Shes very honest, knowledgeable and answered all my questions about my glasses and vision.

Staff was kind, courteous, and professional. I felt cared for and comfortable. Dr. Laura was friendly and answered all my questions, and Alejandra was very thorough and helpful throughout my frame fitting and during checkout.

Dr. Laura Cloutier was absolutely professional, answered all of my questions and was very helpful. The staff were equally helpful and friendly. Monica was my optician and was very professional during the pre-exam assessments and helpful in selecting frames to meet my needs. The office was nice, with a good selection of frames. Ive worn glasses for nearly 40 years and my experience at Pearle Vision was on par with the best service Ive ever had.

Dr. Cloutier was very detailed and explained everything during my eye exam. I felt very comfortable at the office. The staff was wonderful. I always have a hard time finding glasses that fit, but the staff especially Monica took the time to help me find some that fit. I was very satisfied with the amount of customer service they provided.

Very well organized and competent service, both the exam itself, as well as ladies helping with the glasses. Doctor Cloutier took her time and explained clearly all potential issues. The sales staff was helpful and without any pressure-sales tactics. Very clean, very strict COVID protocols and well equipped. Definitely going there again.

Dr. Laura Lee is truly an amazing optometrist. She is incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and overall just lovely. Her staff is great as well. Everyone was very welcoming, and everything was kept very clean. She addressed all of my questions and explained everything thoroughly. It is worth the long drive for me. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and family!

Dr. Laura was very thorough with my eye exam explaining everything that was being done. She also recommended a different type of eye glasses for me to wear since a I spend a lot of time on my computer at work.

The office is very clean and well organized, and covid safe! Everyone wore masks and distanced, including customers. There were hand sanitizers as well. The two ladies that helped me pick out glasses were fun and attentive. The doctor is definitely knowledgable and skilled in her field. The only drawback was there was a lot of repetition concerning vision changes and talk about eyes getting older and vision changing. The doctor was really knowledgable as stated, just maybe better bedside manner would be good, We ended up arguing a tad about things with her saying I needed distance glasses, when I wasnt told this before. But I was open to her advice/feedback, even though I was a tad resistant This was my first time at this location, and maybe just wasnt used to her style. Which was perfectly fine, but not so much emphasis on age would be good. Just a pet peeve of mine. Change of vision isnt always due to getting older. And Im not that old. Weve also been in a pandemic so that could have contributed. Overall, I still give this location and doctor 4 stars. They have things together.

Since I had to change eye care providers due to to new insurance coverage, I was very satisfied with my overall experience wit Pearle and Laura Lee. She was very pleasant and thorough.My feedback to the office staff is to provide the doctor with insurance information and coverage so that can be communicated effectively when making treatment decisions for the patient.

The customer service at Peal Vision is unmatched! They are super friendly and attentive! My situation was as followed: I just recently moved to Irvine, and I had my first appointment ever at this location scheduled at 3:30. My schedule is super busy and Im always running around so I feel when I make an effort to schedule an appointment in advance I should be seen at my scheduled time. How wouldnt right? Well, the Dr. was with a customer ahead of me and for whatever reason they took much longer than expected. After waiting until 4:15, and still hadnt been seen, I told the front desk I couldnt wait any longer and left. The owner of this location called me personally to apologize for my experience and that this was an unusual situation for them and its not how they normally operate. The fact that the owner called herself, and didnt push it off onto one of the employees, was huge and probably the only reason I decided to give them another chance. I set my next appointment and upon arrival they had everything prepared in advanced, the Dr. was waiting and saw me right away, and the owner was there to greeted me face to face. They are a great bunch of hard working, nice, and customer-service hearted people and were a joy to work with. I certainly will be going back and will recommend to anyone in the Irvine area!

Professional service received throughout the appointment, I was seen right at my appointment time and was not left waiting long at all between different parts of the exam process, I appreciated my time being treated as valuable by all members of the staff, just the time consciousness from the staff alone made my experience terrific, and they are friendly and courteous as well. Im glad I found this office, and am looking forward to continuing to handle my eye care needs here.

She was knowledgeable and explained my situation to me well. I signed up to Pearle vision with a misunderstanding that I did not have to pay a copay for this visit. However there was several restrictions which makes it impossible for me to obtain this offer. Pearle Vision should not mislead customers because it is not good business practices. I paid my copay and the visit was fine
