I’ve been going to Dawn for years for my perms and I just recently had a color by her. I love her work!! She’s VERY meticulous and always gets the consult just right. I always love my end result. She’s always getting educated and improving upon her craft. I also know she’s good at men’s cuts as well. She’s easy going and a fun person to chat with.

I had an appointment set for noon on saturday. I got a voice-mail confirming the appointment the day before. I went to my appointment and they told me dawn called off sick. No one called to tell me that she had called off. I have a set schedule and very little free time. I will never go back to this salon. They have no respect for other peoples time.

Giving this place a 4.5 only because I wasn’t happy that she didn’t use a beak on the blower when blow drying my hair. I came in for a wash and a blow dry, I ended up cutting my tips a bit. I asked to kind of curl my hair at the end with the blow dryer, something I do at home decently, but I don’t have the beak and it doesn’t come out as nice ofc. When she finished the blow dry i was dissatisfied as it came out a bit poofy and without the curls. She would’ve left it as that if I hadn’t asked and she went ahead and used a curling iron. Everything else was great, she was very kind and polite but I guess just not to my taste.

Came for a finely weaved blonde highlight. Appointment lasted 4.5 hours and my hair ended up pink. Stylist argued that she couldnt see it. Really? Because its pink. Gave 2 stars because at least she gave me a discount for it. Wont be back.

Im fairly new to town and finding a new hair stylist is one of the things I dread. I have fine, straight hair and so I worry that that the stylist wont know how to best cut my hair. Well, I just got done seeing Suzanne and she did an AMAZING job!! She understood right away what my hair needed and the best way to do it. She added in some very nice soft layers that look great with my fine hair. They blend right in. It looked great straight but then she asked if Id like some curls. She took the time and I just love the way it looks and feels, both straight and with a few loose waves. I also had her tint and wax my eyebrows....they look amazing too! Ill be back!

I have been going to Gatsby Salon for years and I have never had a bad experience with any stylist. This last time I went I had Alexis and she was absolutely amazing! She gave me great options on how to best achieve the color I wanted without causing too much damage to my hair. She was very pleasant to chat with and seemed to genuinely care about what would look best with my hair type and skin tone. I already booked my next appointment with her to make sure continues to be my hair stylist. Highly recommend her!

I needed a quality haircut before my wedding and a family member recommended Kurt from Gatsbys. I gave Kurt a call and was able to get in a few days before the big day. My mom has been coming here for so many years. Very faithful, loyal customer. The hair dresser shes been seeing has, in the last, year started treating her, in my opinion, poorly. Shes short, almost to the point of rude. The cuts are inconsistent at best. The last time my mom was there she asked why her usual appointment day and time were no longer available and hadnt been available to her for some time. This hair dresser replied that those times are reserved for her regulars! What?? Shes been going there for over 15 years and shes not a regular?? Mind blown..... The 3 stars are for the cleanliness and overall look of the place, it sure as hell is NOT for the service.

I have been going to Alexis for a while now. I have such difficult hair but she is a wonder! I went from black to gray and I love my hair so much. Not only that but I feel like a queen when I sit in her chair. She is always so nice and you can tell she really cares about you and her work. The salon is so modern and classy and all of the hair stylists are so close knit. It’s fun and friendly. But Alexis will change your life! You will not be disappointed. She always has new suggestions for me and it’s just so refreshing.

To young of stylists. Told her what I wanted and how I wanted it done. Didn’t do anything that I asked cut it way to short and made me look like I enlisted into the military. Very poor job.

Decided on a whim I wanted to cut my hair. It was Saturday and I had 3 hours before I had to leave for a wedding. I called around and, of course, most people were booked. Called Gatsby and they got me in with Suzanne 20 minutes later. I was 100% impressed with her. I got an A-line cut and it was so cute and exactly what I asked for! Also, Suzanne found out I was attending a wedding later and asked how I wanted my hair styled. She spent an extra 20 min after the cut adding a beach wave to my hair. I figured this would probably cost extra. I was shocked at the register how reasonable the price was! I usually go to Lunatic Fringe and the price was about half what I pay there. On top of that, I have never had a stylist at Lunatic Fringe spend so much time doing my hair after a cut. I am sold and will definitely be back!

I did not have a good experience at this salon. It was my 3rd time there and thought I would give it one last try. Not only did I have a bunch of dye that was left all over my face but I was told when I got home to to use windex on my face to get it off and my hair was not styled and the lady that did my color didnt even want to dry it, asked me if I wanted my hair dryed. On top of that my hair is blotchy in some spots and a golden brass color and was not done right because there are lines you can clearly see where the color was put. Iam also not one to leave bad reviews ever this is my first time but it was such a disaster that I needed to get the word out there. The lady that did my hair was Brittney. I wouldnt recommend this place.

I was with Meagan my first time there. She did a beautiful job on my hair and was very considerate when it came to comfort. I was very impressed with the job she did on my eyebrows. My left one is a bit wonky and she handled it like a champ. My eyebrows have never looked better. Overall, great price and excellent service. Would recommend Gatsby any day.

Ive been having the most wonderful experiences at Gatsby full services salon since I started going there in June of this year. I get my hair colored every 5 weeks by Mackenzie who is absolutely delightful! In between colors I come in for shampoo/curl sets. I love this salon because the prices are so affordable and you definitely get a lot of bang for your buck! This establishment and my hairdresser both deserve 5 stars.

I like going to this salon. The people are nice and they do a good job on my hair. Its usually pretty easy to get an appointment quickly and with the stylist of your choice. I usually go to Lisa, who I like to go to about once every few months. I was disappointed recently, though. I called to get an appointment and was informed that Lisa was on maternity leave, but will come in for some clients. I left 3 messages for her, with no response. I assumed she was busy with her personal life, so I made an appointment with a different stylist. I went in for my appointment and was disappointed to see that Lisa was in the salon with a client. She passed me while I was getting my hair done with absolutely no acknowledgment that I was even there, which hurt a little as a client of hers.I ended up going to a different stylist who I liked even better, and Ill be sticking with her in the future.

I love Gatsby! Kurt has been cutting my hair for almost 20 years now and he is the best! If you want a REAL barber cut then visit Gatsby. I have found when I was out of the area for a few years that most shops say they are barbers, but then they pull out those silly little measuring guards. Lame! Gatsby is great. Excellent cut, very clean and friendly. I would recommend to anyone.
