This MedResources location is extremely unprofessional and they are not a patient focused center. I suffer from severe sleep apnea and this location and staff has done nothing to assist me with getting the medical supplies I need in order to breathe at night. I was informed by the staff that my supplies were to be delivered to me, when that did not happen, I called to hopefully get a reason for the delayed delivery. I was then informed by the Supervisor that they did not have my updated insurance, and that was the reason my CPAP machine was not delivered to me. When I informed the Supervisor that I should have been called and informed of the situation at hand she got upset and stated she would not tolerate my attitude. I then requested to speak to her Manager and it was then that she hung up the phone on me. As a medical resource company whose sole purpose is to assist and provide the highest level of care to clients in need of home medical equipment. This Supervisor did not show or embody that message when we spoke. She continued to talk over me and made me feel as if she wasn’t interested in my current issue. She did educate me on the necessary steps needed from me in order to get my medical equipment. She made me feel extremely alone and the issue was my fault. I was referred to MedResources, and I am extremely disappointed atl see that these are the standards this location holds themselves to, especially since this company is deals with patients with medical issues.

Talked to someone this morning and confirmed they would do curbside delivery of medical equipment. Especially since they had someone I could hear in the background coughing so hard. No issues they said. Now, when we showed up they said no curb delivery even though high risk with heart disease and COPD. Person on the phone said well my mother is high risk too, we are not bringing it out, and you never know if the person coughing in our office has covid just because they are coughing. I said yes you are correct, but there is no need to take the risk especially in an office that supports those with underlying conditions and majority elderly. Very much neglect of support in such a critical medical field, such a shame. I would think they would also want to limit the number of people coming into their building to protect them and others as a whole community service. It is easy to get frustrated and complacent with COVID mitigation strategies, please dont others lives depend on it. Please rethink your current practice, God Bless.

Very dissatisfied, very poor Customer Service as we are or as of today we/were a NEW Customer to them as well as a new user of a CPAP Machine with them to furnish supplies as well as the machine to us by MedResources due to insurance requirements. Can’t get return phone calls from them, can’t get supplies from them or any help at all as to what we need as far as supplies and such for the machine however we will be returning it to them tomorrow against our doctor saying it’s a requirement to have but due to their lack of Customer service and there attitudes on the phone when you finally get to talk to a person it’s just not where I want my money being spent even if it’s my insurance paying for it. Highly recommended not to use them for lack of Customer Service and non customer friendly attitudes.

My husband has a CPAP and was using another supplier company. We had issues with getting the supplies as it took several days and phone calls to get product. I also needed the CPAP machine and was told about Medsources from a trusted person. She said I would be very satisfied with them. They were definitely right!!!! I can’t say enough about this supplier, customer service and delivery efficiency can’t be beat. Needless to say, we have changed my husband’s supplier to Medresources.
