We are so grateful to have found Dr. Kramer. He’s informative, kind and respectful of parent choices. He listens! We came from a practice that made parenting quite stressful in the beginning years and have had peace ever since we switched over at 12 months. Also I’m not sure when others are scheduling their appointments and if I’ve just been lucky every time or avoided a peak time, but I’ve never had to wait too long, and they’ve always accommodated last minute appointments when she’s sick.

Amazing doctor, and staff , very knowledgeable, explains everything, always available when needed. In our case he was a key person to help prevent a serious situation with our daughter. Very supportive and makes sure your children are well taken care of. I recommend him 100%. Gary Kramer is one of a kind.

I really liked at the beginning, but when, appointment after appointment we had to wait for more than 1 hour with a 3 month baby, one day they told us we had to make our baby stop crying, without understanding she was crying because it was way pass her feeding and napping time and she was for more than 1 hour waiting in only her diapers in a small cold room. I couldnt deal anymore with the indifference, lack of consideration, respect and attention. The front desk workers are very supportive and attentive though.

In a world where a lot of doctors tend to over treat. Dr Kramer puts you in a waiting room until your little one develops immunity to whatever is bothering them, and the he comes in a couple of hours after your little ones cures itself to make some polite conversation and write some notes .Bring supplies like you are going to a deserted island because you will be waiting for along time.

Well I will like to start with I am so thankful to God for Dr. Kramer! And his staff I mean Lourdes front desk I mean I can not explain as a first time mom so many questions!! It was overwhelming. But I can tell you every time I called there the staff is there to help me!! Every time I call for little questions Lourdes is always happy to help me as a first time mom. I have called Doctor Kramer at 4 am in the morning at 8 pm at night with emergency questions about my baby and he is always there to help me he has never not return a call. He is kind knowledgeable and he will tell you the truth. I love his office, they are vaccine friendly they let us do my daughter’s vaccination at our own schedule so it wouldn’t be such impact in our daughter! When my daughter was born he came to the hospital and I felt so much peace with how knowledgeable he is and his calmness. I mean we don’t mind the wait, and I have seen reviews here saying he is not so nice with the kids I can say in the contrary he is a serious man that gets his job done, I guess with time you get to know the doctor. He has been my daughters pediatrician for 10 years. He came to the hospital for both births. I am very thankful for the care my children receive. Besides the doctor, what makes this practice outstanding is the group of nurses that work there. I have no words to describe how incredible the staff is. From front desk to doctors assistant, they are caring, professional, helpful, just remarkable people. Many thanks to all of you.

Im adding a star because his staff was always nice, but otherwise, one star for Gary Kramer.Terrible bedside manner, he seems to be annoyed and like he doesnt like his job. We stayed because we liked his partner, but she left.

Horrible bedside manner. The staff is awful. I had high hopes for him because he is hardworking but I unfortunately need to find a new dr for my kid.

We are super happy with Dr. Kramer and appreciate his responsiveness so much. We moved here from NYC recently and we are so lucky that we were referred to Dr. Kramer right away. Hes very direct and blunt, which we are both so grateful for as new parents - it calms us down when were stressed about some issue and we trust him completely. Highly, highly recommend him.

My niece and nephew goes there for years... I went today for 1st time and I love the experience with my son. Cleary was very attentive and the nurse staff was too!!!! Would recommend them anytime.

We have been taking our kids to Dr. Kramers office since they were both born. While we have never had an issue with Dr. Kramer himself, we did have an issue with his nursing staff on our last visit. Our daughter was having on and off fever for what was going on 3 days now, so we called Kramers office to take her in. During the phone call, we were asked if we had been traveling lately due to possible risk of covid....to which we replied that we had traveled in the past week. Given this information over the phone, we were still given an appointment and told to go visit the dr on a set time the following day. When we got there, they began testing our daughter for ear infection and urine test. Afterwards, the nurse attending to my daughter asked us if we’d recently traveled again. We AGAIN told her that we had and she then immediately told us we had to leave and they could do no further testing because we were putting everyone at risk for possible covid infection. We were rudely rushed out of the building! I understand the need to worry about a possible covid spread but, we were asked the travel question when we called for the appointment and we informed them we had traveled so, why weren’t we notified that we shouldn’t go in and that we should go somewhere else?? Instead we were given an appointment for the very next day!! The whole thing was a waste of time, and poorly handled. Meanwhile our daughter remained sick and undiagnosed. We should have been told not to go in the first place and avoided that whole situation! We will unfortunately not be taking our kids back to Dr. Kramers practice and have found another practice who actually asked the proper questions when making an appointment and took the proper steps and precautions to see our daughter anyway to make a proper diagnosis which by chance, actually turned out to be just a viral infection and not covid at all.

Dr. Kramer has been our pediatrician for 22 years. He is incredibly responsive to his patients and parents. Great bedside manner with a gentle sense of humor. His office staff is efficient

He’s absolutely wonderful! All three of my children are his patients. He’s tender, thoughtful, and very patient.

Super great attention from all the staff and the doctors always. I have been bringing my kids here since they were infants. I cant complain.They are super sweet and knowledgeable. Only thing is that they get packed quick due to what I mentioned before.The waiting area at the front before you go in is super kid friendly and has a TV always playing cartoons. Inside everything is very colorful and clean. (Sorry I forgot to take pics this time).Cant say enough about Dr. Kramer! He is so gentle and have a soft nurturing voice. Your kids will love him and the rest of the staff as well!

Mom have been taking my daughters here for years but my experience of taking them myself is that the Dr. is rude with the kids and has no patience which is not what you expect of a pediatrician. Also he was unable to diagnose a simple issue. Looking for a new pediatrician.

Today we spend 1.5 hours waiting For doctor, after our appointment time. New doctor came, she didnt even introduce herself, I still have no idea who it was, she diagnosed ear infection, said that she will send a prescription to my pharmacy, it should be ready in about 30 min. 2 hours later I’m in the pharmacy, and nothing is here, no requests been sent. Spend half a day at pediatrician office, and my daughter is going to sleep sick.

Unprofessional and rude group of nurses. Disgusting to see these kinds of people working for the health industry.

Our newborn was 5 weeks old when he needed to be hospitalized. We spent 5 days at the hospital with our little one and Dr Kramer never showed up. He didn’t even give us a courtesy call to ask how the baby was doing. This is definitely not the type of behavior we expect from the doctor that is supposed to take care of our baby for years.
