The doctor was great and so was everyone once I was being examined. However , the front desk staff needs customer service training. Every time I’ve called they are very rude they cut you off without listening, they rush you of the phone. The lady who I made the appointment with was probably the most rude. When I was there, they were having a million conversation about ice cream and cooking while the receptionist was checking me out. I had to try and speak over her other conversation to ask my questions. Never again almost at the point of asking my doctor for a referral to some place different. Update: Finally spoke with someone who was friendly and informative her name was Lidia!

My audiologist is good. The front desk manager texted her this morning to say her first appt was at 1030am when my appt was at 930am. There was another patient that had a 9am app . Its obvious the front desk manager was running late and wasnt going to make it by 9am. Who knows why, hmmm maybe late. Get a new front desk manager. Look at the reviews. This woman is killing your business. Do u care?

Once I actually see the doctor I’ll probably be able to give a good review.

I would like to note that the ladies in the front give very false information. The lady told me I would not be getting shots, soon enough I am sitting in the chair getting shots. She also said that it would only take 20 minutes and then I was good to go. The lady who was doing the tests on me said I could be there for 2 hours. I think they need to work on communication because all the false information I was being given was driving me crazy!

My appt was at 945. Arrived on time didnt receive new patient paperwork until 1015. Had to ask for my Id cards back twice around 1040. Wasnt called in until 1055. And then the nurse promptly came in and told me that the doctor who did my procedures wasnt in until 1 PM! I had to schedule off work and miss an important meeting to have this consult which I scheduled a long time ago. I was very clear when I scheduled it that I was looking for a doctor that did non invasive functional septoplasy to fix a breathing restriction in my left nostril that Ive always lived with. Needless to say I didnt want to come back at 1pm or reschedule. Its unfortunate because the doctor is the one I need but the communication of the front desk like mentioned on other reviews here is unacceptable.

The girls at the front are unprofessional and extremely rude. Such a shame because the allergist and the doctor are very nice. But please get rid of those girls.

Avoid at all cost. Bad service, not reliable, never even gave me results for tests.

My advice is ... find another doctor. From how the customer service works to how you were treated gives much to be desired. Its like dealing with machines, not people.
