My 8 y/o son loves going here. I never dreamed he’d be so relaxed going to the dentist. They are all so nice and patient. We went today and all the staff were dressed up for Halloween. My son thought it was so funny. I’m so glad we found this place.

The entire office is kind and patient. Everyone is so accommodating to my anxious son during his visits. They take their time to make the children feel comfortable and safe.

Dr. Paquin and his staff are absolutely amazing. They are patient and amazing with my daughters. My girls look forward to going to the dentist and that is a direct reflection on their experience here.

We are once again beyond pleased with services offered by Rhode Island Childrens Dentistry. Another child, with another fall/injury to her teeth. Dr. Paquin provided phone consultation after hours while we waited in the ER and then saw us the following morning for an office visit and x-ray. Excellent care provided for our daughter and even additional care and reassurance to us as the parents. Thank you!

This is a place where the name says it all this. I love bringing my kids to this dentist because they are very friendly with my children, all the staff have always being very kindly and respectful. And always on time for the appointment, we do not have to wait for anything.Thank you very much for your great work all.

We went to Rhode Island Children’s Dentistry In Coventry today for my daughters first ever dental appointment. She will be 4 in October and we had an amazing experience here! Erin, the hygienist was incredible as well as Dr, John. My daughter had a kidney reflux issue from 6mo to 3 years that she has outgrew but she’s been in and out of the doctors a lot for procedures and has a fear of any office. The fact she was quickly put at ease and even laughing in the chair goes to show how calming the environment/people are! She is already talking about going back. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist!

We chose this based on word of mouth and boy oh boy, they did not disappoint! The staff and dentist were all super friendly and sooooo great with our babies! They sang to the babies while doing their very 1st cleaning to help calm the babies 💕

Love this place! My daughter has had awful anxiety and stress at other pediatric dentistry is in the area. This one is fantastic super clean,child friendly and the staff is incredible. Thank you so much for making my daughter not afraid of the dentist anymore.

Most professional staff I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. My almost four year old grandson was treated like he was having a playdate with two of his friends. Everything was explained to him at his level of understanding and procedures went by in minutes. No stress for him call Papa.

I had a wonderful experience with my 3.5 year old daughter who was a first time patient. Everyone at the office was caring, considerate, and incredibly patient and accommodating of my daughters needs, as it was her first time visiting the dentist and she was nervous and apprehensive. The entire staff was wonderful!

Very nice and professional staff. My son is comfortable and has no stress going to the dentist office due to the positive environment. Office is clean and covid practices are well respected, with convenient mobile check in via text (no foolish app and logging!). The chairs are positioned in a way your child can enjoy a family friendly program and relax. The staff explained everything clearly and friendly to the children, I feel providing them with comfort and truthfully takes away the confusion and unnecessary fear of the dentist. Thanks guys!

Every member of the staff is extra helpful and goes the extra mile to make the experience less nervous about what work is at hand!! That is greatly appreciated at all ages!!!! The staff is always well kempt, and neat, as is the office. Even when there is unpleasant news to pass on or break to the patients/family, the bedside etiquette surpasses most healthcare settings. I have never wrote a review of a any establishment on this forum, or any for that fact!! I could write so much more but, I would most definitely pass my word limit!! Good luck!!

The kids loved the TV’s on the ceilings, friendly and engaging staff. The ease of providing required paperwork via fillable forms is a nice convenience.

The ladys were so great to her and I really appreciate the care and kindness they showed us! She well remain a patient with your office until she becomes an adult.

Absolutely incredible as a young parent (24) I value healthcare professionals time very much and although they were busy I never felt rushed through my questions or comments. They gave me very thorough answers and provided excellent care ! My daughter is only 10 months old and this was her first appointment but I am so glad our first pick is a great office that I feel comfortable sending her to. I would also like to add even under all the masks... you could tell every single employee there is happy to be there and just love what they do. 12/10 recommend

This place is the best! My kids love it here. It’s kept very cleaned and they make sure to clean it after every patient. The staff is beyond amazing!! My son who just turned 3 isn’t used to being anywhere at all. He’s scared of doctors and dentists but the staff kept talking to him in a nice manner with a friendly and positive attitude. ( even though he was having a major meltdown ) I can’t thank them enough for being so KIND AND ESPECIALLY PATIENT! It makes me feel so great as a parent knowing they are there for us. They make, not only myself but my kids as well feel at ease! Awesome place and staff!

Dr Kiang is amazing with my son who has sensory issues, he is patient, kind and thorough. The hygienists are always friendly and answer all of my kids questions.

Love the friendly service and laid back atmosphere! Very nice staff who communicate every step and situation clearly and make sure everyone is comfortable with what’s going on. My daughters enjoyed their visits on both the dental and orthodontic side of the practice. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dentist for any children in the area!

