The reception staff was slow and unprofessional. It took 30 min of begin on hold just to get through to someone each time I called. They couldn’t even spell my daughter’s basic name right. The doctor was very nonchalant and quite dismissive. I kept hearing children screaming while I was in the waiting room. And then. I found out why. The “doctor” was extremely rough. He made zero attempt to be a gentle with my infant daughter while clearing her nose. He had his thumb in her my 7 month old’s soft spot and would not let her head go until he felt like it and constantly ignored me when I said I could hold my own daughters head. I would not recommend this place to anyone under any circumstances. I told him she’s had issues with loud breathing since the day she was born and he insisted that it was just because she was congested at the time on the visit, which had only recently started. When he asked me questions. He asked in a tone that insinuated that was trying to “catch me in a lie.” This was the most bazaar experience I have ever had at a doctors office. He did nothing to help with the core problem. This was a complete waste of time.

Dr. French spends time with his patients and never hurried. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great ENT doctor.

I had to come here about a month ago and I didnt realize someone could have such a pleasant experience at a doctors office. I was in, as a new patient, and out within an hour. The staff overall were super great and attentive, and Dr French was awesome as well! He actually took the time to listen to me and fully assess what was going on and making sure I fully understood his observations. Definitely will be recommending to everyone I meet!

Our issues with this office started in August. We’ve tried to be understanding but it has become very frustrating. My son has been a patient of this practice since 2017. This August he had an appointment to check his tubes. They cancelled his appointment and we had to reschedule, which was no problem. When I took him for his rescheduled appointment time the office staff told me that they left me a voicemail canceling this appointment as well. However, I showed them on my phone that the only voicemail I had was from the previous time they cancelled our appointment. The office staff tried to show me the contact log in their computer and play it off like they had called when the entry listed was for the first time they cancelled. In February, our pediatrician asked us to see the ENT for a tube check because one of his tubes had some wax build up. We saw the PA and I expressed concerns I had about our son’s sleeping patterns and snoring. She referred us for a sleep study. We had the sleep study almost three weeks ago. I called the office on June 3 to inquire about test results. The front desk transferred me to the medical assistant and I left a voice mail. I called a week after I left the first message to check back in, and then a week after that. I STILL have not received a call back and can not even get through to the front desk to schedule an appointment. My son has been to three different specialists and I have never had the issues that I’ve had with this office. It’s unacceptable.

The staff in both the Covington & Conyers location have friendly, professional and helpful. Its always nice to get that combo at your doctors office. Have seen Dr French several times and will definitely return should I need an ENT in the future. Dr Bryant, the audiologist, has gone out of her way to help me, which I sincerely appreciate. Will definitely continue to use her services.

I have been a patient at the Conyers office with no issues since February 2017; both the administrative and medical staff were friendly and polite. However, my experience with the Covington office has been different. When I made my daughter’s appointment (two weeks ago) I gave the staff all of the information off of her insurance card. Between making the appointment and actually coming in today, I was involved in a car wreck, so I drove my rental car to this appointment. My daughter’s insurance card was in the glove compartment of the wrecked vehicle, which is parked in my driveway. The administrative staff at this office told me they would not see my daughter without a copy of the insurance card (just a physical copy for her FILE, remember they already have all of her insurance information in the system). They recommended that I call my daughter’s pediatrician and see if they had a copy they could fax. Her pediatrician did not have a copy. So my daughter and I sat in the waiting room for thirty minutes while I tried frantically to call any of my neighbors who could go into my wrecked car and find her insurance card to send me a picture (we live 45 minutes from this office). When I finally got someone on the line who said they would help, the office staff informed me that it would do no good because they still would not have a physical copy of the card. I asked if I could email the pictures to the office and they could print them for the file. They responded that the office “doesn’t do that.” I have done this with multiple other doctor’s offices, including the Conyers branch of ENT Specialists, and knowing that they already had my daughter’s insurance information on file, I became frustrated and left with my daughter. I understand that there is protocol to follow, and that standards have to be held. I truly do. However, it is in this office’s refusal to treat my daughter (who is only four years old and has struggled with ear issues for months) and I as human beings that is the source of my dissatisfaction. The staff was not friendly, nor were they helpful, and I didn’t once get the impression that they cared whatsoever about me or my daughter, or have any desire to help us reach a comfortable conclusion to the issue. They didn’t recommend that we reschedule, they didn’t offer any consolation; rather, they were dismissive and rude. I will be taking all of our future appointments to the Conyers office, where I know that not only is the customer service awesome, but where we are valued as individuals as well.
