Long wait if you just walk in over an hour. Set up appt and they honor them pretty well.

I went there with my grandmother earlier and just because you have a kiosk doesnt mean you should ignore elderly in need. This poor lady before us said she stood in the front for 30 minutes before being helped because she doesnt know how to use a kiosk. Im aware they might not get paid to help people in front but a little hospitality goes a long way. I also stood in front with a urine sample and had no way to let anyone know. Install a doorbell or something at least.

Fast check in, fast courteous service! I was in and out in 10 minutes.

So far I have had excellent service with this location. I was greeted, taken into the back and blood drawn all in about 20 minutes. They had to call my doctors office, which was also included in the 20 minutes. Staff was friendly and professional.

I never take the time to write reviews but my experience was so bad I want people to know. This place is dirty and disgusting. When I first walked in, It was overly crowded with people, not enough chairs in the waiting area, garbage all over the floor, no receptionist to check you in and huge holes in the wall. To check in you have to use one of there kiosk, which one was also out of order, after I went through all the prompts and entered all my information, the kiosk froze, which is really frustrating since there’s no staff to help you. Since I had entered all my information and it took a picture of my insurance card, I thought that would have been enough to at least check me as a patient. NO! I waited in the crowded waiting room for over an hour just to find out that there “kiosk” never actually checked me in. So frustrating since there is no staff available to help you or answer your questions. I wasted over an hour of my time waiting for nothing. Poor customer service. Cant imagine how dirty it is in the back since they keep there waiting area like garbage. I would not recommend anyone come here for any services, your better off going somewhere else.

The best place in town for lab work. Highly recommend. Excellent staff.

Worst place to go.Every single time I walk in there is no one at the desk to help. You always have to wait at the window for 10 minutes before someone attends you. The man is very rude. No hello, no good morning.He said ew when I tried to tell him that I was there to drop off my daughters urine sample.Dr Zapata is just RUDE RUDE RUDE.

Walked in today on a Saturday morning lobby full of people waiting. Receptionist was in the back talking, we waited at the desk for ten mins no one came out so we left I’m not fixing to spend my Saturday in a lab!!! I highly recommend CPL Lab on Saratoga staff was fast friendly in and out in 10 mins.

We had to switch from Quest Diagostics to Lab Corp. This was by far the worst experience in scheduling an appointment online that Ive ever experienced. As of 8:15 pm, still have not scheduled anything. Their system was down. Went to see them a 2nd time and had a much better experience!!!

Good, relatively busy in the morning but all things considered the staff works hard at getting you through the process in a friendly and professional manner.

Staff is always friendly and fast. It can get pretty busy but they get you in and out as fast as possible.

I waited 1 & 1 /2 hours on Saturday for blood work as a walk in and was told appointments are first and I may have to wait another hour or so. They only have one person on staff.

Front desk was empty the entire time, went in for a drug screening just for them to tell me that they don’t do it there.

Avoid at all costs. Dirty, disorganized, likely understaffed. Total incompetence.
