This place is NOT a legit treatment center! It’s an overflow for the jails in northern Ky! If you or a loved one needs real help overcoming addiction/alcoholism PLEASE find somewhere else to go! There is plenty of places that have your/their best interests at heart, and Transitions is most definitely not one of those places! They leave 48 men unsupervised in a room for hours on end multiple times a day and punish everyone when one person doesn’t follow the rules. They are extremely under staffed and have no structure. IT IS A JOKE AS FAR AS TREATMENT CENTERS GO!

I have been told about this place and I am wondering if I go here to detox off 2mg of suboxene if I can have my two kids with me. My son is 5 and my daughter is 5 months. I dont have anyone here in Kentucky that can keep them for me and I was also told that the program lets your baby and young kids stay with you. Please someone let me know thank you.
