I had Dr.Dean a couple of times now. He is AWESOME!!!!! I wish I knew the name of the great girl that assisted him. I had a lot of work done, they were so respectful and kind. I cant say enough good things!! Will send my family!!

Dr Shehadeh is the only dentist Ill go to anymore. I had a lot of badly done fillings from other dentists, and hes been slowly fixing my teeth since I found this place. They always get me in right away when I have a problem, and the work always comes out perfect.

Reached out to them at the beginning of summer using form on their website, following their directions. Never heard back.Tried again filling out the form earlier this week. Again, never heard back.So they may very well be a good practice, but as have far as responding to patients that do what you tell them to do, theyre worthless.

No contest. This practice is the best in the area. Ive had horrible experiences at other places. Everything is new and spacious. There are TVs in every room with non-confrontational shows on. The dentist is happy to have me put in my earbuds and listen to music while they work. Everyone is friendly, flexible, and professional. All of my work gets done by Dr. Shehadeh and I wouldnt want anyone else to ever do my fillings and root canals again. I barely even feel the novacaine. Dont bother going anywhere else. You will only regret not coming here sooner.

I have had an amazing experience with both MD’s. Hygienists and dental assistants however I have will no longer receive services at this office do to to my experience with the office manager .

Worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. Im having problems at the site of an extraction that was done over a week ago - pain, swelling, bleeding. Communication is poor, people dont return your calls and when you call them back, its difficult to straight answer.

Awful dentist! I couldn’t switch to late appointments because the dentist I saw one time, didn’t offer them and they would not allow me to see someone else. They also didn’t know about my bleeding disorder and the staff was completely unprofessional. They receptionist was rude and even hung up on me. Would not recommend going there at all!

Overall my experiences at this office have been good. However I felt that I should share 2 instances where I had where I felt unheard. The first was back in December when I had my wisdom teeth removed. The procedure went well, however when I was getting the iv I told the Dr that he needs to use my left arm because that is the only spot he will find veins, instead he ignored my request and persistently poked my right arm, this left a very painful bruise on my right arm along with my left arm. The second was yesterday when I went in for a cleaning and to get my jaw checked out. The appointment was going well my hygienist was great! It turns out I had some cavities (due to my family’s bad enamel it’s common) and that I clench my jaw. For the cavities I was suggested more flossing and a toothpaste from them and for the clenching I was advised to get a mouthguard. I appreciated these suggestions however I had to bring up a few things like my diet and how I eat well and stay away from sugar and I felt like he didn’t believe me and when it comes to a mouthguard I told him I don’t believe it would stay in my mouth due to the numerous things I take out and off in my sleep, (headgear, retainers, foot braces etc). He immediately argued saying that “my body would get used to it”. However I know that I wouldn’t, so I asked for other suggestions and was left with nothing. Now I’m planning on buying a mouthguard from Walmart instead of spending $100 on something thats probably not gonna do me any good.

When arriving the staff is extremely friendly and always smiling. The medical staff is friendly and very knowledgeable answer any and all of my questions.. as far as changing anything there’s nothing to change. I’m very glad I chose to change my dentist.. I would highly recommend Dr.Eric George!!!!

Dr Dean and his staff are AMAZING I’ve seen a few dentists and I get super anxious with dental work. And none have ever really taken the time to understand that. Dr Dean is super friendly and likes to get to know his patients and makes the visit more personal. he extremely reassuring and makes sure I’m never in any discomfort . he never seems rushed and Him and his staff are extremely accommodating .I’m glad I found this practice! Knowing he’s In charge of my dental care, my anxiety about going to the dentist has pretty much vanished ! I recommend anyone who asks to this practice ! Thanks for being an awesome team!

As a nurse with dental anxiety and several negative experiences with other dentists in the past, I’m probably a very harsh critic. With that being said, I still give them 5 stars.Dr. S and my hygienist Kayla were both so great! They were competent and compassionate. Kayla managed to made conversation and put me at ease while cleaning my teeth and putting info into the computer without skipping a beat. And Dr. S explained what I needed (and why) and ensured me he would make my upcoming root canal as painless as possible! Plus the office staff were very friendly and helpful in determining what/how much my insurance would cover and scheduling appointments!

Been a patient here for about 5+ yrs and it is the best dental practice I have ever been to and I will be a lifer at Dr. Eric George & Assoc.! Superb customer service, staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Never any wait time upon your scheduled appointment and staff handles all insurance issues. Office is beautiful and super clean. The hygienists and dentists really care about their patients and they go above and beyond to keep your mouth healthy and your smile as best as it can be! I have extreme anxiety about the dentist and knowing I was going to need some extreme work done did not make my first visit any less stressful. Immediately they were so pleasant and explained every thing they were going to do/did. I have a long road of treatment with this office and I am so thankful I took the multiple good recommendations this office received and made my choice for care with them.

