NO STARS!!!!!!!!I have never had a worse experience! First, they rescheduled my appointment because the provider had something come up. That is understandable. However, the front desk told me she scheduled us for an appointment on the following Monday at 1230. I took off work and showed up at that time, and it turned out she scheduled it for Tuesday! I had to take off again. We can in on Tuesday at 1145 to do the paperwork. They were super slow! Side note: I told the office that the appointment was for my sons three-year-old checkup and shots. The nurse finally pulled us back at 1300. She took us back to the room and went to request his shot records from the military provider we had been seen at previously. Then, she came in and told me, oh, we do not give children with private insurance shots! What?! They completely wasted my time! This was something they needed to tell me before they even scheduled the appointment! I sat in the office for an hour and 15 minutes! They had plenty of time to tell me this information. They absolutely had zero remorse for their lack of communication. The nurse blamed the front desk and said it was not her problem! Then, the front desk said, well, sorry! We walked out. I suggest you never walk in!

Jeremy Hubbard and his nurse is very good!Ray the lab tech is wonderful as well!These 2 people need to be where there is better service!Very caring and thorough in his work!they are the reasons for the 2 starsAmy the office manager is RUDE , will cut you off smart mouth and has to have the last word which is usually a smart remark!!VERY POOR PHONE ETIQUETTEOther staff Ive dealt with very nonchalant and no empathy!Robotic!I WILL BE LEAVING THIS FACILITY BECAUSE OF THE RUDENESS!

I’ve had wonderful experiences at Armour Family Medicine, The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs ,Dr. Armour spends time with you and is focused on your needs and why you are there and your health is important to her.

My wife has been with Dr Armour for 14 years. As of today we are switching PCMs. If your office is too busy to call me back after three days of leaving messages then you obviously dont need my business.

The girls who make the appointments are very rude and need to be fired! Dr suzette no longer works there and she was the best dr there. I called today to do a walk-in , keep in mind I’ve been doing walk-ins here forever cause they have been my dr forever and she says I have to be running fever, never has anyone ever told me that my neck has been hurting for two weeks no sleep, headaches, and trouble breathing. I hope it’s nothing serious but it could be and she was rude with me and hollered at me!!! No mam I will be seeking a new dr for me and my family. Dr Hubbard keep doing what you do and you can get your own practice and leave those rude people alone. To the girls who make appointments I hope y’all get fired or someone treats you the same way that’s in as much pain as I am!

My daughter and I love this Drs office! Everybody is very professional and friendly. They make us feel like were number one the minute we walk in the door! The ladies in the office are the BEST!! 😉

Walked in in the morning to drop off the multiple pages of medical history demanded by this clinic BEFORE an appointment could be made. There were zero patients in waiting room and one woman waiting at receptionist desk. After standing there for 20 minutes, (with no recognition at all...like I was invisible) someone walked out of the office to the left and so I asked her if she would/could take the paperwork, explaining that my wife needed to see the doctor ASAP. She said no problem and handed papers to receptionist. Here we are, TWO WEEKS later and have yet to receive a call. So, my wife called them today, only to find that the 12 pages of paperwork were LOST... One trip to GET the paperwork, another trip to drop off the paperwork, and now, still no appointment. Ive never heard of having to be vetted before a family doctor will see you. We have great insurance that theyve already said they accept, so whats going on here??

We love this Doctor. MyHusband and I recently moved to Covington and was looking for a new Doctor. We called this facility and got a appointment in no time.

We been coming to this dr office for years. Never once saw the dr only nurse practitioners. Now they have closed and no word to us where or who is taking their patients

Dr. Armour was the one doctor that was relentless with helping figure out what was wrong with my husband. She made sure we got to the right professionals. She saw us all the way through.
