I was there on 10/26/21, and had a very unpleasant exchange with Rolando. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by someone who works in customer service where I’m spending money. A few weeks ago I witnessed him being condescending, rude, and impatient with a newer co worker who was assisting me with an eye glass purchase. The way he treated me I don’t wish on anyone. I plan on picking up my new glasses when they arrive and finding a new optometrist. The other staff were pleasant, however I’d rather spend my money where I’m treated with great service and no blatant attitude.

Everyone was so kind and professional! This is honestly the best experience I’ve ever had with getting glasses I especially love the fact I was given honest feedback about how different frames looked on me.

I have to tell you. From the moment you hit the front door, through the examination and the explanation of what’s going on with your eyesight. This group of people are the bar by which every other business needs to be measured by. Dr. Wald leads a team of people that truly care about you and it’s felt in every aspect of your appointment. Wonderful place to get your new glasses if you like something made in Europe and high quality. Super nice and professional people. They let me to check the frames before making appointment to buy it. Its pricy but its not Chinese frames everybody has but very unique . Definitely will buy from those guys.

My family and have been seeing the doctors here for over 20 years. All have done thorough exams and had time for all our questions. They have all of the latest technology. With my vision insurance the exam and all of the tests are only $20.

Like the covid precautions in place. Staff is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Thought there could be a broader selection of frames. Took over 2 weeks to get my single vision simple glasses for which they had prescription from previous pair. Seems like it shouldnt have taken that long, I dont know. Overall, satisfied with the quality of the work and would recommend. 👓🕶✌

OC Design was able to fit us in and the young lady who assisted us was wonderful. My mom has dementia and can be very repetitive times and she was wonderful with her. She had excellent taste in curating a sample of frames for us and we went with the first of her choices for both regular glasses and sunglasses.

Woke up and found my right eye was 1/2 red. Called OC Designs to get checked out and they got me in before lunch.Great staff!

Got to say this place is five star. I never realized how important eye care and fitting can be. I feel confident when my glasses come in they are going to fit perfect and prescription will be right on. Best glasses here ever! I have found the coolest glasses here. They carry quality stuff. The eye doctors are super cool and very good. Also I never realized how much the fitting of the glasses matter. Rolando is by far the best! He takes what he does very seriously and is a total perfectionist! Every one else in the office are so nice. I am very happy here and recommend to everyone. :)

Gloria is great at what she does and provides very good customer service. She will give her opinion on what looks better with your shape and skin tone while being friendly— not pushy. I will come back to get my lenses done.

OC Eye designs is such a great company. The staff are all so friendly and professional, and they have the best selection of frames! I have been going there for years and I am so happy every time!

I love this place! I have been going to them ever since I needed progressive lenses. I have a complex perscription to fill and Im also very picky about my vision since I do detailed photography and photo editing. They have helped me tremendously..and were only getting it better as new lenses come into the market. They have a great selection of frames too. The only downside is (and this is all eye glass companies) the frames can be very expensive. But thats just a cost I have to calculate in my budget. Really great people and great attention to detail about getting the optics right is worth every penny :)

I got my first pair of glasses ever here. A year ago. I had such a great experience that I went out of my way that when I was eligible for a new pair I came here. Everyone that works here is amazing. Friendly atmosphere. Easy conversation about my benefits and what I could or could not get. Never felt pressured or up sold. Even being in the building after closing they were awesome. I’ll never go anywhere else for my eye care needs.

Ive been going to OC Eye Designs for more than 10 years now and the optometrists are always great! They really work with you to figure out the best options for you and make sure youre satisfied with the care youre receiving. They also have a lot of really cool glasses frames to suit your style with varying price points. Would recommend for sure!

I have been going to OC Eye Designs for years now, at first just because they were conveniently located. However, I’ve moved further away and still make the drive to OC Eye; the care I’ve received here is like none you will receive from any of the chain optometrists, hands down.Dr. Sieve always has a new set of sight tests up his sleeve, and it seems every year my prescription is more accurate than the previous one. I have a very high and challenging prescription, and I appreciate that he ALWAYS takes his time and also speaks with me about proactive measures to help my prolonged eyesight.The technicians and receptionists are always so very helpful and patient with me, and they’ve recently made some staffing changes and have a great group of people in-house. I’m a client for life, no doubt!

When my son was getting his contacts, we went back many times to get just the right pair to work with his eyes. They were so patient with him as they helped teach him how to put them in and take them out. The staff is great with kids.

I went to OC Eye Designs to get contacts for my first time. Given my latent eye issues it has always been difficult nailing down my perscriptions. Despite these challenges, OC Eye Designs was more than willing to work with me to find the perfect fit. The doctors are professional and their staff was always very welcoming/friendly. Highly recommended.

Such a great office. Great customer service. I had an emergency with my eye and I called at 10 and I was in there by 10:45. I was a new patient so I had a bit of paper work to fill out. While I was filling out paper work they got my insurance all settled for me to use for my visit. They took me back and diagnosed what was wrong with my eye and prescribed drops. They also offered glasses for same day since I couldnt wear my contacts. I was extremely surprised that they could do this since they have an in house lab. I was in and out of there within an hour and a half, dropped off my prescription at the CVS across the street and my glasses were ready in 30 minutes! I will definitely be going back!

It had been over 10 years since the last time I had gotten my eyes examined, thinking my eyes and vision were fine, Dr. Sevie was able to quickly identify an eye condition I had developed called Keratoconus. He took the time to explain the condition and different paths or ways to address it. After the first set of contacts came in it was a world of a difference but still had some discomfort. Dr. Sevie took the time to measure and order me contacts until the were the perfect fit. After multiple orders my final fitting was perfect. Like Cinderella. Thank you for being patient and investing the care and time in your craft Dr. Sevie. Your attention to detail, dedication to your patients and their care is what separates you from the pack. Thank you to the staff as well as your work is never overlooked. I realized the importance of my eye health, and would recommend anyone to check it out!
