I love this place I would cry if I had to change dentists but they are pretty nice they treat you very well I hope they never shut down.

A few of the office staff are incredibly rude and unhelpful. Comments made by staff about not liking to work with our state funded insurance. I was told by our insurance that some of the paperwork submitted looked to be filled out incorrectly which lead to us having to file an appeal to get an approval for our child’s treatment. When I relayed the information to the office they took it very personal and actually hung up on me when I asked to speak with the Doctor directly. When we finally got the treatment approved, the office staff (Debbie) stated that she couldn’t set the appointment bc they never received the approval. When I attempted asked her if she could call the insurance to verify the approval, she refused and when I attempted to ask for the Dr. to give me a call, she wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence and cut me off and put me on hold for the “office manager”. The insurance attempted to call them (bc they had indeed already sent the approval over by fax the week before) but they refused to speak with the insurance as well and stated that they were unwilling to treat my child anymore. These people are off the rails.

Staff was wonderful! Jess W. did a phenomenal job today with putting braces on. Thank you for helping me start my road to a better smile!

Dr. Gordon’s team is absolutely amazing! We had a bad experience at the other orthodontist on Nooseneck hill rd in Coventry. So we switched to Dr. Gordon’s office. They made my daughter feel comfortable from the very start after being afraid of Orthodontist’s because of the previous office. The Asst Jess was extremely kind and understanding and helped us with everything she could from the beginning. The Orthodontist doctor that was available at this time was Dr. Neely ( not sure of spelling ). She was very nice and gave me a lot of information on what was going on and the treatment that was needed. I highly recommend this office to everyone!

The 2nd location for Williams DMD Orthodontists. Son has been coming here for years. Never have had any issues.

Love this place!! Staff and orthodontist are all amazing and I never have to worry about a long wait. They are fast, proficient, and super friendly! Their Waiting room is kid friendly and always keeps my little guy entertained while my oldest is being seen. Highly recommend them!

Jessica was wonderful with my daughter and Dr. Gordon is so knowledgeable and patient. They make both kids and their parents feel very comfortable. Also the facilities are very modern and the rest of the staff are fantastic!

We have coming here for just over a year now and the staff is absolutely amazing and accommodating for family’s with multiple kids! They all are friendly and well informative! The staff is awesome. We had an emergency with my daughters appliance at 10 pm on July 3rd. Took a chance on calling the office, there was an on call number to use in case of emergency. The on call person got a hold of another staff member closer to the office. They met us there and within minutes got that appliance out. I cant say enough good things about Gordon Orthodontics.

Visiting Gordon Orthodontics over the years has been such a pleasure. My children and I truly enjoyed the warm and friendly welcome. The representatives that work in the office are so personable and each time we visit is fun and enjoyable, which is both of my children’s favorite part about going! I haven’t been to an orthodontist in years and I went to Dr. William Gordon and he’s the most nicest most funniest dentist I have ever met. I would really recommend EVERYONE that needs an orthodontist to go to the Coventry location where Dr. William M Gordon is located trust me he will work with ANYONE because he is such an understanding person and he just wants everyone to have the perfect smile. Hands down I won’t ever Chose anyone other location then his office. I highly recommend his office.

I have to say that everyone at Gordon Orthodontics is awesome!! My children sees Dr. Neely for their Ortho needs. She is the sweetest and most informative doctor ever! If I am concerned about anything she addresses it immediately! I don’t think I’ll be taking my children anywhere else because I found the best place for them!

UPDATE! We have been coming to Dr Gordon for a little over a year now and I just want to say how great of an experience it has been. My son will be getting his braces off soon and he is super excited! We look forward to coming here for general dentistry with Dr. Paquin as well.Dr. Gordon and all the girls in the office are great. I saw him for my teeth when I was a kid and now both my boys see him for theirs. Everyone always takes the time to answer all my questions. They are super patient with my younger son, who is very chatty and has lots of questions.

Very wonderful place wouldnt go anywhere else. Everyone is great to my son. He can get anxious sometime they always know how to make him calm and sure him everything will be okay. Dr. Gordon is top notch!

My son was originally seen here for an underbite and received a set of braces but little under 1yr later/today has had them removed and an amazing difference. The whole team here is friendly and amazing with the kiddos they make them feel comfortable with any procedure...honestly an overall great experience and if ever needed they are truly recommend definitely the best.

Here for my youngest sons braces. Middle son had them here too. Great experiences so far. Dr. Gordon is very good at explaining the entire process.

This was our first visit. My daughter doesnt like dr. Appointments at all, I have to say the staff in his office made it very easy for us. We had two staff members which may the xrays go fast and less stressful for my daughter. Being in the healthcare industry myself I was beyond words when I stepped foot into Dr. Gordons office the first time. This is hands down the best medical facility I have come across. Extremely clean, VERY friendly staff, and Dr. Gordon? Ive never had a more personable doctor in my life, hes amazing! For my treatment plan we are doing Invisalign! Im currently on aligner 9 of 21. I had a few problems with pain, at the beginning, where I would call and the girls were phenomenal. Kaylee and Jess are my go to girls, they are so sweet and extremely helpful with everything! If Dr. Gordon isnt your Orthodontist already, he needs to be!

Love this Orthodontic office. My daughters are both patients of his and Dr.Paquin. Jessica & Laura are always so kind and helpful. As are the rest of their staff I just have dealt with the two of them the most.. Dr.Gordon treated my sister in law almost 20 years ago and remembers her and most of their family to this day. He is very warm and personable. He makes the kids feel safe and explains everything so that they can understand it. This also applies to Dr.Paquin and his staff. Its great to be able to go to one office for everything. So thankful to Jessica and Dr.Gordon for being so great with my girls one of which had a horrible experience somewhere else and since gets so nervous and sick to her stomach at the thought of even a cleaning. Next week she and her sister will have their braces put on and are perfectly comfortable with it. If they arent already your one stop orthodontic center switch now you wont be sorry!!The Poulin Family!!
