I went today for the first time to see Doctor Acra. A friend highly recommend him . I did my Bottox and I am extremely happy. From the desk to the treatment everyone was nice and very professional . Doctor Acra took his time to consult with me and understood my expectations .He was very careful and professional during the injections. I will definitely go back and will recommend this place to everyone who is looking for real professional.

He pays attention to your specific needs, he asks questions and mostly he is analyzing your needs in high detail to customize what you need and nothing you do not need. Thats really where he stands out. He will tell you if you absolutely dont need something and thats what I really appreciate. I have gone back. Kind workers and gentle.

Worst service ever. Made an appointment with owner who never showed up. Found myself waiting to get assisted in an empty lobby for 40 minutes. Attempted to reach out to someone in office by calling and yelling hello several times to find no response. Finally, received a callback from owner who says someone has been in office. A minute later someone stormed out from a room as if she was rudely interrupted and treated me unprofessionally. She asked if I had an appointment and I told her yes and I have been waiting for over 40 minutes. She told me I will have to continue to wait because she was assisting another patient. No apology was given what so ever. I will never do business with this company.
