Go somewhere else. They will not give a refund as stated. Give the patient a jog around with appointments in hopes of more $ for adjustments.

I was very nervous about going to see someone about my teeth. I haven’t been to a dentist in over 10 years and before that it was probably over 30 years. I was expecting terrible and extremely expensive news.A friend recommended you to me and my visit went extremely better than I was expecting at less than half the cost I was imagining.

They were super great and helpful! I was looking for a replacement and it was less than half of that in other clinics! The process is a pain, but still quicker than anyone else! Super happy!

I left one star just because they are nice and one of the lady’s was actually truthful. Other than That affordable dentures is not affordable. Prices are higher again then the cheapest ones they have basically is a pair for someone just to say hey I have a pair of teeth. Prices are way over what we expected. Never again well we do business there. They should change the name to something else other than affordable....

Dr. Grant was very professional and I really liked the way he treated me.From the front desk to the people in the back, everyone was professional, respectful and did a great job. Plus I get my teeth on Monday! What could be better than that!!!

Lets see, starting with the wait period, it was brief no long wating period both times I was there. Once I was called in everyone was very professional at the same time very friendly and empathetic. and everthing looked sparkling clean, everyone wore masks. I have a fear of any type of dental work due to a very bad dental experience. But I have to admit, one hour later and two extractions I felt no pain and very minimal bleeding. Extractions were done on 6/23/ and now 6/24 and even though I was given pain meds I have only taken two doses and very little pain since numbness wore out.Feeling good today.

The entire staff was very kind, accomodating and knowledgable. They educated me on my treatment options and put in effort to actually save me money where I wouldnt have known I could. This was very kind and appreciated. Also, Dr. Gant gave wonderful advise about making sure I was informed and educated in decisions I make concerning my teeth and the error in just doing a procedure out of haste and frustration. For me, it showed me what a great team they have there and just positive vibes and good people all around! Dr. Ganz and his staff were pleasant. I was shown into the office soon after my arrival, so there was no long wait. CoVid rules are in place and followed. After all was said and done, the price was very reasonable and I will be finishing my dental work with them.Sister T

The only thing good I can say about this place is the front desk especially Victoria who were outstanding and the dental assistants who were mostly knowledgeable but it stops there. I wont go into detail but it was the worst dental experience of my life. I do not recommended this place to anybody.

Dentist pulled two teeth in March and I am still in pain ! I have nerve pain though out my face ! The dentist told me I would have to go see a oral surgeon, I don’t have insurance! Worst experience of my life ! I’m in so much pain even now two months later.

This facility is very efficient and technologically advanced and the staff and doctor are warm and friendly.I have been struggling to find an affordable solution to my loosening teeth, from immunotherapy, and found it here.They provided me with a reasonable estimate that will allow me to have dentures before the end of the year.

This has been an extremely improved visit! I was here a year ago different location all different nurses last year they were so rude and not wanting to fix! The office team Pricilla and Victoria are amazing so helpful and kind. The back office they rush u and lie too you the doctor Gant you will see you for 5 minutes and don’t see him again it feels so rush and like they don’t care never sign anything they lie I was told the color would match but they are whiter than my teeth she said in do time then they don’t fit anymore. Worst place ever $1600 to bulky and can’t even talk funny how they fit when u try them on then a month later opps not our problem you signed it they are yours never again paying less it’s not worth it save your money

The wait to be seen was rather long. However, everyone was pleasant and helpful. I appreciated that they did not rush, but determined to get everything right, even if it took several tries to get exact results they needed. Receptionist even went out of her way to help me get a ride home.

I never got any instructions for after surgery. I was some confused on after care.

The people are friendly, but they dont seem to communicate well.I was placed on chair and asked about my partial.I replied that I dont have one.Taken to another room and told they would numb my mout to remove cover on screw in jaw.I told her I dont have cover. She looked and went into hall and said to another, This is not a surgical procedure.

I had I great visit with the dentist and the assistant. They both were easy to talk to and explained everything very well. Just wished they took insurance. Only reason why not giving a 5 star review.

Today I got a 1 tooth extraction except I went thru a nightmare when the dentist pulled the WRONG tooth, I was charged $180 for absolutely nothing. I was so upset nd was in extreme pain. Had a X-ray and consultation done, in and out in 30 minutes, they ask what you want, they tell you what they can do and how much. Straight to the point no dancing around. Would recommend if your looking for dentures and implants

This office in Corpus Christi is incredible. Their compassion and patience with me was unlike anything I had ever experienced at a dental office. When I came in I was so self conscious of how I looked. After a thorough examination, I ended my day with a treatment plan I could afford and teeth!! I would never recommend anyone to go here. The lab couldnt get my partials right 2 times before a dentist told the ladys to give me a refund. The first set were fanned out like Bubba Gump. The second time the teeth in bCk were to long on one side and didnt touch on the other. They placed the blame on me a telling me it was my fault due to my crown. So I removed my crown to show them it had no effect on their labs horrible work. I saved up for a long time to be able to pay for this and now Im being told I wont receive a refund. When it would be obvious to hellen Keller that those teeth were messed up by the lab. Im so let down and upset 😡 they wanted to credit me and pull my teeth and put the credit towards a full denture. Why in the world would I allow someone who can t get partials correct do a full denture on me. This place is awful!

