My kids love coming back to this place for their dental appointments because Dr Summers does a really great job in taking care of my kids dental health. His staff are the best and are very accommodating. My kids will surely start missing coming here when they grow older.

Its the first time that I had to take my niece here and she says that Dr Summers is the best! Since shes already 10 yrs old, we werent allowed to come in with her and so we just waited at the lobby, which they keep clean all the time, btw. They ensure to maintain social distancing by not having all of the patients at one time. At first, I was skeptical about not being able to come inside with her, but it appeared that everything went much more smoothly than when shes with me or my sister. They treat patients great here and they give the kids a goodie bag with lots of treats after the appointment.

I love this place! My daughter has been coming here since she had her very first dentist appointment. She is now two years old and just walks straight back. She even runs ahead of me to get to the room first haha. Ive never had any compliments about this dentist office. All the staff are so sweet and Dr.Summers is amazing. I also went here as a kid and loved it. Thats why I trust them with my daughter.

Waited here in the waiting area for my grandson and he came out smiling. Its his first appointment here in this clinic I know its a little late and he said that he had a great experience. He said that the doctor was kind and always smiling and the ladies were too. Not sure why the Friday time here says 8-12 but I know they close at 5 PM on fridays. Thank you all

I really appreciate the time DR. Summers and his staff have taken to care for our children during these hard times. The clean safe environment that is presented to us shows the time and effort they took for social distancing to provide safety for our families as well as theirs.. They are very informative, and kindness like no other. I highly recommend them. Every visit is better and easier than the last, thank you.

I love this man and this Place. When you bring your kid there all the ladies upfront make a genuine effort to make each and every child feel like they are in a safe place. A dentist office could easily be a scary place for a kid but these people with their smiles and kindness daily change that. I recommend this mans office to everyone I know with children.

We have seen Dr. Summers for 10 plus years. My kids love him and the staff. They always make you feel comfortable when you get there. My kids always like going to get their teeth cleaned. This is the best pediatric dentist in town. Love the ambiance and the helpful staff. My niece had a great time. Dr Summers is the best!Theres this new guideline put in place due to COVID-19 that we had to wait to be called once theres more room inside the clinic to ensure social distancing, but its alright. Its for everyones safety. We waited in the car and when they were ready for us, they advised us to go up the clinic for my niece to be seen.

This office is amazing! Super friendly staff, the office is clean, and Dr. Summers is amazing with my daughter. Not many 4 year olds get excited about going to the dentist but mine loves her visits every 6 months!!

Dr Summers is the best dentist that my grandson has ever had. At first, he was afraid of going to the dentist but he became excited whenever wed come back for his scheduled appointment. I always recommend Dr Summers to my friends and family as he is really patient with kids.

I take four of my kids to see Dr. Summers and we’ve had great experiences every time. His staff are very patient and kind, they sooth any fears my kids have and make it a pleasurable experience.Dr Summers did dental surgery on my oldest son and it was so pain free my son decided he didn’t need to brush his teeth anymore as Dr Summers could fix them again no problem. Not the takeaway I wanted, but good dental experiences are always a plus!I highly recommend him and his staff.

My child love coming over the years and shes somewhat getting sad that next year will be the last year that shell be coming to this office. This is a very kid-friendly provider and wish wed have to stay, but my child is growing. So yeah.

I Was kinda iffy due to negative reviews but I’m really happy with the experience here with terry summers the staff was really nice and answered any questions I had about my children. Got a appointment quickly for my two children and I can honestly say the policy of no children allowed in the back after 3 was also making me iffy but my kids came out happy with their bags and had no complaints. I would highly recommend.

I searched for the perfect dentist for my son forever until i came across Dr. Summers just the care & time his staff and himself dedicate to their patients is like no other even more so before and during both my childrens dental surgeries where check up calls are normal and a visit and run down from doctor summers comes before you freak yourself out i couldnt imagine my kids being cared for by any other dentist

My goal today was I wanted to find a better dental office for my son ! Instead of being rushed out, and not explain any to him about what is going to be happening. I want him to love a dental office!! At Dr. Summers/ Dr. Vasquez office and staff went above and beyond with making my son comfortable . Thank you to the hygienist ( Sorry I forgot her name) ): They explained everything to me and my son ! The next we go back he is going back by himself ,but he will do great ! Made my kids an appointment online never got confirmation for the appt. Called to the office the girl answered didnt even ask my name but knew I had made an online appointment. She claimed I didnt make the appointment but I picked Thur. At 1:30.. while she rescheduled my kids she kept putting me on hold. Never received a call back. The girls there are rude & I will be going to a different dentist. Not gonna deal with the office workers childish!

Have been taking my girls to Dr. Terry Summers for about 3 years and he is a very wonderful dentist. He does his job very well to make sure the girls and any other kids a comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Summers is wonderful and his staff is just as amazing. They are great with my son and make him feel comfortable when he is visiting the dentist. Once the child turns 3 years, they go back to see Dr. Summers without mom. My son is very hesitant and shy, but when he had to go see the dentist by himself he wasnt scared at all. He came out smiling too! They make sure to keep the parents well informed and gave me great information to keep my sons teeth healthy. Did you know that tap water is better for your teeth than bottled water is? Apparently tap water has fluoride in it.

