I was hesitant to try a new dentist because I have anxiety attacks. But the staff and the Dr. made me feel so comfortable. The hygienist took her time and explained everything. She would even pause to ask if I was ok. Very professional and super clean office. The Dr. also explained everything that I would need to have done to my teeth. I would definitely recommend Dr.Clarissa Esparza DDS

I needed a new dentist as mine stopped accepting my insurance. It was so hard to find someone to take me in as a new patient and right away. I needed some work done immediately. I read reviews on Dr. Esparza and her office and decided to take a chance. They were AWESOME! The front desk was so helpful and made adjustments to fit me in right away and then again the next day to get the problem taken care of ASAP. Dr. Esparza was so gentle and caring and took her time with me. They were even able to squeeze my son in as a new patient and get his cleaning done. They gave him great feedback and pointers for addressing his dental hygiene as well as a goody bag. My son is on the autism spectrum and this was not an issue at all for them. I am highly satisfied so far and am happy I found this practice.

I called office to check if they are accepting new patients and young lady Brandi who answered phone was very courteous, super friendly and informative of information needed to make appointment. I had not had such great phone patient care service in a long time! I was looking for a doctor who spoke Spanish but due to Brandis exceptional attention and friendly manner the language preference is not as important as the care she demonstrated in my phone call. I am under the impression that since Brandi is friendly and attentive, the rest of the staff including the doctor will be just as friendly, attentive, courteous and professional. Dr. Clarissa is absolutely brilliant! She’s located in a quite plaza with lots of parking spots, I enjoyed my chat with her about the plan of care, she’s super friendly. Staff welcomed me with great smile (behind the mask lol) and service was amazing!I recommend her for y’all!Regards

Dr. Esparza is awesome and great with my daughter. Staff is friendly and helpful. Some may need more training on phone etiquette when answering the phones and speaking to patients. Both appointments Ive called to let them know we have arrived the person who answered was laughing and was a bit rude towards the end of the call. Aside from that my daughter loves coming here.

Good experience here. They were really friending and professional and explained everything they were doing. They actually saw me at my scheduled time and set correct expectations for how long my visit was going to be.

The staff was very pleasant and my wait time was minimal.....actually was called back 15 minutes before my scheduled time. The dental hygienist was very kind and gentle upon examination and x-rays of my mouth. Dr. Clarissa Esparza was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the situation I was experiencing with one of my molars. I will be going back to have more dental work done. Incredible! I have such bad dental anxiety, she and the assistant did such an amazing job keeping me calm. She is excellent at what she does, and honest. Went in for a root canal and ended up not as bad and just filled it, when she easily could of carried on with the root canal just for the money like MANY other dentist would of done. Best dentist in Texas!

My wife recently had a cleaning here and was assessed a $20 Corona fee they claimed was endorsed by the ADA for the protection of the employees. Seems on the high side for a mask and a pr of gloves. While there she observed several customers entering the office without masks which she had been informed were mandatory for her visit. If they are serious about protection policies need to be enforced for all - not just turned into an opportunity to levy onerous fees.

Her front desk basically told me they couldn’t accept my 1 yr old son as a patient anymore because I had to reschedule the last 2 times due to him having a rash and now a stomach virus . If that’s there policy why wasn’t I aware of this prior to my son even becoming a patient ?? Office staff is horrible . I no Longer recommended

I came in after waiting a few years between cleanings, Dr. Esparza and her hygienists were incredible, I was able to come in the following day for some required services. I was so impressed that I had my little girl come in here for her first cleaning and she had a great experience. I highly recommend this practice!

Jarrod had the best dental care and best dental team with Kristen and Dr Esparza to get his dental health under control !! He was always comfortable and never felt any pain from his deep cleaning to having a new crown put on then having a few fillings done ! Dr Esparza and her staff are incredible caring ladies ! As a person that fears the dentist I have to tell you this was by far the best experience I have had with a dentist. Dr Esparaze and her team addressed my anxiety and made me feel at ease. I can honestly say my experience was pleasant. Its a good feeling knowing I can visit a dentist and be cared for not just for my teeth but assuring me and addressing my fear as well.
