I have an appointment tomorrow. I’ve gone here for many years. Glad to see the reviews are still great and people continue to love it here.

I called these folks to try and schedule an appointment. I had the feeling after speaking with someone called Nancy(?) that this business is a “my way or the highway” kind of establishment that could care less about my dental story. I realize they don’t take insurance and I was prepared to pay the high costs out of pocket on the front end, but apparently they have so many patients they don’t need any new ones, that’s what I gathered after talking to the woman I spoke with. I’ll try shopping for my dental care in San Antonio instead of Corpus Christi.

I received cancellations the day of 2 of my appointments. I understand that things happen, but this happened twice with no warning other than an hour or two before my appointments. On top of that they did not inform me of important information about my policy & then tried to collect over $500 because my insurance did not cover my procedures. Other dentists offices warned me before seeing them, this one did not. Staff was rude & told me I should have looked into my policy. Very upsetting because the hygienists & dentists seem to do a good job & are very nice.

Dr. Orchard is hands down the best dentist I have ever been to. Hes a very skilled and meticulous dentist that pays attention fine detail. He has an eye for teeth. If you are considering veneers or crowns he is definitely the right dentist for the job. He will get you the Hollywood smile youve always wanted, right here in Corpus Christi. His professional and caring staff will take great care of you.

This office is very welcoming and calming from the minute you set foot in the lobby. The staff is very professional and caring. The doctors are quick to put you mind at ease and thoroughly explain the treatment needed. I had an amazing assistant, Sally, take an impression on me for a retainer. She coached me through it and took control of the longest minute of my life, like it was a walk in the park! I was starting to gag some, and before I could panic, she quickly turned my attention to other things to make the moment pass and achieve the perfect impression. I was very impressed and look forward to my future visits there!

I’ve seen both Dr. Orchard and Dr. George and I absolutely love them both. I have been seeing Dr. George more recently and I have been very pleased with him and his work. He has wonderful bedside manner and never makes me feel rushed during my visit. He provides me with options for my dental care and allows me to choose what’s best for me. I have quite a bit more work that I need done on my teeth, so I’m grateful that I have wonderful dentists that always make sure I’m comfortable during my procedures. I never feel any pain and even receive personal calls from Dr. George as follow ups. I highly recommend both Doctor Orchard and Doctor George for your dental needs.

Wonderful dentist and staff....always makes you feel so welcomed. Dr. Orchard takes the time explaining everything and answers all your questions. Always a pleasant experience...I highly recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely love this stuff from one end to the other. They truly care about you more than just a patient . Sally was amazing in my procedures. Doctor was a straight shooter and very genuine. Everyone there loves their job I guarantee it.

I have had extensive dental work done by Dr. Orchard. He is a true artist. The staff is amazing and smart and accommodating to your needs. I have never met a staff and Doctor that is this amazing and truly care about their patients. I moved to Colorado and still fly down to Corpus to have any dental work and yearly check ups done.

I am so grateful that I found this team. From the time you enter the office the staff makes you so comfortable. You never have a long wait in the comfortable reception area.My teeth were so embarrassing to me. When I met Dr. Orchard he put me at ease immediately. He reassured me I would have a smile to be proud of. Considering I had trained myself not to smile this meant so much to me. I explained my budget was limited and he devised a plan that would be attainable for me. (I had met with several dentists in the past; their solutions were so expensive I had to leave with no hope of improvement.During all of my procedures, I never felt a twinge of pain or discomfort. Ive had half of my procedures complete and already Im smiling again.I give Dr. Orchard and his staff five stars. You will not go wrong looking to them for your dental care.

Dr Orchard is the best dentist I have ever been too. His staff is very kind and knowledgeable, I learned more about my own teeth (mouth)at one visit then I have in all of my years at the dentist. I am so grateful I found them and will actually look forward going to see them.

I am so glad that I called this office! I had old bonding on my front six teeth it was stained and chipped. I believed that I needed veneers and I originally called just to get a quote for 6 veneers. They convinced me to come into the office for a brief consultation that cost me nothing. I found out that Dr. Orchard was going to be able to remove the old bonding and use invisalign (clear trays that act as braces) to straighten my natural teeth and that I could whiten them while they were being straightened!!! So now when this process is completed I will have my natural teeth straight and white- and the cost will be less than half what veneers would have been! I’m already working on it now! If I had just gotten the price over the phone I would never have known that this was an option. All of the folks at Dr. Orchards office are so friendly and amazing to work with. I am a very satisfied patient.

I have taken my entire family (4 kids) to Dr. Orchard and Dr. Robertson for more than 15 years. We have been pleased with both Drs. and the staff is so very helpful. This is the most professional dental practice I have ever been to. Thanks for everything!

I have been a patient here for over 20 years. I love the staff and have the utmost confidence in the Drs. All of the dental hygienists put me at ease and do a fabulous job. They are simply the best!

I had a horrible experience with a staff member before I even walked in the door. When I called to ask about pricing on veneers, I was told by Micah, the receptionist that she couldnt give out that information over the phone. When I asked if there was any other way to find out the pricing before I came in for an exam, she became very defensive, told me I was rude, said good luck, and hung up on me. Very unprofessional!! I guess this is what happens when you hire a snobby, stuck-up little girl to answer the phone. If this is the way they treat people over the phone, I dont want to imagine how they would treat their patients in person. I definitely wouldnt trust any of their employees to do my dental work. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Amazing Densit’s! They do the best work, ways fast and friendly! They have the greatest assistants! Would never go anywhere else!

Been their patient for the last 20 years. They never disappoint. If you want your teeth done right with excellent customer service , thats the place to go.

I am wanting to get tooth veneers and a crown. I called and asked what was the average cost for tooth veneers. I was told that they would need to examine me before any quote. I said I am trying to get a ball park price to see if I could afford it. I could sense the arrogance over the phone of the woman who answered the call and wish i could remember her name so i could call her out. This is a big investment potentially and at 68 do not want to deal with this kind of nonsense. I have learned in my lifetime that usually if that kind of attitude is condone, then it can come from the top. I really wanted to see if i could work with these folks. I am putting one star to make others aware of possible mistreatment before they even come in.
