Fantastic staff, comfortable atmosphere and quality service. The office is so nicely decorated and most importantly its clean. First time I went, I was so nervous, but the staff answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. I totally recommend them.

I made an appointment for a much needed facial, and it was amazing! The office is so cute, the staff was so friendly. They were ready for me when I arrived, and after looking at my skin Amanda and Yamiley recommended the Geneo, 3-in-1 Oxygen facial. Amanda explained exactly what she was going to do step by step. Im very frustrated with #DermaClinic. I prepaid for a 6 session massages but they havent had the therapist to provide the service for at least 3 months. I also bought the unlimited package for skin tightening, I wanted to do it 3 times per week, but Im lucky if I can get 1 appointment because they are very short of personnel and dont have enough times available.

I was vacationing in the area and decided to get the Gluteus Glow done. I am so happy I decided to come here- everyone was so nice and welcoming. Customer service was excellent! Amanda was my Esthetician and I honestly wish I lived here so I could come visit her all the time! She was awesome, as soon as she saw my problem areas she knew exactly what I needed and recommended products and a regimen for me. She was so thorough and went over every step, checking in on me every step of the way. We had a wonderful conversation, she was very warm and welcoming, and made me feel comfortable immediately. I came from NJ and I was recommended this place and honestly it’s terrible. Yamilet and Rose are super disrespectful they don’t care for their clients. They change their clients appointment whenever they want and is convenient for them. I don’t know where the owners are but they need to fire these two people they are losing clients. The technicians Sandra and Michelle are great but very bad customer service up front

The service at DermaClinic is outstanding. They have great prices and truly help you understand all treatments. They have appointments available and work with your schedule. The team of wonderful woman make you feel comfortable when you are their for your treatment.

I haven’t tried their services yet, but I had a bad first impression with an ex employee. I have to say that the owner is a man of his word. Rose is also very sweet spirited! I am happy with my experience to resolve my issue and I plan on trying them in the future for other services.

I have been coming to Dermaclinic for a little bit over a year. I had positive experiences until Yamilet was hired and started doing most of the client facing. She is rude and inconsiderate of her clients especially during pandemic times. She refused to extend my monthly membership after being unable to make any appointments due to being in quarantine. They also make you jump through hoops to cancel the membership and have limited appointments for their membership.

I love derma clinic, best place by far to get laser hair removal. The staff and facility are great. They are prompt and on time with your appointments, they take their time while providing you with the service you paid for, you never feel rushed to get in and out. They are amazing. I’ve had so much success with the laser hair removal that I continue to back for maintenance and other treatments. The location is great and overall they have excellent staff and they treat you like if you are family. Affordable Laser hair removal that works! Five thousand stars!!!

The treatments are good, affordable and I can tell they know what they’re doing. However, the management isn’t that too good. I made an appointment at 11 I was there at 10:30 and they took care of me at 11:30... I think they booked too many people at the same time, or just don’t know how to manage the time between clients. This has happened multiple times. Also, it’s really hard to find parking, so Make sure you get there ahead of time.

The therapist are friendly and professional but the recepción is absolutely incompetent. Really poor management, good products but they make you wait literally for weeks to get the service you paid for. is really terrible.

I used this clinic for teeth whitening and it was a really bad experience. The woman at the desk tried to get this big tray to go in my mouth but it wouldn’t fit. Then she tried and it was really painful. My gums got cut and three days after I got sores along my gums. The girl was not friendly or helpful and I think they are just not equipped or qualified to do teeth whitening. My teeth do not seem to even appear whiter. I really don’t recommend anyone going here for teeth whitening. It was a really bad experience and my mouth is still hurting.

I purchased a package of 6 Velashape III sessions thru them directly at the South Gables location by US1 and used it on 2 areas which turned my package into 3 sessions.I just finished my last today.I have to say that the place is really beautiful, but their organization is really bad and I mean bad!My first 2 sessions were done with Damaris who was kind, but was very late on my second session, a half hour late!The last session appt was given to me with a new technician, Diana, because they said they cannot guarantee the same technician.I get there on time for my 3rd and last session (9am appt)and it turns out the technician is yet another lady, who is also late. She begins my session around 9.25 and after doing one of my legs, I ask her if I can use the bathroom and she says sure!. I take less than a min in the bathroom and when I get back they have brought my purse out and the door is closed so I go to Rose at the front desk to ask her what is going on and she says you cannot go to the bathroom... let me see what I can do because she is with her 10am appt!They finally open the door and when I enter there is yet another technician to do my other leg!!! I was really upset! I think they really need to get their act together and do a better job at giving appts, getting their staff to be on time and definitely having more customer service manners. I am giving them 2 stars only because I feel bad for the staff, that is not being managed correctly. I have to say also that I took before and after pics, yet do not really see a difference in my legs, even though I exercise every day and drink more than 8 glasses of water a day too. I am not sure if I will purchase any more packages as they recommended or if I will ever return there.If you do decide to go there I suggest never get the 9am appt and be firm about who does all your sessions.
