Our family has had a great experience at both this location and the Orem location. Caring and helpful staff. They’ve also been great at helping me navigate insurance.

Since fall of 2017 I have done all levels of care at Cottonwood location. It was amazing to step up when I needed it and continue with my team I had in PHP. PHP there is smaller but the intense and incredible care remains. IOP is great and the groups included are awesome. They work with your schedule so you get max benefits and support you need. I still work on an outpatient level with my amazing therapist there. Great program to step down to from RTC or inpatient or stepping up from outpatient. Plus is in salt lake valley in great location. Continuity of care has helped me so much and Ive never received this intense and amazing treatment anywhere else. Im behavior free now and in strong recovery. Healing is possible. Recovery is possible. Choose it and get help if you need it. You are worth it.