My oldest daughter was in tears moments before our appointment but was calmed immediately by Ms. Kathy’s greeting in the parking lot. She was super patient and attentive to both of my girls throughout our visit. Dr. John was fantastic per usual. By the end of our visit my oldest was asking if she could come back tomorrow! It’s always a great experience for our family at this office!

The office is beautiful and very appealing for kids, but the real stars are Dr. Nick and his team. From my very first dealings over the phone and via email with intake, I was impressed. Theyre all so outstanding and amazing with children. My 6 year old went for his first visit last month, and was actually excited to go back. Cant say enough good things about this office. Thank you!

Not happy with the final results and when i expressed that I was pretty much told that it was my fault.

They truly are amazing there. Both of my daughters go there and love it. The effort they go through to make my children comfortable you wont find anywhere else.

Dr. Edwards was amazing. She took my son, whom always had dental anxiety, and made him feel at ease, comfortable, and even relaxed. She had a calm demeanor, explained every step to him, demonstrated the tools she was using with him, and had him leaving with a smile. Cannot recommend her enough.

I Just LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! From secretaries and assistants to doctors are absolutely LOVELY here! I was affraid for my son because he is autistic but theyre very outgoing and patient ! And my daughter, just LOVED her first experience! 5+ for this place

This office was awesome. Our first time here since my daughter needed a tooth extraction. Dr. Paquin was EXTREMELY nice, knowledgeable and just a positive attitude and vibe. He made my daughter calm and at ease and was very patient with all of the questions. I may have to consider changing her dentist permanently.

Very pleased with our first visit! Staff was very friendly, polite, and professional, and office was clean and bright. They were very thorough and detailed in their procedures and in explaining things to us, especially in terms we can understand and relate to. My kids especially loved the staff were dressed up as tooth fairies, with wings and everything! It made them feel very comfortable, even in light of all of the Covid protocols which is not easy to do. I would definitely revomrecommend based on our experience so far.

Usually pretty happy! Today my daughter saw a person then they left her for 20 minutes to have someone else work on her. She said she was too slow. She was in there over an hour.

Nicely done! Prior to appointment you have to fill out the consent forms. They came outside got my daughter after I sent a text to let them know we have arrived. It was quick and easy and they called me to let me know how everything went and gave me an update on her progress.

My Son has an ASD diagnosis, and can be a little difficult with these types of visits, but everyone here went far above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and understood everything that was about to happen, well before the actual procedures.Highly recommend Rhode Island childrens dentists!!!

This place is amazing, if I was able to pick 6 stars instead of 5 I would do it. I would not recommend any other place than this. It makes me tremendously happy to trust my teeth with the staff here. Aside from what I said, the staff is amazing and they seem to bond with each other. You can fake working at a place, but you can’t fake the bond between them.

Everybody was great. Erin, the dental assistant was so nice, professional, and sweet with my son. Dr. Paquin was exceptional. He interacted SO well with my 8 month old, had a gentle approach, and truly took the time to explain things to us and make sure all of my questions were answered. It was our first visit with Dr. Paquin and we are extremely happy that we found him!

I came to Dr. Gordon to have Invisalign treatment done in time for my wedding. Dr. Gordon and his staff were efficient and made every effort to keep this treatment affordable, comfortable and successful. I was lucky enough to see results in 9 months!! They were flexible, easy to get in contact with, and between the Coventry and EG location, Dr. Gordon always accommodated my crazy schedule. I chose Dr. Gordon because he was my childhood orthodontist and he always asked about my siblings and remembered small details that made my visits very personal. My smile looks amazing, and I highly recommend Dr. Gordon and his staff!!

This place is amazing! The whole staff is very friendly and accommodating. While at a visit with Dr. Gordon for my Oldest daughter, I stopped by the dentist side to ask about a minor problem we had with my 2 year old. They were nice enough to make time to see my 2 year old right then, with less than a 5 minute wait for her to be seen! We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with both the orthodontist side & dentist side. The fact that they are both in the same building is very convenient & a huge plus!!!

My son has been coming to doctor Gordons office for 6 years now. My loves coming here. Him and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They always make sure my son gets an appointment same day if he has any trouble with his braces. I trust what he says my child needs. I would recommend other parents to bring their children here weather it be for orthodontic needs or just a dentist (which is right next door).

All 4 of my children LOVE to go to see the dentist. I have one in braces, 2 going into braces and a little one waiting to get braces. I had braces as a child and it was a horrific experience and was not looking forward to relive the experience through my children. Not the case. The staff know how to relax the child and they take the time to get the child to trust them.What I like is the office runs ON TIME - this is helpful because I have a busy schedule and cannot sit in an office for 45 mins past my scheduled appointment - I am usually there 15 mins before the appointment and the children are in and out during the scheduled time frame.

Our kids loved the special treatment they received. The dental hygienist and the dr were so informative and so kind.

The staff is always friendly and curtious. I even travel 30 min just to send my family here. Absolutely love it. Dr.Gordon and Dr. Paquin are the best.
