Unhealthy work environment. This company is going through a transformation for the worse. Going from the beautiful family company it started as, to a giant corporate bully. I watched at least eight people leave from office management positions in the last three months. There is a disconnect between what you do and the outcome. You the employee act as the worker bee, but you will not be fairly compensated for your labor. Upper management is all about data and client based care is unimportant to the northern branch manager. Same manager will yell at clients, tell staff they are unproductive and make everyone feel uncomfortable. The company expects one person to do three peoples jobs and for not enough compensation. When putting in my resignation I was retaliated against by being dismissed early and denied being paid out my vacation earned. The owner can pick and choose who he will allow to be paid out earned PTO. Pick anywhere else.
