I made an appointment for a massage and facial more than a month ago due to limited availability on their end. Time was taken off of work to accommodate the only time they had. Two hours before services I was called to be cancelled or to put me with a male which I specifically requested a female. It is very disappointing to wait for so long to only be cancelled the day of. I do not recommend this franchise location to anyone. Please avoid!

Those guys scammed me ! Shame on you ! Costumer service ! Massage therapist ! Horrible ! They just rub oil in your back. And rob your money trying to hide under words of “we will try to make it up for you”. I hope this located get closed down or it completely has to be remanaged.

Worst massage envy experience in 7 years!I’ve been a happy client of massage envy for years and gladly posted positive reviews in the past for locations in various cities.I requested a deep tissue massage. The masseuse put so much lotion on me she was sliding all over. When I reminded her I wanted deep tissue and not Swedish, she went down on her elbows and kept on sliding all over, ultimately rubbing on my bones rather than my muscles.It was my first and last time at this location. Perhaps they don’t honor the banner and massage envy should do some quality control.I’m sad to say, this was a horrible experience. I had to stop the massage. I couldn’t bare it.

WORST massage envy location and massage I have ever had. I booked a 1 Hr full body massage. I was late so I asked then if I should re-schedule it for some other time, they said that it was ok just to come in. When I got there to my surprise I got a 20 min massage and had to leave. After talking to customer service and complaining they told me there was nothing they could do. So I ended up paying $65 for a 20 min kind of massage. Do not lose your time going there. There are plenty of good places for massages here in Miami. I will never return.

Staff is always helpful!

It’s a hit or miss when you go there! Not all the massage therapist speak English, so it’s hard to communicate in what you want. There’s no free parking . You pay for 60 minutes, but only receive 45-50 minutes. The last person who give me a massage, felt like the type of massage when you ask your spouse to massage you and they really don’t want to do it, so they just half a$$ it. I think that was the straw that broke the camel back.

Jaritza at the front desk is RUDE.If someone is late to a service a courtesy call should not be done AN HOUR LATER to see if the client is coming 10 min past the time would have give me a chance to get there. But 45 min after my appointment time, assume I’m not don’t call to ask me where i am. RIDICULOUS.

It is clean and the massage is great and the customer service when you arrive is also great. I ended up joining.

First time there and the staff were very, very attentive, in every way. Clean, pleasant atmosphere, and on a cool street - Miracle Mile. Apart from street parking, theres a parking garage located right behind the location, very reasonable rates. Good value for services.

Worse customer service ever. I call the office since I had cancelled my services about 2 months prior. Usually a manager tries to be helpful and accommodates a customer but instead she gives attitude on the phone and not even make an effort. I had to cancel my services due to a long term medical treatment and would have resumed my membership after. However, after this incident I will not want to do business with a company that can not and will not accommodate clients or make an effort to.

Coming from another location, the experience felt like they did not read the medical portion of what was written out ahead of time. On pressure I emphasized I wanted a deep pressure, hard pressure massage. When calling in I confirmed the person I would have would be capable of deep pressure. The massage at best was light to medium pressure. Very disappointing experience for the money... My medical situation causes really bad knots in my back and shoulders and the only relief is someone working out the knots with deep pressure massage. Instead of putting me with the proper person who could accommodate what I was asking for, I basically got who was up next. It took nearly 20 minutes to get the massage started, and my hour (50 minute of massage) was about 35 minutes filled with nothing but talk, and light pressure. I felt like I got a light oil rub and a constant elbow in my spine. I had to ask the guy to stop putting his pressure on my back with his elbow because it hurt more than helping. Obviously I was not listened to by the front desk, or anyone else. I will be going to another location one day after to have someone else hopefully do deep pressure.

