My mother got out of the hospital and needed oxygen. They said that since they didnt receive the order from the doctor before close of business 5:00 p.m. that they would not bring it out yesterday. But thats interesting because yesterday the doctors office called me at 5:00 p.m. and told me they had already sent the referral and prescription for the oxygen machine to these people. And when asked when they would show up I was told they would show up first thing this morning at 8:30 and they still havent showed up. Horrible customer service and mom has had to go all night without oxygen and still is short of breath. It is not like she needs to go to the emergency room but her oxygen saturation is low enough that its affecting her and she does need the supplemental oxygen machine.

Cottonwood office is the worst run office I have in 50 years ever dealt with. If you try to call you will be on hold for minimum of 25 mins. If you appear in person good luck! I gave this dump 1 star because there is no lower ranking. I have been waiting for my (use or you may die in your sleep) b pap machine for o er two months! Ridiculous

Absolutely appalling service. Went in Feb, got some supplies, paid what they asked, $29 and change. Mid July, got bill for another $68. When I called, they could (would not?) explain how they arrived at amount. Rep (Derek) on phone said $29 is my 20% copay. Could not (would not) explain how original amount of $99 was calculated. 20% of the $99 should be

This place is a joke. My wife has been trying to get a CPAP for weeks and just keeps getting the run around. We finally purchased one online and it arrived the next day. Every interaction weve had with them has just shown how totally incompetent this business is. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Well I usually dont take the time to write reviews but i really had to take a minute for this company. My mom tried calling them for weeks for a pick up of our oxygen machine. They wouldnt call her back so I had to handle it for her since she went out of town. I then tried calling and sat on hold for 25 minutes. When they finaly picked up they couldnt even give me a time for a next day pick up so it was all a waste of my time. When I was on the phone she put me on hold several times and transferred me again. If the business is that busy, hire more people. We will not deal with this company again.

In regards to the review from Joseph P.It is not a companies job to inform you what your deductible for the your is going to be. It is the patients responsibility to know what there deductible and OOP are before purchasing equipment. The price that was quoted to you was the copay, the amount you would owe if you had met your deductible or if you did not have one. All insurance rent to purchase machines after 13 months, it then is converted to purchase and would have been yours to keep.

This company is the not good at communicating the realities of the way they bill. It should be called the least preferred homecare. They called me and said my insurance has approved a cpap machine. I spent my whole lunch with one of their employees, who taught me how to use the breathing machine.I paid them $57.00 which they said was my copay. few weeks later I recieved a letter in the post from Preffered homecare with a balance of $273.62. I called them and ask what that bill was for, they told me it is for my breathing machine rental fee. No one from their office in Cottonwood on S Willard street explained or told me the machine was only rental, or that I would be making monthly payments. I checked on Amazon the machine only cost $300-$500. I could have purchased one of those from Amazon.Anyhow my wife returned the unit as soon as we realised it was actually a rental. Then they sent me another letter saying if I do not pay by the 4th of September it will cost me $317.58.Please AVOID this company at all cost!They did the same thing with my wifes nebulizer and we had to return it.I dont mind renting whatever it is but EXPLAIN to your patients that the machines from you are RENTALS!

IS anyone else having problems with there air hoses ,mine wont stay on the machine and I told them about it and with there years of experience they explained to me that has never happened...LOL...maybe. there training shouldnt be so Lon...LOL