Every stage of the appointment was exceptional in the quality of care. They were able to perform all necessary work in one appointment. This was truly pain free dentistry. This office is amazing. From the hygienist to the dentist everyone is super friendly and caring. I’m always amazed when I come here at the level of service and the fact that anything you need to be comfortable can be achieved makes dental work manageable.

I do not like leaving a negative review for Dr. George as he is a great dentist and HE HIMSELF does excellent work. There are also some really great hygienist there like Laurie and Donna. I WAS a long time patient here since I moved to Coventry on or around 2000. Unfortunately I had to leave after continuous billing mishaps combined with being juggled around to a different dentist on almost every visit and the occasional snarky, caddy receptionist. It was a great practice when it was a small practice. Now the office is the size of a large church. For the latest billing mishap I was told (pre-authorized) it would cost $1000 for a root canal which I begrudgingly agreed to; I thought $500-700 wouldve been a fair price. When the work was done and it came time to pay the bill they told me it was going to be $1355. Also while waiting on speaking to a billing manager another customer came to the counter and was told his bill was also $1355!! I dont think this is a coincidence as the patients are being passed on their continuing construction expenses. To the offices credit however after pleading my case to the billing manager they were kind enough to actually charge me what I was quoted ($1000). That conversation shouldve never happened. I wonder how many people just blindly let it go and pay the upscaled charge after having work done? I also decided to look at my delta dental claims and the practice is charging me for a service (core build up) I never had done. In fact the dentist who did the crown specifically told me that a core build up was not needed and he was going to save me a $120 off my bill, he was quite jubilant about the fact that he was helping a patient out financially.... so here I am thinking that I am getting a bill of about $880 while in the chair and then I get to the front desk and they tell me $1355!! Im not happy hence I took my money and my dental health elsewhere.

I went in with my guardian insurance. Before I checked the websites and saw 1500 an implant. No one told me it would be 75 dollar co pay before u walk back there than tells me I need another 250plus 75 the next time for a cat scan. Even with barely 3 week old days they went good enough. He told me not only would I need dentures with two legs to lock them in the bottom and 4 pegs for the top to lock in.....I told him thats not at all what I asked I wanted implants he shows me 3 different options for dentures and no option to fill,cap no root canals not even to remove the 4 impacted pieces of tooth or the two canines that are broken and still are infected. I told him I feared for my life and infection no anti notice but told me he can see infection. Im still in pain and I need sedation I need someone who pays at least 50 to 75 percent of implants. He famous quote implants are like the Cadillac of dentures and there 50.000 dollars regular dentures with a couple pegs 20.000 and there advice take out a home owners loan. Im 32 just had a baby 7 months ago Im disabled without SSI or state help. But than God I have a wonderfull man. So theres my review doc will tell u your teeth are destroyed. Dont believe him get q 2nd 3rd and 4th opinion.

I called office today complaining of pain in a tooth that was scheduled for a crown on February 6th. I was informed Dr. S was out this week and totally booked next week but she could put me on cancellation list. No, I explained, I am having a knee replacement on February 19th and cannot have any kind of infection going on or my surgery will be canceled. I asked for antibiotics, which would be necessary whether tooth was crowned, needed root canal, pulled or whatever. But I need to see a dentist. Again I was told I could be put on cancellation list. Not acceptable. And have I mentioned this is one day before weekend? And how they can leave an impaired patient with no treatment whatsoever is totally beyond me. I finally gave up and hung up. So where are all those caring, compassionate people that are showcased in commercials? I don’t know because I did not speak to anyone like that today.

I first came here because it was so close by, but this office is flat out amazing!The staff, hygienists, and doctors here are all wonderful. Im never shamed for not flossing enough (admit it - you dont do it either), but rather encouraged to do better. I really appreciated being told to not go from 0 to 100, but aim for 2 days a week, then 3, then 5 etc.That level of attention to how a patient is feeling causes me to believe any fear you have of going to the dentist is probably already on their radar, and theyll help you through it.

Not going back to them after being happy with them for about a year. The dentist I saw said I needed a root canal and crown. After putting in for the work with my insurance we got a rejection letter stating the work was unnecessary. So they brushed it off and submitted an appeal. Again they were rejected for the same reason.So I called to cancel the work until this all got straightened out. I was supposed to hear back and its been over a week and not a single phone call, text or email. Wondering whats going on now and if I should alert the health dept about this situation. It appears theres a number of other reviews claiming billing fraud or problems and unnecessary work so it creates a lot of concern for me. Definitely not letting them near my teeth anymore!!!UPDATE: I recently had a dental checkup with a different dentist and the only thing I needed done was to have a single shallow cavity taken care of.