I have yet to experience a good massage here. I had a mix up with another location that had previously offered me the introductory rate since it was nearly a year since I had first visited and had to come to Coral Gables. This location did not honor that rate and I was charged $40 more for an hour and a half. Although I was annoyed I accepted that it was this locations policy (and the fact that they all have different policies is absurd to me). My masseuse simply was not good. I asked for a deep tissue massage and even on the spots where you could clearly tell they were tense, she just didn’t do enough. She asked if I wanted the rapid tension relief machine to which I agreed (for an extra $10) because I knew she would not get the job done. On top of it all I didn’t even get a full hour and a half. My appointment was at 8:30 and I was in my car by 9:45. Guess I will just have to find a personal masseuse because this chain sucks.

The staff at this location is absolutely terrible and extremely disrespectful.They only want to get you for your money and that’s it. They’re only nice to you when you sign up, if any problem should arise with your appointment, payments, or purchased products they are completely useless and they always refer you to a manager who apparently is never there.I am not one to complain but it has been problem after problem with this location and their rude front desk staff. Instead of assisting you in solving a problem they are just rude and don’t know how to problem solve on their own.

Was not properly informed about the expiration of pre paid credits and told that they will be keeping my money and not providing services. Check the fine print or better yet, just go somewhere else.

Massage Envy Miracle Mile is amazing! Kathy at the from desk was so sweet and informative. My massage therapist Danny was the bomb! I had the most relaxing 90 minute deep tissue massage. You gotta try them out. Prices already also very reasonable!!

Manny is the best! His massages are more therapeutic than relaxing. He finds every knot in your muscles and gets them out. You feel great after. The facility is always clean and runs efficiently.

I use to have a membership here about two years ago and it was amazing. They new who I liked getting my massages and facials with but not anymore it is a complete mess! They fired the one good person at the front desk and they also fired the BEST masseuse! I tried canceling my membership and its a mess! Do NOT go to this location!

Had a couple of issues and left for some months. I tried again as I’ve been a 10 year client and believe things can happen. Fortunately they changed the Front Desk staff and it’s back to being top notch. I revised my 1 star rating back to 5 stars. Excellent revamping. Thank you for listening. 💜

Looks like my review has been deleted along with a bunch of others so here it is again. The massage therapist shows up late to my massage. It was the last one of the day so everyone was in a hurry to go home because I was charged before going in to the massage (including tip). Massage therapist then cuts the massage short. Management and ownership have done nothing. They contacted me and told me that I was completely right and told me they would contact me again to see if they could let me out of my agreement with them. I foolishly had done a one year agreement which they will not let me out of. I have let all of my neighbors know not to go here and I have left reviews online, the reviews get deleted. This place is awful, do not do a one year agreement. Do not even come here, they cut their massages short.

I love this location, my go to spot whenever I am feeling sore or just need some time to myself. Lissett is the best!! i totally recommend you to go. The team is very sweet and always try to book me in as best as possible!

If you are looking for a generic, conveyer belt, massage that is rushed (not even 50 minutes) then this is the place to go to. Massage therapist was nice but didnt speak English and even thought I told and showed her what was bothering me she just did what she wanted. It felt like a basic generic massage and she barely used pressure even thought I kept telling her to massage deeper.. I even said the girl up front how disappointed I was and she didnt seem to care. LAME Def not going back there again.

I have a membership here specifically to get facials and have been getting these facials since 2017. Earlier this year I had debated ending my membership because I’ve had some pretty bad experiences and planned on finding another place. I have seen various estheticians but what changed my mind is I finally found the best esthetician I’ve ever had which is Loren. I honestly wanted to stop getting these facials because many of the previous women I’ve seen have destroyed my face, leaving me with dark spots and even ruptured veins (not cute). However, Loren has been wonderful. She remembers my concerns and is always kind! She gives great advice for skin care routine and always leaves my face clean and unharmed (never red either). She’s genuinely helped my face get better. I love Loren and whoever is not seeing her but comes to this massage envy is missing out.

I received a voucher for a facial as a gift. I was very well taken care of and the appointment was easy to schedule. Very pleasant experience.

