Absolutely the best place for dental work. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day after having a filling in my front tooth fall out. Also a chip in the same tooth. Was not expecting to be able to have the filling done same appointment along with the chip fixed. In and out in under 45 minutes, awesome experience and staff!!

Yesterday which was October 1st was my first appointment the staff is wonderful very sweet & polite! Doctor was wonderful had no issues with my teeth so the visit went smooth I always love going to the dentist since I was a child to me oral health is very important & with this dental center they made it a great experience! My hygienist was very sweet, talkative made sure I was okay all & all great experience would recommend this office!

I’ve had several bad experiences with dentist and I have a horrible fear of them. This dental office has managed to accommodate me and my fear, put me at ease, and get me thru some pretty terrifying dental work. The entire office staff has been OUTSTANDING!!! I’ve gone back several times, which is huge for me, they’re not pushy, they throughly explain everything. I love it here!

Went for tooth extraction. Sat down in dentist chair. After being numbed up dentist sits down behind me ask me to open wide. As he bends over with pliers in hand he pulls down his mask and speaks directly into my face. In the middle of a raging PANDEMIC. What was I to do? I wanted the tooth out and I didnt want to start a political fight with a person getting ready to yank a tooth out of my mouth. Any sane person would know this is wrong. He obviously was making a statement. Now you know why Black people are suspicious of health care givers. I was so shocked and insulted it left me speechless. I will never go back there. Ive been hesitating writing this but felt it important enough in these times we are currently living in. Also, an air of suspicion as one person seemed to monitor my presence. That i couldnt understand and dont want yo seem paranoid but thats what happened.

The doctors and assistants will answer any questions you may have about your treatment or concern you have.I have a chipped front tooth that I have had fixed at several other offices, but I was never pleased with the outcome, that was not the case this time, I left this office confident with the smile I have! I had broken a tooth and needed it repaired. I called and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning. When I showed up they went to work on me. Had xrays and then Dr. Barwise assessed the problem and went right to work and even put a filling in the tooth next to my broken tooth. Everyone at Apple is top notch. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Called these nice people while on the road home from Houston on a Friday afternoon. I have a temporary crown on that came off! They got me in made a NEW Temporary crown to tie me over until the permanent crown is put on Monday with my regular Dentist. I cannot say enough nice things about this staff. These kind generous people gave me comfort back for the weekend.

I went in to have 2 teeth removed. Dr Wanek and his assistant Connie were amazing. They were fast, considerate, reassuring, and got both extractions done before I knew it! This morning I am a little sore in the jaw joint, but no real pain. I’ve found my new dentist, that’s for sure!

The staff is VERY unprofessional, dishonest, and disorganized. I went for a 5 minute “teeth cleaning” over a month ago for the dentist to tell me afterwards that I needed a cleaning. Literally right afterwards. That made me assume that my teeth hadn’t even been cleaned. Obviously it wasn’t done properly. When I asked why I was needing another cleaning already I was told that because I hadn’t had a cleaning in years. ( so then why such a short cleaning?) makes no sense. Metro ministries was supposed to pay for the treatment for this second cleaning and my crown replacement and cavity fillings ( the only reason I went there in the first place) Apple never even told metro that I needed a crown replacement. I had to call repeatedly just for them to wait until the very last minute to send metro ministries the estimate. At this point over a month later metro is now saying they don’t know if they have the funds. I only went here because I Couldn’t afford the crown replacement and my cavity fillings and that isn’t going to happen now thanks to them not doing their job. Had I known how much of a headache this was going to be, I never would have stepped foot in this place.

But since I have started going to Apple Dental Center, I can honestly say that all the staff and the dentist do everything possible to put me at ease. I can actually smile coming out of a visit/treatment. I am always shown lots of patience and kindness. I am always treated with respect. I have recommended Apple Dental Center, and going there has really become a family affair. I usually set my appointments at the same time a family member is also being seen, which makes things fun and convenient. Cant praise the staff enough. They are knowledgeable and efficient.

Horrible service. I would give them a zero as they do not even deserve a 1 star. My mother went to get her teeth cleaned and at check in they asked if she had the same insurance and my mother said yes (which she does, HUMANA GOLD. My mother had visited this location before so it was already on file. However AFTER services rendered they charged her $73+ dollars. It was not right as she gets two cleanings a year. After they charged her and she got home she called her insurance company who then called this horrible place to try to rectify to no avail. Then Kathy from Apple Dental called my mother and said she would leave the $6 credit. What????? Ridiculous. So I called and had the pleasure of speaking with Kathy who informed me it was my mothers fault for not advising them of the change....There was no change on my mothers end and when asked if she had the same insurance company ...she does. The fault completely lies with this incompetent organization for not asking to see her card when she signed in. I started to tell Kathy that I would be issuing my thoughts on social media...the minute I said that she raised her voice and started speaking over me saying she did not take to threats and now she was doing NOTHING. I could not get a word in edge wise and all I was trying to say, work with us and we will recommend you to EVERYONE. Kathy was horrible and I am appalled at her behavior and more appalled that Apple Dental would have such a horrible person working for their organization. The great thing about being American and having Freedom is that we NEVER have to go back to this place again. I would highly recommend that you stay FAR away from this place especially if you are a senior citizen!!!!

I recently moved to Corpus and needed to find a new place to get my teeth cleaned. Couldt be happier I found Apple Dental on the first try. My appointment was at 9:00, and when I got there at 8:50, went right in after filling out brief form (met appointment time). Pat was my dental hygienist, and she completed my cleaning promptly/professionally without the pain I usually have with my sensitive teeth during cleanings (they cater to dental cowards..!!..good at what they do). Also was able to see the dentist who reviewed the condition of my teeth for me (prompt and professional dental assessment). Since I dont have dental insurance, was really appreciative of the reasonable fees. A+ service, quality, cost and professionalism.

Went back again, every one deserve second chance, they was really very kind & nice to me after our problems together and they chick me in a bad time with this corona as having lot of pain they did a great job they deserve the 5 starold and changed my mind they are good peopleThey do not even worth 1 star ,but cant post without it, Very disappointed in this service. And their treatment they gave no apology for their mistake. Terrible! on the end of April /16 they start a crown-porcelain/ceramic and they charge me a lot, and the temporary crown failed out at least 4 times before they finished the permanent one, in less than 3 month the permanent crown fail out of my mouth and they refuse to put it back in and gave me an appointment after one hall week. Do really feel that they have no heart for causing me all this suffering and do not want to fix their mistakes and poor work, have no words to say how disappointed at Apple dental for their bad work and not even try to fix it when needed.Feel really very bad if they did their job right i do not have to go again and they refusing to fix their bad job and give me appointment in a week to fix their mistake i think they are only for the money and they do not care about the pain they cause to us by their bad jobs
