difficult to schedule an appointment for some reason. In-person things werent much better during the first visit; felt like we werent wanted. Not sure she came back for more than few visits.
