I cannot say enough good about this office. They are kind, professional, and extremely attentive. My children actually look forward to going there with me. I recommend this office to any and everyone not just from my own over 2 years of positive experiences but also those of friends and family (they may have in fact saved the life of one of my baby nieces). Both doctors, all the nurses, and all the administrative staff get well-deserved 5 stars and my highest endorsement.

I called Dr. Benenatis office to book an appointment as a new patient for both of my daughters, sadly my first experience wasnt very pleasant. Gabriela the receptionist left me waiting for about 10 minutes on my first attempt. I ended up calling back because I honestly thought the call had been dropped. On my second call I noticed that I was put on hold again, so I guessed at this point the wasnt anything wrong with the phone line and I just had to wait. After about 10 more minutes of wait time, the receptionist was back on the phone, she seemed short and rude, however, I continued my pursuit of booking an appointment. I was lucky to get an appointment in 3 weeks, but when I tried to book my other daughter on the same day she stated that they cant see members of the same family on the same day. in other words, I have to take 2 days off work just so I can bring my daughters in for allergy consult. She offered to ask the doctor for authorization but honestly, I am so disappointed that now Im not sure if I want her to be our doctor. it also didnt help the condescending tone of the receptionist in the delivery. I had received great reviews from my friends about the doctor, I wonder if she is aware of how her staff handles the front office and the patients. Perhaps a little customer service will help enhance the patients experience with the first person we come in contact when trying to reach the doctor.

I found this doctor by simply typing in allergist in the search engine on fb. It gave me posts about people saying nothing but positive things about the doctor. I immediately set up an appointment. It was pretty simple... A little too simple because I got off the phone with no information. Me being naive I didnt know to ask any questions. The day before the appointment I received a call confirming if I was still coming. I then asked about what I needed to do prior to testing.... I was then told that this was simply a consultation. I asked about the actual allergy test and I was told at the doctors descretion she can test me on the same day.These are things you discuss with a new patient First point of contact.. Why wait till they ask you.. For this vital info go be disclosed?Secondly im not sure who would be okay to pay almost $200.00 to talk to an allergist about 1 thing they want to be tested for.. But I find this pretty ridiculous...She may be a GREAT doctor.. But her personnel needs to be more attentive to thier future patients. It was a waste of my time.
