Everything is good. Yet I cant wait for a job. The hospital requires these test, then doesnt give the job to me. I am glad the test results were good. The drug test was negative and so was te TB test. I didnt have a bulb. Thanks. Melissa Sanchez

I had a great time at Nova. I was there for my new employment drug, alcohol and physical test. The staff was very nice and helpful and I was in and out in no time. Would love to go back for another round.

Staff is not friendly. Very unprofessional. Will not use again. Not trained on Hippa laws. Will tell my company not to use again. I had an X-ray done, they tried to tell me that I do not have the rights to my own medical records. So they want to radiate me with an X-ray and do not want to give me my own results ? They should know that patients have rights . That p in Hippa stands for Portability. Do better.

I been feeling so weak, headaches, chills, pain in my body to the point where I cant focus on what Im doing. The doctor ignored my situation and lied to my boss saying that I could work. Would not recommend these people. Very biased and unprofessional.

They were fast ,friendly and I was out in less than 30 minutes .I was able to go to DPS and get my CDL the same day!!

Nova is great they assist you quickly and in a timely matter they get you in and out will definitely send my drivers there

They were quick and friendly. Didn’t have an appointment, but they were still able to take me in.I really appreciate that they were open until 6, which fits into my schedule, unlike other places in town.

Went for a random for work. Had no problem there. Was there about 45 mins and it wasnt crowded. Did what they needed and went back to work.

These people dont care about my condition they just want my money.

This place was horrific. I went to get my tb. The girl dropped the needle, left the room with her gloves on touching the handles in and out, she didn’t clean the top of the tb medication, then put the TB too deep. They have no idea what they’re doing. Do not pay for your people to come here. I’m a nurse. This was so embarrassing and disgusting.

3 stars for speedy staff and PA, one star for the price of a DOT physical about 30 to 40 percent higher than their competition. Tech appeared annoyed by my questions or conversation, a little abrasive and her customer service was sub-par with peers. Overall, I paid more for quicker service otherwise I would rate my experience at 2 stars. Thanks

Dont know if I just happened to get there at a good time, but I was in and out quickly. I was there for a random DOT drug and alcohol test. Since Ive been there several times before for random tests or annual physicals, she took the info from the computer and filled out the forms for me. All I had to do was sign at the bottom.Thanks Nova people.

My spouse went there for a drug screening it was very professional and courteous. They were very fast and prompt even though its walk-in basis I would highly recommend them for future drug screenings.

Everyone there were courteous and knowledgable. I was out in 30 min., which is a big plus for me.

The employees here are excellent and very nice. The new PA that does DOT Physicals is awesome. I recommend Nova for all services they offer...kudos guys.

I liked very much. Pretty quick to see you. Professional on drug screen, etc. Angelica and other women behind desk were good; the 2nd Angelica I ran into that day, so indicates Angels are helping and prayers said to Archangel Raphael are appearing more effective. He is The Medicine of God, the name means God has Healed; and Doctors/Nurses often ask for his help; and thats a good thing/ practice. IMO

The staff members were all very professional. You can tell by the smileson their faces that they enjoy their jobs. And, they are genuine smiles; not forced of fake. I recommend their service for anything in the scope of their treatment skillset.

This place makes you feel like you are their only patient. Very clean and nice people.

Poor clinic, went for DOT physical, staff seemed annoyed at my medical history for job screening.One staff member had an open wound and was showing it to people.Older man at front desk knew nothing, and was scolded by another staff for not knowing how to do something.Male aid was rude and was rushed.Was left in room for near hour after first round of questioning about medical history, and was visibly annoyed at my truthful answers to my known medical history, they made a point to tell me that should have not answered truthfully on my questionnaire.Second round of questions was asked by nurse, when she abruptly left for another hour before failing me on physical because of “obscure state law” and suggesting I should have just checked no on everything.

Great staff very friendly. Im glad I get to go there for my DOT instead of the other place. :-))

Rude front desk staff. And one of the nurses or whatever title they have sneezing all over everything. Gross AF.

Friendly staff and fast.I went for a pre-employment screening. The staff was friendly and had my screening compete in a timely manor. The drug screening results were virtually instant. My job had the results before I got home from the clinic.

The staff has no idea what each other is doing. Front desk old guy says one thing and the irritable female says another. They lie to you. Be careful itll cost you a lot of money for their lies. Save your money, time, and headaches and go to pinnacle right around the corner.

I normally dont enjoy going through the process of dealing with these places due to the fact that its always a long wait or the people working here are on edge because theyre overwhelmed with patients, etc, but my experience here was actually pretty good. Had about 15 patients ahead of me and thinking to myself, Ill be here all day! Not the case, waited about an hour which is not bad for a busy clinic. The employees, nurses, techs, doctor are very genuine and kind, humorous, good attitude and very helpful. Almost felt like I knew them all for years! Lol. Id come her ed again when services like this are needed. Good atmosphere. Thank you Nova Corpus Christi for your kindness and concern for people!

Check in was fast but gentleman doing test was scary. He did not know what he was doing, had to ask what to do and safety precautions were not there.

Fast in and out

It’s always busy here, expect to wait up to 3 hours while holding your urine to do a urine test that takes only 5 minutes at the maximum to complete. There also is not much seating when it does get busy but the staff is very friendly and tries to be as fast as they possibly can.

Usual going to a Medical Center just like this one, you have to wait not at this one. It was very promoted, they had the must up date equipment for testing. So it was in and out then back home. Waiting to hear from my employer.

Worst place ever to get a drug test have been at this place for 2 hours and still was not seen for another 20 min after 2 hours passed so I sat here for 2 hours and 25 min for a simple drug test and there were only 4 people in waiting area this is a waste of money and time