My mom went here for a simple cleaning and annual check up. The hygenist broke a front tooth. The doctor pointed out 4 teeth that needed extraction. The 4 identified teeth were 8 year old implants with no problematic sign or symptoms. Beware!

Office was very clean and cheerful. Was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist.Did not have to wait long. Anne, my hygienist was sweet and professional and did a great job. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because of lack of privacy. Was in the first exam room next to front desk. Was very noisy, could hardly hear hygienist speak not to mention lack of privacy. Otherwise an EXCELLENT experience!*UPDATE *Second visit, not so impressed. Waited for Dentist then felt like procedure was rushed. Not happy with results.Office staff still nice and professional.Dental assistant was just ok.Might go back one more time. Maybe this was an off day? 🙄

Ive had great experiences with Dr. Eric George (and everyone else that Ive talked to by phone or at the front desk!) It may not always be good news, but... I guess I dont come to the dentist for good news, haha. HOWEVER, they are super responsive, they communicate clearly so I understand whats happening, and I appreciate how easy they make it for me to get in and out. As a busy mom, time is such a big factor for me. Definitely recommend.

My son and I had such a great experience at Dr. George and Assoc. I transferred to their practice a few months ago. My previous dentist told me I had 3 cavities and my son had one. This was confirm by my hygienist and Dr. Cornetta at my first cleaning visit. They made me feel at ease and comfortable, I felt no pain during the fillings AND I didnt have to take time out of work because they are open late- which is a BONUS! Keep up the great work.

All a scam, i lost my retainer and they don’t keep the molds for your retainer here so with time my teeth moved so it would be pointless to remake another retainer for hundreds of dollars so they expect me to get braces all over again rather than just keep the original molds because that would be too much to ask for right. Now im screwed and went through years of pain with my braces on for nothing.

By far, one of the best Dental Practices I have ever been to, I was there a few days ago having a pretty evasive procedure done, I was quite nervous before the procedure, and the Hygienist, Nancy F. and the Dentist went out of their way to make me more comfortable, dimming the lights, reassuring me that the procedure would be quick and painless and simply being extremely patient with me. Definitely would recommend this practice. Wish I could give more than 5 stars

If you have severe anxiety and are terrified of the dentist this is the place for you! My first appointment was X-rays and making a plan to fix my teeth..they made me feel extremely comfortable right away...fast forward to yesterday....I had my first surgery and it couldn’t have gone better! No pain at all even on day 2 and I could go about my normal routine like nothing ever happened!! They are very welcoming here! I will never go to another dentist after this experience! Thank you all for helping me overcome my fear of dentists and for getting my on track to having a great smile again!

I love it here. Makayla has done my teeth and is good, she’s thorough, gentle, and friendly. I believe she did my son’s teeth last time. This year, Anne did my kids teeth. She was amazing with both kids, explaining everything and gently encouraging good dental hygiene with her soothing voice. The 8 year old said it was even more fun than last time and he wanted to do it again. (Yes he was serious on both counts.) The 2 year old didn’t fuss at all. I highly recommend this place. They are also excellent about explaining costs and work, they don’t hide things.

So my first visit back in November was great the dentists were so nice and accommodating. I chose here for the sedation dentistry. We had a plan to remove the tooth but I found out I was pregnant. Today I call to be seen so I can get some antibiotics for the tooth because the pain has returned. My plan was to go back to them in July after I deliver my daughter so Sedation dentistry would be an option. They tell me today I cant get antibiotics for the infection. They will only see me if Im going to pull it. So let me get this straight Im pregnant and they are forcing me to get it pulled and if I choose not to they wont prescribe something for the infection even though any infection in your body is bad for my child. What a great practice. So much for putting the patient first. Will never come back here and will make sure no one I know will come here either. Receptionist was a joke just like the office manager who wants to make choices for me.

Ive heard MANY stories of their billing antics and I can attest to it as well. I wish they would disclose UP-FRONT and be detailed about it. However all of this is negated due to how terrified Ive always been of the dentist and to be honest, theyve done such an amazing job that Im even looking forward to finishing up and going back very soon. The staff(ladies)are ALL very pretty and nice, the office is well cleaned, the location is great. Overall my experience has been great with a few minor issues, that Ive addressed and were taken care of. But the billing? Yes, please DO fix your approach on this so that patients are not being hit with unexpected bills.

This office told me I had eight cavities after never having a cavity in my life. Nothing ever hurt in my mouth, so I was surprised to hear that I had all these cavities all of a sudden. After getting a second opinion at another dental office, I had ZERO cavities! They are a mill house, getting you in, and out as soon as possible, doing work that doesnt have to be done. Stay Away!