Massage is alright. Feels they always try to push you to sell more which is fine but once you require service they forget to give that extra mile. Also, 60 mins is about 50 and 120 is about 105.

A friend gave me a certificate for Massage Envy, when I visited the Coral Gables location they took my information and set an appointment without explaining their work ethics, I arrived at the location at time for my appointment but parking was an issued it took me ten minutes to park when I went in for the treatment the manager told me I only had a 1/2 an hour massage because someone was schedule after me, if I wanted to reschedule, but I had to be charge $40.00 I got so upset and aggravated that she did not made an attempt to accommodate me that I ended up handing her the certificate my friend gave me for my birthday so she could charge the fee for rescheduling. I felt humiliated, they had poor customer service skills, not professional and my experience was very stressful. I went to find peace and I left aggravated. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

Good for massages depending on which masseur or masseuse you choose. No spa facilities available though. i.e. no sauna, showers, etc.

Awful. They repeatedly have turned down my mother in law because she is a cancer patient. They made her get a note from her doctor saying she was cleared. After going through the hassle of getting the note from the oncologist (who thought this was rediculois) they still refused to honor her gift card.

The corporation will not give me my refund after wrongfully charging me for another UNWANTED month of service. I had my membership lowered to a 6 month membership that was to end in May. I signed the membership form and it was set in stone. In March, I had decided Id use one of my leftover sessions with a friend. Prior to using it, I asked a representative to verify that I was on a 6 month membership and at the time I had 3 sessions leftover. In May, as a mothers day gift, I brought my mother there to use a session, I again, verified that I was in a 6 month membership, ESPECIALLY after the representative tried to tell me it was a 12 month membership. She looked into the notes and later saw that they had in fact made it 6 months. At that time, I explained to her that, this was my third time speaking with you guys about the term of my membership, are you sure it is showing successfully as 3 months and 3 months only? She said yes. Now comes a new bill in June - seven months. Of course I was angry about it and I immediately called them yet again, not understanding why I was billed for a seventh month if I had spoken to you guys now 4 times about this. What I was told was that she would forward my request to a supervisor and they will later contact me by that day, or the next. I hadnt received a phone on neither, so I took it upon myself to call. When I did call, I was again assured I was in a 6 month membership. Basically I want my refund for the 7th month. I was under 6 months and there is no reason why Im receiving the runaround about this. This is so frustration being taken advantage of. After today, this will be my 6th time taking to them about this, and still basically being told there was nothing they do.

I recommend you not to make the same mistake that I made with this people. I applied for an one year plan because they offer the opportunity to receive the massage in any of the massage envy locations. Then I tried to receive my massages at Brickell which have the worst front desk service ever! After 2 bad experiences with them and no massage in 3 month of payments, I tried to cancel the application with the Coral Gables manager and the only answer that I got from her was Im sorry, I can not cancel your account. In other words, hahaha... you are going to continue your payments and we are going to do whatever we want! Please, NEVER fill up for a year plan with this people!!! I gave the opportunity to the manager to cancel the account but she didnt do it. Thanks God I talked to my bank and they are no gonna charge me for this horrible service any more.

Will not accept their own gift card by members for their membership fees. Its a trap - they are late or dont even show up to appointments.

My husband made an appointment a few days ago, for me, as a gift for my first day of the mother for 2:00 p.m. and today at 11:30 a.m. they send us a text that the massagist got sick and they canceled my appointment. Its that simple and easy. Of course they had already charged my husbands card 100% of the service.We called and as a great thing they could schedule us for tomorrow Mothers Day Mothers Day at 7:45 p.m. Seriously? 0 seriousness of this branch.I have been waiting for 5 days to communicate with me as they put in your comment to my review, I wrote to your site as you said the same day, the truth, your attitude leaves a lot to say, and shows real interest and respect that they have for a client. Luckily the other branches are not like you.