Service was great in the beginning. Last two appointments I had to wait an hour passed the scheduled time. Female dentist is very ackward and pushy. She offers no suggestions as to what she is asking for. She tried very hard to get me to sign off on the dentures after having them in my mouth for less than 5 minutes. I heard her with a different patient saying, “Yeah but you signed off last week that you liked them”, and repeated that phrase over and over till the women gave up.I suggest taking your time and do not let the staff push you into signing off until you have the dentures in your mouth long enough to feel comfortable.Im back for another visit. Once again Ive been waiting over an hour past my scheduled time. The dentures themselves are a deal. The time it takes for each appointment is becoming a deal breaker. Now people that arrived after me are being called in. When I questioned the clerk all she had to respond was, it will be your turn soon. Im so close to walking out but this is my only day off.

Have been using them for awhile. Have had my dentures for few years now. They have fixed them twice for me. First time was covered this last time wasnt. But the out of pocket wasnt bad at all. Ill continue to go back.. And am saving now for a good set of dentures.

I was cleaning my upper denture, in a hurry to get kids to school when I dropped it and broke a tooth. I called to find out when I could get in and was told be there by 930, I was and then had to return at 330 to pick it up. They fixed it perfectly. The staff at affordable dentures is AWESOME, and I will recommend them to everyone. Thank you

The young lady doing my intake was wonderful! Front desk clerk, awesome! Dentist, not so much. If you need extensive dental help you need to go elsewhere. This is a very nice place if you need a simple procedure .. Otherwise the dentist will dismiss you in about 10 seconds... Seems easy money is the game plan.

I had a 9 appointment had to sit in the waiting room till 11 what people come in and go in before me when I got back there the girl it was helping me I told her I was supposed to get my dentures in one day she said well its 11 and I said that maybe true but I was here before 9 had all my paperwork done and turned in by 8:55. I dont think it was fair to leave me sitting in the waiting room well others went in before me when I had a 9 appointment and had a 99% guarantee that I could get my dentures that day Im 70 years old and now I have to search to find somebody to come and take me over there to pick them back up 3 days later Im sorry but thats just not right thats false advertisement.

I recommend these new flex partial. No need for adhesive. With just one minor adjustment they fit perfectly. Dr Layne is so kind, he went out of his way to make sure I was doing ok. The atmosphere is great. The receptionist, the techs all go above and beyond to make the best of your experience. Thank you so much

The process of getting dental implants is scary, however from the initial consultation Dr. Layne and his staff has made this a wonderful experience. I give one star because it’s required. No offense to the great assistants that work there. The problem must be the lab. I had 3 appliances made over the course of 8 months. 3 appliances that were not satisfactory. I have dealt with rude people. Hanging up on me when I’ve called. Customer service 800# does not return calls. They have 24 hours to issue the refund that was promised NO later than tomorrow or we have big problems.

I love this place and everyone that works there! They gave me my smile back, and I am forever grateful! They are the sweetest, kindest , most caring set of professionals, my experience there is above and beyond any other. I highly recommend them to everyone, a new smile is life-changing and there is no better place to get one than there!

All of the employees were super friendly and helpful and answered any and all of my questions. I was very comfortable with them and I am a white knuckler most of the time at the dentist. I would recommend them highly. And of course Dr Layne is awesome. He explains things things thoroughly and calmly and answers any and all questions. He has a very soothing manner.

When I went in I told the receptionist I only wanted a yes or no answer as to if my upper plate could be repaired from a crack. after waiting 45 minutes because she wouldnt let me see anybody I had to ask the lady she tried to put me in a chair and give me an examination and I told her all I wanted was an opinion if the plate could be fixed. Too much bull for me I will never ever go back

The purpose of my visit to Affordable Dentures was to get new dentures ahead of starting a new Job. My current dentures are in bad shape and are really not wearable.My initial consultation was 2 weeks ago. 2nd visit last week to be fitted and pay in full. 3rd visit today tried wax moldings. Adjustments are needed. My next appointing is not until April 18, nine days from now. And it is to try on a new wax molding. Then I must come back at some undermined date to get the permanent dentures.Outcome - I leave for Houston on April 14th to train for 2 weeks for a new job. Therefore, I am unable to make the next appointment. Furthermore, I now have to start my new job toothless.My attempts to discuss this with the staff were unsuccessful. The were uncompromising and nonchalant. I am disappointing and having a hard time understanding the delays. Their website advertises same day dentures. I just want them delivered as agreed.I am still hopeful that there will be a resolution. More to come.**Update - Still no resolution. I called back to customer service and they were no help. No one at their office is working to resolve the issue. The epitome of poor customer service!

I didnt have have any services done. I just had a quick consultation. The Dentist was very sweet and nice. The lady at the front desk had a chip on her shoulder or is prejudice. She never smiled, never thanked us and was just rude. If I dont ever use this Dentist it will be because of her. First impressions and how patients are greeted is extremely important.

My experience here was positive.. I saw another review where it was mentioned someone waited forever to be seen. I cant speak for them or any other person whos went there but I was seen really quickly. Wait time was minimal — about 10 minutes. Everyone there was friendly. I honestly have nothing bad to say.

Went in to get an implant three months later the implant breaks in half then falls out .I Went back for the replacement Supposed to be free replacement within the year I got charge a quarter of what I have paid originally for the replacement. Not satisfied!!

I had a molar that needed to be extracted and had been up all night in pain. I called and explained what I needed and was given an appointment for that morning, I arrived 15 minutes early to do paper work. I sat there over a hour before being called. I got xrays and waited another 15 minutes or so before dentist came in, he then asked what I wanted to do.. I said pull it. He then said he wanted to schedule me for next day, he said he didnt have time today. I repeatedly said I was in extreme pain. Dentist said he didnt have time.So I sat I waiting room in extreme pain, for absolutely nothing.I called another dentist, got an appointment for 30 minutes later and a hour later bad tooth out and I had relief.I would not reccomend this dentist.