My son has been a patient here for going on 2 years. I have never had a scheduling problem and the receptionist was very helpful on the reminder call. She reminded me of my visit offered new patient paperwork information also what I was going to need the day of. They also informed me about your child not showing signs of sickness day of the visit. He went alone to the back, but when I mentioned my nervousness she quickly said I have the perfect assistant for your son her name was Kimberly. They were both very sweet and helpful. he came out with his bag of goodies so happy had no cavities and Dr.Summers was very helpful with suggestions during our after visit consultation. He has an upcoming appointment in the upcoming month.

Both Dr Summers & Dr Vasquez are amazing dentists with endless patience & understanding for their pediatric patients! The staff is friendly & will work with you & your insurance to make sure you dont overpay & get the coverage you are entitled to

Absolute waste of time. Appt was at 9:30, arrived at 8 to fill out paperwork. Wasnt until around 9:45 when I was finally asked to fill out paperwork. And all for nothing because during our wait in a VERY small waiting room, a ridiculous amount of unruly, loud children arrived making my daughter very anxious. Finally at 10:45 we were called in and then turned away because my daughter was nervous and too scared to go in alone. She has autism which I informed the staff, but I guess they take no extra measures for disabled children. I should have guessed since just an hour earlier they had refused to see a child in a wheelchair. I dont know the whole story there, but that childs mother claimed it was because of her disability, and now I am inclined to believe her. Either way, the staff didnt even refer me to a specialist or anyone, or offer anything. Messed up visit. Ive rescheduled with Ocean Dental and they informed me that if they cant work with my daughter that they will refer her to a specialist so that insurance will cover the visit. I should give this place zero stars but that isnt an option.

Both of my nephews had dental surgery with Dr. Summers and everything went very smooth. From the paperwork to the follow up care Dr. Summers and his staff were amazing.

We will never be taking our children here again. First time patient and my son felt uncomfortable going alone to the back. While he was in the back the staff told him he was acting like a 4 year old. (Hes 9) He couldnt breathe comfortably and with all the tools in his mouth. No wonder parents arent allowed to go to the back! They treat kids poorly.

The waiting room is downright depressing with no art, drab colors and a flatscreen television playing daytime tv. But hey, I’m not shallow. There are things I can live with. But the ambivalent staff and the no parent for 3 and up policy? That’s pretty cold, Dr. Summers. I’ll take my children and my money elsewhere.

On the first visit arrived early for paperwork. Waited over an hour in a very small noisy waiting area. Asked at window about waiting time and had to wait longer. Also was informed, after asking about the visit with dentist that the children are seen alone during the examination, without parents; even on the first visit. Do not agree with this.

First, I will say the service my children received was not bad at all. My complaint is with the policy they have NOT allowing parents to be present with their children being examined/worked on that are 3 years or older. I have a 3-year old daughter that I was VERY uncomfortable with her being alone in a room with total strangers. I voiced my concerns multiple times to multiple people on staff saying I wanted to be with her and was REFUSED that right. They told me many reasons WHY I could NOT be in the room with my child but still REFUSED me. My one job as a parent of a child is to PROTECT them and I feel they took that right from me. If you are uncomfortable with allowing your children (ages 3 years and up) to be seen alone, then this is NOT the dentist for you.

***BEWARE IF YOUR CHILD IS 3 AND UP, THEY HAVE TO GO BACK THERE BY THEIR SELF, AND IF THEY DONT LISTEN BACK THERE, NURSE HOLD THEM DOWN TO GET THERE CHECK UP MY CHILD WAS SO TRAUMATIZED!!!!**** ABOUT THREE NURSES PIN HER DWN!

Excuse my username-- Im on my childs laptop. But the experience was very nice.

I was not at all impressed with this facility or the dentist. I normally do not write reviews, but it was just not a good experience. The “no parents in the back” policy totally disturbed me. My 4 year old was very apprehensive to go back by herself, and I was a nervous wreck waiting for her. Also, the dentist wanted to send my daughter to Driscoll, under anesthesia, to have a few cavities fixed. I wasn’t offered any other option other than that. She’s a very brave child and would have done just fine in an office visit. So, not only would we be paying for the dentist fees, but also hospital fees and anesthesia! It would have costed us 3G’s for a few cavities! And he couldn’t get to her for another month! Ummm, no thanks! I had the worst migraine after leaving there.. so stressful! I immediately called Pediatrix Dental; got an appointment that same week, and her teeth were fixed in the office that same day. They are very proficient, kind, and allow patents to stay with their children... a way better experience!

Whats the point in making an appointment , when the appointment is sceduled for 9 and 2 hours later they still havent called your child to the back. This dentist office is not only slow but they do not allow the parent to go to the back with your child. Several children came out crying and terrified because they had to go to the back with complete strangers. I understand completely that any doctor or dentist office usually take some time upon arriving and checking in but this place is way too slow. With this place being a childrens dentist office they should know that children get tired, hungry, have to use the restroom, etc etc. If you dont want to wait 2 hours or more after you arrive for your childs appointment then this place is definitely not the place to go. I would not recommend this dentist office. This was our first time and it will be our last. In the future we will go elsewhere and i will definitely let my family and friends know not to go here.
